They said they changed my oil and then guaranteed Mike guaranteed my next couple oil changes for free cause I spent so much money there, but they never even changed my oil then charged me for the next oil change. Mike also said he would just put the thermostat in for free cause I took the part in and they had to take the hose off anyways, they charged me $60! Good and friendly service. So basically I was hearing a sound coming from my van's my front left tire, brought it in to check that out. They replaced my rotor and pads, turns out the previous place I went to to get this done did a horrible job, which I suspected. They also showed what the old rotors looked like for me to phsycially compare with new ones. These guys are friendly and fast, brought it in about 1pm and I'm out in a few hours. Something felt off, so I got a second (and third) opinion from two other mechanics- both confirmed that there was NOTHING wrong with my engine after actually inspecting it and both said that my car should have passed. Deion and his team definitely earned this 5* review. Went in Friday with AC problem. They called my warranty and got it approved and part ordered the same day. He was very clear and communicated to me the whole process and let me know my car would be ready the next day (Saturday). Sure enough, I got multiple updates on the repair Saturday and was notified my car was ready to pick up later in the day, just as he promised. AC blows I've cold and they fixed other small issue at the same time. Bottom line, these guys don't mess around. They did quality work and were very communicative throughout the process. Unlike many shops who seem to take days to even look at your car or contact warranty. I will say that as with any mechanic, it is always best to have a little knowledge of your issue prior to going in or at least an idea of what you need done. Came in for smog checks on 2 of my cars this year. For the first one... they said I was leaking oil. ( it was always parked on my driveway and NEVER leaked oil) The one today... they said I had a water pump leak ( also b.s.) AND said my front brakes needed to be changed. ( they are past 50% but still have some left on them) . The manager then hands me the paperwork to sign which also says things he did not mention out loud : Needs spark plugs, Fluids. And struts. All B.S. on that. I brought it to his attention... and then he back pedaled that it was supposed to be on someone else's paperwork... sketchy as all get out. Won't return. Beware!! read more

Mike earned my trust here. I came in for a full synthetic oil change after receiving an advertisement in the mail for a $39.99 rate. I was disappointed to learn that their marketing was somewhat misleading (the advertised rate covered up to 4 quarts of oil, but my 2017 Toyota Camry needed 4.65 quarts). I paid for the extra oil at a good rate although what I was expecting was a great rate. When my car was finished, I noticed that my air pressure sensor light was still on. Only after I came back in to request service for this did they explain that they had an issue scanning the air pressure sensors. It's not the first shop that's told me that they had this issue, and they were happy to top off my air pressure despite the scanning issue after I asked. As I was getting ready to leave, Mike pointed out a concern about my battery charge indicator light. He tested the voltage and found that my battery was fine, but that my alternator was outputting low volts. He offered to run more tests on it for free if I took my car back in later in the week. When I did, Mike and his crew assessed and determined that it wasn't an issue. I very much felt that Mike's work ethic was honest, transparent, and trustworthy. He ran the tests then and there in front of me so there was nothing to hide. I felt that Mike was looking out for me as a customer, and I would be happy to do business with him again. read more

I've been back several times and I'm still having issues.I went in to have my AC fixed and an oil change, they found other issues they said they fixed. I had a great first experience at Purrfect Auto Service last weekend. I was overdue for an oil change and the service advisor I've been using at my regular dealership just quit because of management changes and said I should no longer go there so I decided to look for a local shop. I always buy and bring my own oil and a lot of places won't do an oil change unless you use their oil. After calling a few shops, Purrfect had the lowest price and said I could come on over with my own oil. I read a lot of reviews before calling shops and the reviews of Purrfect Auto were very good and frequently mentioned how great Mike was. So I was obviously happy when Mike was sitting in the lobby when I came in and he was immediately interested to help out with whatever I needed to have done. While working on the oil change he let me know that my brakes were very worn and needed service. I already knew this and it was nice that he pointed it out. He made me a great deal that I couldn't pass up so I had him do the brakes and have had no problems and I'm happy that the squeak is gone. While working on the brake rotors, he let me know that one of the replacement parts was defective and that I would have to wait a little longer while one of his team members went to go pick up a new one. As compensation for my time, he said the oil change was on the house which was a pleasant surprise as most places would just say sorry. He also let me know about a few leaky gaskets but nothing that had to be addressed immediately. Mike was very personable, explained all of the work that was done and seemed genuinely interested that I had a good experience. It's pretty difficult to find a good mechanic, let alone someone who's fair and reliable. I'm a returning customer because the last time I had some work done here, they did a great job. I took in my Escalade with an overheating problem and an oil leak. Mike (great guy, great mechanic) did a quick check and we discussed some possible causes, but I would have to leave it so they could check it properly. I'm no mechanic, but I know my way around cars and can do some of my own repairs so when we were discussing the possible causes, I could tell he wasn't going overboard. The day I dropped it off, I got a call within short time letting me know what the problem was. I had a bad radiator, a clog in my cooling system and a main seal leak... of which I was already aware. Nothing crazy or extra. I have to admit... I was nervous about what to expect on the price since I knew the amount of work that would go in. Not only did Mike give me a great price, but he included a new reservoir, which I had already thought about replacing and did maintenance on my transmission since it had to come down anyway and the in a free oil change. I got kept up to date during the job, he even oferred if I wanted to come check out the progress and the job was completed by the next day, just like he said. I'm very happy and already had in mind to replace the struts, which he pointed out as well, and I'm coming back to get it smogged. Thanks a lot Mike! PS.
