He wasn't ready to answer the question of how long it would take if the lanes apart. He was not ready to hear us out and was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. After reading similar reviews over the last few years, I'm surprised to see this place still has 4.2 rating here. It does not deserve a 1 star. Overall, a terrible experience and will not be going back here.

The employee I spoke with told me there were about 45 people ahead of us and an estimated wait time of an hour and a half. We were fine with that, so I asked him to put my name on the list. About 20 minutes later, I called back to check in and see if they would notify us as our spot got closer. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with then said our name was not on the waitlist at all -- despite being told earlier that it had been added. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Had we shown up close to the estimated wait time, we would have found out we were never on the list in the first place. They really need a more reliable waitlist system or better staff training to make sure customers aren't missed. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. Extremely disappointed.

Except recent videos (as of today) on social media of people advertising this place show adults going down the slides. We also witnessed adults walking around the top floors with their kids and going down the slides. It seems that the rules aren't applicable to everyone. Tons of balls in the ball pit were deflated, the ball cannon shooters were not working and that's pretty much all there is to do if you stay on the ground floor. Older kids can play in the ball pit and it's simply way too small for that. My daughter was terrified of the older kids running and jumping into the pit around her. It was a rainy day outside and very crowded. I asked one of the floor workers if she could turn on the giant overhead fan to help move some air around since it was very muggy and warm and she said she had to ask the owner first. She even admitted she was getting hot as well. 20 minutes went by and it was never turned on. I guess it doesn't work? Not sure why you need to ask the owner for permission to turn on a fan. The layout could use a little rearranging. It's a cool concept, just not executed nearly as well as others with the same idea. For the price, $40-ish for two adults to accompany their toddler, it's absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Also keep in mind, if you order tickets and sign the waiver ahead of time, you'll still have to wait in line behind people who didn't. Just one person in front of us with one child took 15 minutes to buy their tickets and sign the waiver. Once we were checked in which took less than 5 minutes, the line was out the door. There are also no lockers to safely put your belongings in, just open cubby's.

I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

The drinks were solid, though. Most of the team stuck to beers and margaritas, but I went with my usual Old Fashioned (had one with Bulleit and another with Woodford) and both were well-made. Parking was super easy since they have a huge lot. The EV charging stations happened to be out of service when we went, but it's good to know they actually have them for next time.
