Update 4/11/22: based on the response from the owner via Yelp, I followed up with a phone call two weeks ago inquiring about the offer to cover the cost of the sweatshirt. I spoke to someone who was supposed to call me back with an answer and of course no one ever called me back. For context: 1. When I dropped my sweatshirt off they NEVER EVER mentioned that it was a possibility it could be damaged. 2. When I picked it up and noticed it was damaged they NEVER offered to cover the full cost of the sweatshirt. However, I was offered a refund for the cleaning fee. 3. This is NOT the first sweatshirt they've cleaned for me but it is the first one they've damaged Why would I leave my sweatshirt to be cleaned if i was warned that it could be ruined during the cleaning process? That doesn't even make sense. Why would you respond to my review and lie about offering me to refund my sweatshirt when you never said that and you still haven't refunded my purchase? Going forward, tell every customer that you're unable to guarantee cleaning any item with print on it without damage. That way we'd have the choice of moving forward or not. But to take my brand new item then give it back to me damaged and lie about offering to give my money back? That is really low and it's bad business. If they keep up this kind of dishonest behavior, Pyramid Cleaners won't last long. NOTE: I've added a picture of the order confirmation - just in case the owners feel like doing the right thing and covering the cost of my damaged sweatshirt instead of literally lying about it. So corny.

I dropped off a few jackets at this cleaners to be cleaned... service was ok and they were able to provide my jackets to me when i needed them. Unfortunately they failed to inform me that my $300+ jacket was damaged during the cleaning process. I do not recommend taking your precious items here. I also will not be returning.

Great people!!! I have been bringing my clothes here for years, they do a great job. The prices are fair and so far they have not lost or ruined any piece of clothing. Tony and his father are very friendly and they treat their clients like family. Jack the alteration specialist has worked on every pair of pants I have bought in the last 5 years. If I could give zero stars I would! I brought in my cashmere sweater for cleaning. The first time I got it back it still smelled like my perfume so I know that they didn't wash it. Merely pressed it and gave it back. Therefore I brought it back a second time. They were very rude and insisted that they washed it while I know for a fact that they hadn't. The second time I got it back it had shrunk small enough to fit my toddler. I asked the woman what happened and she said that the sweater shrunk when she washed it. Bring a cleaner you would think she knew what she was doing. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone! read more

This place is awesome!! First time going to them. My boyfriend needed some jeans and sweaters cleaned but he needed them same day. It was past their drop off time for same day service but when I called them they said to go ahead and bring it in anyway. When I got there the guy was super friendly and said to be there by the time they closed. Picked up the clothes and he didnt even charge us extra. One jeans and three sweaters $22! Same day service! I haven't been to a better place! I definitely would reccomend this place to everyone. read more

These people are so nice! I felt so silly walking in the other day because i couldn't sew on a button on this particularly thick garment and the gentleman in the front, with zero judment, sewed it on for me so quickly. I highly recommend this cleaners. All the staff is very friendly, prices are good and are very helpful. Had alterations, dry cleaning, laundering and they even sewed me new seat covers for our patio furniture. Proactive to replace missing buttons. Cannot say enough good things about this cleaners. I have been using Pyramid cleaners for the last three years (It's about time I wrote a review!) and the service has been impeccable. I have used these guys for all my dry cleaning needs, alterations and laundry services and have consistently received a high level of service. I am quite particular about having my clothes pressed and Pyramid definitely meets & exceeds my high expectations. They have been extremely flexible with any last minute requests and provide top notch customer service. I had given this place a bad review before because of the steaming of my dress. The manager at the store offered to do my dress again with no charge because of my earlier experience. I took the dress in again along with my winter coat. This time I left much happier. They have great customer service. read more

I wanted to update my review because I actually got a few things dry cleaned, including the skirt in question in the previous post. The younger guy here is professional, the older man is a bit standoffish. The dry cleaning is done well, I don't know what the usual turn around time is for dry cleaners but their normal turn around is on average 4-5 days. read more

I love these guys. I always bring in my suits and formal attire and they always do an amazing job. I've also brought in some things I needed cleaned on a rush basis and they've always gotten it done the same day. They're great for repairs/alterations too! Once, I needed a button replaced on my suit and they somehow found an exact match of the other buttons, IT WAS THE SAME BUTTON! If that's not VIP service, I don't know what is. I'm a lifetime customer here. read more

I just moved to California almost a year ago and was struggling to find a place to take my clothes to. Once I located Pyramid Cleaners, I have not gone to any other place. On my first visit, the seam was coming lose from my pants and I needed my shirts dry cleaned. They asked if I needed the pants dry cleaned too and I said no. When I returned a few days later to pick up my items, everything was in order! In fact, they even dry cleaned my pants for free! They made a great first impression on me. Machines are broken or don't work properly. Of the 4 washers that I used, 2 did not perform…read moreeffectively. My clothes finished "washing" on a 4 and 6 load machine and the washer never pulled my conditioner and bleach. I asked the lady working here if they could restart my machine to manually add the bleach and conditioner- she said no because she can't, and she told me that's the reason we should be paying attention to our machines, and that we are responsible for adding water manually from the sink to the bleach and conditioner container for them to go through. She said that's why the signs are posted. No signs on this unit say such thing. Since she told me to add them and add water, I did so, and my clothes washed on the rinse mode and so never rinsed. All I wanted was for my machines to be restarted. Given that my clothes washed on the rinse mode, they didn't really rinse, i called the number and the person I spoke to said that he would have this fixed. Later on- While I was drying my clothes the lady came back and said she was told to start new washers for me free of charge, at this point my clothes that were not rinsed were being dried and I just needed to go because I have work to catch. I asked her if I could get my money back for those 2 machines and she said no, only 2 paid washers if I run my clothes again. I don't understand why someone is not here physically managing this place in case issues like this happen. I paid 7 dollars for a 6 load and 6 dollars for a 4 load- and I lost this money. Go elsewhere, my recommendation. If you do decide to come here, don't forget to bring a big cup to flush the bleach and conditioner manually in case your machine doesn't pull it properly during the cycle.

After moving from the Westside into the Valley I was in need of a dry-cleaning service that I hope would be as good as the service I used in West Hollywood. After trying serveral Valley cleaners, I stumbled upon Pyramid Cleaners on my way to the post office. Later that day I brought a bag of clothes in and was caught by surprise at how very friendly and welcoming Tony was. Having lived on the Westside for a while, this was not common. The family-owned & operated company are the best folks - they are friendly to a fault; concerned about your well-being; any concerns about cleaning problems are addressed and advice given are explained in detail and you are assured that they will do the best possible job to resolve any problematic situation. You are greeted with a hand-shake, big smile and after your first visit you are made to feel like family (a family anyone would be more than happy to be a part of)!!! Tony, his dad and his uncle the tailor do a wonderful, timely and perfect job on everything I have brought in and will work with you on tight deadlines without the slightest hesitation. Once I brought in 4 suits that I needed later in the day for a funeral that weekend. By 5 pm they were ready and good to go!!! I have now been going to Pyramid Cleaners for 4 years and have also noticed their regulars as well as many new faces. When it comes down to excellent service with a smile, hand-shake and a greeting on a "first name" basis you can never go wrong with "The Family at Pyramid Cleaners". I've been going to Pyramid Cleaners for a little over 3 years now, and needless to say, they're the best in town. From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave, you're greeted with friendly service with a smile and many times, a handshake! They not only clean and fold to perfection, but, for the busy professionals who need presse done quickly, they will work with tight deadlines. I have many times dropped off clothing in the early morning and picked up in the afternoon. This allowed me to look super sharp the next day for meetings. I've also taken many Indian cultural clothing heavy in silk and beads, and Pyramid has cleaned and pressed those to perfection. When you clean and press Indian clothing BETTER THAN the people who wear it, then you KNOW Pyramid cleaners in on another level. I've used Pyramid for over 4 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Shimanu (spelled right?), his dad and UncleJack are the best. I always ---ALWAYS....stick around and laugh/joke with them every time I pick up AND drop off clothes. Then, Shimanu has the nerve to ALWAYS carry my clothes to my car!!!! ALWAYS!!! They are genuinely kind, professional and I consider them lifelong friends. For what they offer, not only in quality of service, price and speed, but in customer experience, is rare to find these days. My friend, with noble intentions, recommended I use a local cleaners open 24 hours but I declined stating I already had a relationship with Pyramid. The best dry cleaning services in the Valley! Tony is wonderful--great customer service and always makes sure he gets it right. They also have a great tailor on premises--there is absolutely nothing that Mr. John can't fix. I know, because he has repaired a zipper in a 1960's original Balenciaga suit, an antique quilt, and replaced elastic in a pair of pants for me. All of his work is as fine in detail as it gets... Their prices are excellent, Tony is so professional--as is the rest of the team. And by the way, everyone smiles when you walk in the door. Excellent service at pyramid cleaners. They always get me ready for my hot tinder dates. I go to them and inform them that I need my blazer ready cause it gets all the girls, and they compassionately understand my situation and do a quick effective job. This place is really awesome, the guy at the front is really nice and friendly. I used to do my dry cleaning in Glendale, close to my house. I am at the cleaners 3 days a week dropping and picking up items. This place has the best tailor ( uncle jack) he is the most professional tailor. I have been to so many cleaners and tailors.
