They were completely transparent with me about the difficulty of the job and tried multiple methods to save it for more than four times without any complaints. When it turned out the stain proved impossibly to be removed by any chemical, they were incredibly understanding and actually waived the fee since they couldn't get it off and I only brought it for the stain to be removed. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone, I have brought over six different suits to get I have used them at dry cleaning for my past four months. These people will switch your clothes with other people by accident. They will lose your clothes and claim that you lost your clothes I went in the other day tailored five suits the next week when I want to wear the suits one of the pants was missing with the suits Which he did not give to me. I've been taking my stuff here for a while, and they do reliable work with fair prices. I'm leaving this review because they went ABOVE AND BEYOND on my last visit when I needed a graduation gown steamed and pressed with a very rushed turnaround. I don't want to go into details as to specifically how they came through in the clutch because I don't know if it's something they could do for just anybody and I don't want the public at large to hold unreasonable expectations that they might receive a similar hookup. Fouad is upfront with you, lets you know your outfit has bit the dust and not worth it, or if he can manage to get that disgusting mystery smell out of your clothes from a season of storage (he got it out!) He's delivered on all accounts and then seem; even going so far as to sew cup loose seems on my cleaning I didn't know I had, without prompt. I used to love this place. I brought all of my clothes here for dry cleaning. No more. I dropped off 6 blouses and when I came to pick them up, I was informed because they are long, they are dresses. I admit, I should have checked the ticket when I dropped them off. But I never imagined they would charge for each item as a dress rather than a blouse. I even said, as I dropped them off, there are 6 blouses. He never corrected me. After being told "our prices are very competitive" I was then charged for the items as dresses with a small discount. Quality dropped a lot when new owners took over. Went here for years when Fouad was running the place. Always kind, honest with a warm demeanor and good work - and good prices! New owners took over that were gruff, unpleasant, the quality of the tailoring and dry cleaning dropped away while the prices rose... I started going somewhere else pretty quickly. I love Oxford Cleaners! They have always done a great job with my dry cleaning and hemming and sewing needs. They recently did a beautiful job on some some curtain panels that I needed sewn together for a bedroom window that is abnormally short and wide. More than that, the owners Nshan and Karina are so kind and sweet. They've even done a few minor sewing jobs for me as I waited and didn't even charge for them. Maybe it was because I pickled it up on a holiday, I walked in, I wasn't greeted, in fact I waived to the guy, nothing, I said hi, he was steaming a shirt. I figured he was busy and I'd give him a few minutes, my girlfriend walked in and he immediately asked if we were picking up, I gave him my ticket, and I've never experienced this at a dry cleaners, he asked me to pay before looking at the pieces... I will not be back...
