So far the designs she had done for me and my sis in law are great. She's quick and you can see she enjoys designing nails. I will be attaching photos so don't forget to look at them. Not sure why any one would give this crap hole any stars. They did the worse job on my nails ever in my life. My nails are lumpy and crooked, my feet are rough and dry. Its as if i did it myself. Spacious and clean salon. A nice selection of polishes, including gels. They also had a velvety/furry type gel manicure which I've never seen before so that was pretty cool. They do lash extensions also for $59, I was going to try it out, but I was short on time. When I do try it, I'll update my review. Anyway, I stumbled upon this place yesterday, Saturday afternoon around 3:30 and they took me right away. The staff were super nice and the woman who did my manicure (I'm awful with names sorry) did a really nice job. $7 for a manicure, $1 extra for quick dry. Can't beat that in Bay Ridge lol. The sign for a spa pedicure read $20, as it did on their price menu. I asked the difference between that and the regular manicure, and decided it was a good deal. At the end they charged me $30, without saying where the extra $10 came from. I was never told any service would be extra, and never asked for anything more. I told them it said $20, and they just argued with me, again, not saying anything like "X thing was $10 extra"...because I ONLY asked for the flat $20 spa pedicure. The pedicure itself was fine, and their prices that they claim we pay are cheap, but I can never go back to a place with shady practices and luckily they have a lot of competition in the area. read more

Had to come back and write another review after my experience today. They do such a good job with tips it's insane. Their prices are very fair (especially for tips) and everyone that works there is so talented. Again, it's not very fancy inside so if you're looking for a "spa experience" this might not be for you. If you're looking to get good tips that look good, this is your place. I come here at least every other month. Never wait and they do an amazing job considering the abuse i put my feet and hands through. Everything is clean and i never have an issue. The price is right and my feet and hands always feel and good great. Plus i don't get any color done so i am pretty easy. Get the spa treatment. The spa treatment for hands and feet is 45 dollars. Worth every penny. I enjoy the televison shows as well. They no longer give free paper flip flops so bring your own or they will sell you some. read more

The Owner is not professional at all. She can't handle the truth when she messes up your nails. You're a business owner. Don't make people feel like shit if you messed up their nails. Be grateful that you got a tip even though you were completely rude. She didn't like the fact that I told her I didn't like two nails she did. When she did the design it looked smudged and messy. I spend for my nails and toes alone over 100 dollars. I wasn't rude and asked for her to do the nails over. she got super quiet and had a face. She didn't even thank me for the huge tip I gave her and didn't say goodbye when I left. Grow up Yaya! Be nicer to people. read more

It was raining when my friends and I left a restaurant so we decided to get our nails done at the nail salon next door since we saw that it was $7 for a manicure, which is the cheapest that I've ever seen. I wasn't expecting for the best since it was only $7 but this place exceeded my expectations! Vicky (I think) did my nails with precision and cleaned up my cuticles very nicely. Gave her $2 as tip and it was the best $9 I've ever spent on a manicure. Update: I got this manicure a week ago and it only chipped very little, which is pretty amazing considering it was only $7. Went to do my nails gel polish $40.00 on 5/18/18 gel is suppose to last 2weeks well it didn't it's tues not even a week and my so call gel polish is chipping. plus she charges to take of the gel polish extra $5.00 with the machine. Staff was nice and welcoming I walked in with intension of a pedicure and coffin nails. Pedicure was quick could have gotten a better massage. Was very clean polish came out great. NAILS .. was early there was no wait my nails came out pretty good shape was good I didn't get a crazy design but this place does do ombré nails , marble nails, and the henna design. I plan on returning back and asking for crazy designs seeing how they come out. Fingers crossed!! read more

I always get my nails done by Yaya! She is the best and does some crazy nail art. She always responds via Yelp as well if you're like me and don't have time to call for an appointment. This was a overall horrible experience for us. They advertised cheaper price for mani pedi they once you're like half way done you find out its only for the weekday. Plus they were unhygenic. I saw them using the same scrapper for 3 customer without properly sanitizing it. They just washed it with water. I mean thats disgusting! You're scrapping dead cells for Chists sake! the job done was ok. nothing to rave about. the people were very nice and the place was clean. there was no wait and it was not crowded. i loved that the foot tub was lined...and the price was overall pretty good. $20 for gel mani & $15 for reg pedi. but the guy did my toes and an older woman did my nails...they both seemed like newbies and the job done was just ok. i will keep in mind for emergencies but not my first pick. also...the parking is not the best in area. read more

I came here yesterday because my usual place was all filled up and the wait there was more than an hour and I needed my nails done ASAP. This place was empty. By the time I left I understood why. I'll preface by saying I hate to say bad things about anyone but for a very basic mani/pedi I was grossly disappointed. The massage chair was good. It's what got this place an extra star. The utensils were clean and they used those plastic liners in the foot tub so I did like that. But the woman who did my nails (I didn't get her name) didn't know how to use a nail file. She kept rubbing it against the skin of my toes and then the skin of my fingers and it HURT. She used soap and lotion sparingly, as if I was being nickled and dimed for lotion. She didn't know how to use the cuticle pusher, my toes and nails hurt. I just have never gotten such a bad manicure and pedicure. I had been planning on getting my eyebrows done but honestly after that scary mani-pedi I didn't want to find out what they would do to my face! So I just paid for the service and got out of there. Next time I know I'll make an appointment somewhere else two days before rather than be left without choices and come back here. read more

I would give negative stars if I can. I asked for the collegian pedicure. 1st of all I didn't get a hot towel, no lotion or message, and poor nail cleaning. I went with my husband and friend. My husband and I asked for the same pedicure. He received the hot towel, message and lotion and better cleaning. I asked how come I didn't get all that. They said sorry and gave me a shoulder rub. Which I get regularly in the place I usually go to. The sign said its $10 for pedicure and the person said it is extra $5 for collegian treatment. So, it should be $15. Instead we were charged $20 each. Apparently that a Monday and Wednesday special. They should have wrote that in the front. Ridiculous! I don't mind paying if it was a good service. Don't go there and if you do stalk them and make sure they do it right! No talent at all! read more
