I think it's fairly easy to make an Americano so I didn't understand why there was a significant wait. Plus there were several people that came after us that had food and special drink orders. So I was a bit annoyed that our order was forgotten or wasn't prioritized. Is it because I didn't tip for a quick Americano I'm quite confused on what happened? I then decided to talk to the woman at the counter and she apologized for the wait. Our drink came by quickly and the young man came by to our table to give us our drink to apologize. My first visit here was over a little over a year ago - between that time and today, I've gone here a few times a month - and things have improved, the environment has mellowed out. I think one of the biggest turnoffs initially when they first opened was they would have these large scale community nights like bingo - which would draw a huge crowd of people - turning the place into a madhouse. But, to be fair, I imagine that's their way of trying to attract new customers to their business. So I can't really fault them for that. Things have mellowed out now, the crowd is more consistent - there's a mix of students during the week, business people, and a more casual crowd on the weekends. I've tried a number of drinks here (and taken a photo of each kind attached to this review) - my favorite is the drink I'm trying today, which is the Mango Dreamsicle. It's a ice blended drink, with a decent mango flavor - doesn't taste artificial, good amount of cream. Almost tastes like a drinkable mango-flavored yogurt. The highlight is that the caffeine (about 75mg) is from the lotus plant. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors - only two outlets for those who are working on a laptop. Employees have always been friendly. Parking is never an issue. It's a huge lot, with plenty of open spaces, even during peak lunch/dinner hours. read more

Well, to start, we went in the evening right before closing. There was plenty of parking and seating. It was dark so I did not take a video of the outside patio area, but thought it would be amazing to sit out there during warm summer nights, or during the day for studying/computer work. The barista working behind the counter, was helpful in answering all the questions, but not very friendly, in terms of smiling and conversational. I think she just had a very long day because she said she worked on the morning also, I was so I gave it a pass. The coffee I choose was off the barista's creation board, and when she explained how she makes it, it sounded amazing. But the taste was not as amazing to my palette. I'd give it a 3.5/5. To our surprise, the chile verde breakfast burrito was better than expected. The drinks were all amazing and just what we needed. Our family will be back soon to try other items on the menu. There is some great coffee here at Qargo and they have friendly and welcoming staff and a great atmosphere to boot as it's a great place to study and get work done or a place to take a quick coffee break if you need it! They have a variety of coffee drinks like most coffee shops but they also have specialty drinks along with pastries and food. Qargo also proudly serves LavAzza coffee for all their drinks. I decided on getting the Nutty Nitro since I needed something strong to kickstart my day and I also wanted some hazelnut flavor so this drink fit the bill. I got it after only waiting a few minutes and it was delicious and perked me up. I also got their pumpkin cheesecake which was also rich and tasty! Decided to check this place out because of the positive reviews and I wanted to try out a new coffee place. I ended up ordering nutty nitro cold brew because it has hazelnut. It was a gamble for me because I don't normally get a cold brew since I don't really like a strong coffee taste and I was quite surprised by this drink! You can definitely taste the coffee but it is well balanced with the hazelnut so that it is not too sweet either! It was easy to drink so this might be my go to drink unless I find something better on their menu. The iced cafe latte was pretty standard for me. I got the vanilla to help make it sweeter so it's drinkable for me lol. The atmosphere is pretty nice as well. I saw several people studying on their laptops, but I didn't really see many accessible chargers (at least at the table I was sitting it). Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Been eyeing this place for awhile now whenever we're in Fountain Valley. We stopped by in the morning to check it out and wow, I really like how the place looks. The orange and blue color scheme fitted well and the interior decor was nicely set up. Everything felt clean. At first glance, the menu looks overwhelming because they have variety of drinks besides coffee. However, the barista was helpful and patience with us. Good service. My girl and I ordered the Nutty Nitro and it was good, but nothing too extraordinary. The flavor was alright; creamy and earthy. The cold brew here is light and not too strong. I found this place by searching Yelp for a coffee place that had comfortable chairs, options for inside or outside seating, and free Wifi access in Fountain Valley. The location also was great since it wasn't super visible, creating lots of parking that is shared among the strip mall in an industrial setting. The prices of coffee drinks were reasonable and the place was a bit crowded but clean. Restroom use requires a punch code and the WiFi password is written on the marker board, you have to look for the small print on top of the message board. Chairs are comfortable and patrons were respectful with conversations and cleaning up after themselves. I was even more pleased that the server was able to provide change for me on the way out. I highly recommend this place not only for coffee but for having 'catch up' time with people. read more

My new favorite study spot! Fountain valley is lucky to have so many great coffee shops. This is one of my favorites for studying because of the 20% student discount, quiet environment, and large amount of comfortable group seating. There's a couple of outlets that I've never had a problem with getting. Free wifi too. The menu is straightforward with plenty of options. I stayed here for a bit to get a drink and pastry and have a place to sit before my next stop. Employees were welcoming and nice, and the atmosphere felt relaxing. I tried the Mango Iced tea without sweetener and the cheese danish. I really liked both. The iced tea had the right amount of sweetness for me and I thought it was a refreshing drink. One of the employees let me know there were sample cups so I could try the peach iced tea. The danish was better than ones I've tried at other coffee shops, which can be on the dry side. Theirs wasn't dry and the glaze on top gave the right amount of sugar for me. Their menu, in addition to espresso based drinks and cold brews, lists seasonal drinks, drinks unique to this location, boba drinks, and desserts like tiramisu and carrot cake.
