Came after the lunch crowd and walked into a empty restaurant. One person was at the grill cooking and the other was near the register, on her phone. Every single table in the place was dirty. I asked for a bowl as the girl is setting her phone down. She tells me hold on and goes in the back. Comes back and tells me the rice isn't ready. I tell her I don't want rice. As we go over what I want, I have to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself because she mumbled. The second time wasn't any better. She asked if I wanted peppers or Queso, I said peppers, she added queso. She catches herself and I say don't worry about it. She then goes on without giving me peppers. I had to ask for them. Oh, meanwhile, she's wearing the same gloves she was wearing while using her phone. I finish and some other new guy rings me up. Before she even hands off my bowl, she was back on her phone. I had to eat outside because the tables inside are still all dirty. In general they could use a deep clean. The lamps over the counter are covered in grease and dust, the food area looks like a 3 years is putting the food together. Not very appetizing when you are trying to grab a quick lunch. Every time I've come in, it's gotten worse and worse. I think that I'm done. No more chances. No water. Didn't see any bottles even. read more

Horrendous guest experience! Walked into this location today, hungry, and was told I wasn't following the line. It's not marked or clear, just a chair sitting in the aisle. Remarked to the server that I wasn't doing that--would have had to exit and walk around the building but there was no need because there were very few customers inside. Waited my turn then the server said "I'm not serving you. We don't serve customers that don't follow the line." Then she turned her back and walked away. Employees need training at the very least. I have not had a very positive experience at Qdoba in the past. I drove past this place today and decided to give Qdoba another chance. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It took a little bit to order my food. I ordered a chicken burrito. The guy wraps the burrito into a ball! See photo. Food was fine/typical. The place was trashed--overflowing trash bins, debris all over the drink station, filthy restrooms--and employees are standing around on their phones. There are rude signs everywhere about using specific doors and entering the line specific ways or they can refuse to serve you. Worst of all--2 of the 3 employees had long hair hanging down in their face. I was grossed out before I even sat down. Wouldn't eat here again if they were giving it away. read more

I guess I can say my time here was okay. It wasn't the best experience, but I guess I should've stick to the location I know best. Service was okay, the girl behind the counter didn't even understand the concept of making a bowl. As my bowl was built with a pile stacked up in the middle of ingredients. As usual Qdoba ingredients, aren't very flavorful but this was less than flavorful. Nothing I received was fresh except my salsa. This location has vastly improved since my last review. The staff are fast and friendly.

Service was snappy and lethargic. The food was cold, no lettuce at noon is crazy, and a phone was ringing for the entirety of the transaction. Ambiance =chaotic and rushed. After all of that i wind up with stuff in my bowl I didn't even order. DONT GO OUT OF YOUR WAY read more

I ordered through Doordash, my order was completely incorrect ( not in any way because of this location or it's staff). I called this branch to inform them of the issue and the intended recipient of the the food would not be receiving their meal. I spoke with James Curry and he was incredibly helpful, understanding, and apologetic. He told me his next steps to address this with the team even though it was not their fault. He even offered compensation for my "troubles" but they were unnecessary, his calm and understanding demeanor were quite honestly more than enough. A mistake was made by a 3rd party and James tried to make up for the inconvenience. True customer service embodied if you ask me! I visited this store on 8/19. We placed an online order for five entrees, two of which included chicken. After waiting 15min after the pick up time I was told they were out of chicken. I tried to ask what the options were. The manager was being rude to her staff the entire time. She then got upset with me because I questioned the upcharge to substitute hot chicken, because they were out of regular chicken. She refused to give me the "premium meat" as a no-charge substitute on two of my five entrees. The manager got loud with me and refused ton give me my order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a confirmation of a refund. As she gave me my refund, she made sure to comp the entire meal of a family that had just come into the store. She apologized to them, but they had not been inconvenienced in any way. They had arrived while she was in the back and were serviced promptly as her staff worked better together while she was off the floor. While on the floor she constantly barked orders at them while they were serving customers. My order was $70 and she couldn't offer me a substitute on two items. Very bad service. The store was nasty with trash and food on the floor. The manager threw receipts on the floor as she worked the register. She was also unkempt, working with a shirt that had her backside exposed. She told me she wasn't giving me my order and gave me a refund, even though 3 of 5 entrees had been made. The staff threw those entrees in the trash. read more

My previous review rated this location based on closing 30 minutes early consistently. I'm changing my review after working with the customer satisfaction team. You could say they made it right, and after discussions with various other qdoba personnel I understand their situation. If I have a few more good food experiences I'll update my review to a 5 star. Side note: if the staff consistently locks doors early to start cleaning to try and leave by close, perhaps adjust the hours of the store to 8:30 instead of 9. read more

My absolutely favorite place to eat at for Mexican. The food is always seasoned, the service is fast, and i love everything they have. The secret thing they sell is their amazing brownies!!! Getting out of a doctor visit starving today so I stopped by for a quick bite. Clean location , but very rude staff, or at least the lady at the front. Not very familiar with Qdoba, so I was asking her a couple menu questions (no line Behind me) Very condescending, talking me down, making me feel like an alien for asking what's the difference between the 2 bowls they had, and quiet frankly, truly hurtful. I love Qdoba but this is probably my favorite location, the staff is very friendly and I definitely liked that the worker ringing up my order talked me out of a bottle of water because you know how overpriced that can get sometimes, LOL. I was thankful for his two sense and got a fountain drink since it's clearly cheaper. I always get nachos these days and it was fun hearing the workers make my food while telling me about how some customers come in and order nachos and they add so many ingredients that they can hardly close the lid, it was a fun trip and everything was perfect. I use to think I could really pile on some ingredients into that poor little bowl but after chatting with the staff I've concluded that my portion sizes are very reasonable, hahaha. They are never too busy so they give really great service, if they are busy they work very diligently to get orders out, when I don't know what to eat on my lunch at work I will make my way down to this qdoba for good service, good food and a good laugh! read more

Went there today, the staff members I would rather as a 10. They were so warm and welcoming. I would go there just for the interaction. But, the food was bland, bland. The the best way to description it. I lived in Northville and went to the restaurant there and the food is really good, but the employees have poor attitudes. If you could combine the attitudes of Bingham Farms and the food from Northville you would have a great product. I arrived at this location and the door was locked. A guest leaving stated the door on the side(the exit) was open. Upon entering only one guest was in-line. Since the front door was locked I entered the line through the exit. As I am now standing at the front counter an employee asked to me walk around. I advised the front door was locked so how could I walk around. That employee went to the door noticed it was locked and walked away. Then that same employee went back and unlocked the door. Since I refused to walk around she did not want to take my order. I waited in line for more than tens minutes. Now more guess are entering and no one takes my order. The take the guest behind me but not me. The lady then brings a sign that I'm sure is not in compliance with Qdoba standards as you see in the photo. Another ten minutes go by and the police arrive. I've never been to this Qdoba before as I'm riding done Telegraph looking for a Qdoba because of the vegan impossible meat they have. I pulled into the location not knowing which door is the entrance. Apparently I walked into the wrong door. I quickly walked to the order side and the employee mentioned that I came in the wrong door. I didn't notice that she was speaking to me. She mentioned it again and that's when I noticed she was talking to me. I said "Ok...so.....you want me to go out and come back in through the correct door! She said "yes, since I told you....you came in the wrong door". I thought the way she spoke to me was very disrespectful. She spoke as if I'm a child. She is the same employee(young lady with black shirt) that's on Shatia G's post from 04/07/2022. I left out and didn't bother coming back in. I probably won't go back to that location. read more

This is by far my favorite QDOBA location. We will drive by several Chipoltes to get the yummy jalapeños and the friendly staff. Well stocked and everyone is always lovely and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Once you have this type of customer service at a quick service restaurant all the rest fall short. Had to bite my tongue when I saw a crabby customer be disrespectful to the cashier but used the moment to teach my 11yo how he should never behave or treat people. Important to note that they all had on appropriate PPE and that is appreciated. read more

Read the reviews of this location just to see if my experience was a one off but after reading many customer experiences of bad customer service, I would echo every single one. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. From the lack of greeting to the tone of voice from the staff members, everything was extremely rude. I asked for one simple request can I do half chicken and half steak. I've requested this at many other Qdoba locations and not once have I been told I couldn't do this until this location. I asked Why? And the answer I received very rudely " because we don't do that here". The cherry on the top was when a customer entered through the side door of this location and the lady at the register proceeded to tell her colleagues not to take the gentleman's order because he didn't enter in through the front door. The side door has no signage stating to enter through the front door to place an order. If you are the owner of this establishment I would be very concern. If the staff refused to take that gentleman's order, I could only imagine how many others have been turned away because of which door they entered through. Seems very petty to me. Despite being short-staffed, the two women running the assembly line during lunch rush - Schekesia and Bianca (sorry if I'm off on your names!) - were incredibly professional in their attitude and demeanor. Ever since the pricing changes at Qdoba the past several months (free guacamole, queso, fajita veggies) but with a higher base item charge, I feel like most locations are giving smaller overall portions. This was absolutely not the case here as I received one of the best burrito bowls I've ever had here. The meat was running out and they gave me the fresh batch instead of the remnants of the old. I came in between lunch and dinner hours and the place was mostly empty but instead of employees standing around, I saw 2 of them cleaning the whole time. Love Qdoba, and this was my favorite place untill they hired the two new girls that cannot figure out what are they supposed to do. Ever since my tacos are smashed in a ball. My soup is half the cup and and the wait is for ever. Please, management talk to those two girls and get them straight or you will be loosing more customers read more
