Just horrible. I can't believe that QDOBA continues to let this location use their name. Not only was this the worst QDOBA I have been to, but it also could be the worst eatery at an airport I have dined at. There was only one kind of rice, one type of bean, and no options for meat except for chicken. They slammed you with ADs about guacamole but when you order it, shockingly, they had none. The employees were rude and obviously did not want to be there. Although the quality of the food itself wasn't horrible, it wasn't great and you only had about 2 options on the menu to choose from. If you're at DTW, don't be fooled by the QDOBA name. This place is not worth your time. read more

I travel a lot and haven't posted a review in forever, but this has brought me out of hiding. This is not a QDOBA. This is a highly unprofessional, incredibly mismanaged, and especially disappointing excuse for a franchise establishment in one of the country's busiest airports. Food: If it's available, it's either cold, burnt, or improperly prepared. Service: I would comment on it if it existed at all. Absolute CRAP for Service. There's not many options for a quick bite at the end of Terminal "A" where Qdoba is....and if you're looking to get in and out quick, DON'T BOTHER going here. I don't know what the deal was with the cashier, but she literally stopped checking people out and refused to move on the food assembly line because someone was doing "her tasks." She just STOOD THERE with this upset face and didn't move a muscle. Decent food and large portions. I'm biased towards Chipotle so this place only gets a 3 because it doesn't provide the same sort of bold flavors as Chipotle. The ingredients, however, are relatively fresh and the portion sizes are pretty substantial. You'll definitely feel like you got your money's worth. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl with fajita. The chicken was good but everything else was pretty bland/lacked seasoning. I found myself just scavenging for the chicken and not eating much of anything else. If you're looking for a quick bite, need something on the healthier side and want a bang for your buck...this is a viable option. read more

Worst dining experience I've ever had, anywhere, anytime. Two employees with attitudes _ seemingly pissed off that they were there instead of doing who-knows-what (whatever it would be, I doubt it could have entailed studying for ACTs, SATs, GREs, MCATs . . . These two - Mr. sullen (actually more like deep smoldering anger - if he was in a movie, his character would be poisoning the customers) & Ms. amazing-tattooed-lady made the Manson family look like delightful conversation partners. Food was terrible - and Qdoba is the only fast food place I still like (but they need to yank this franchise). My wife ordered a veggie bowl, but there were only a couple sad pieces of green pepper & carrot left. No offer to get more, or wait a minute for them to grill anything else, just a disinterested glare. Grill was FILTHY - I don't recall ever seeing a dirtier food prep area. So, let's do a quick recap: worst employee service I've ever encountered, awful food (chips - normally a Qdoba strong point were mostly pathetic crumbs), selections that weren't available, overpriced (the 'airport excise tax' plus) . . . Outside an airport, this place wouldn't last a month - I'd personally picket it. Yelp needs to offer a 'zero star' rating so places like this won't be confused with any establishment that - while bad - might have some redeeming value. This place has none! BTW, of the 10 reviews posted, the average was 2.1, but the median was 1.0. The breakdown was one 5: two 4s; one 2 and; six 1s. When 70% of the distribution are in the 1-2 zone, I have to question the veracity (or sanity) of the reviewers who are giving 4s & 5s. This is why a 0-star rating is necessary: all the 1-Star rating are actually inflating this place's overall score. read more

this is the WORST qdoba in the whole wide world and i am extremely disappointed. i was so excited to get a burrito at qdoba, and being a vegetarian i knew i could get a healthy and yummy burrito in a quick time. there was no line, so i walked up and asked for a burrito and the lady was extremely rude, slapping down a tortilla and immediately starts making it into a "breakfast burrito" without even asking what i want on it. it was incredibly frustrating, as i then proceeded to explain that i didn't want it. i was with my friend and the other person working there was incredibly slow and had to rewrap his burrito multiple times. i do not recommend this qdoba at all, which is incredibly sad because i love them, but i will not be back. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely the worst experience at a Qdoba - went today around 4:30pm and stood at the counter while the manager stood there doing nothing in particular and another worker chopped chicken. The manager called to the back but nobody came, so she put the gloves on (about the only good thing she did). I asked for a steak burrito, but the guy at the counter hadn't cut up any steak yet and there was none in the container. I said chicken instead was ok. So a little chicken went on my burrito wrapper. Then a bunch of rice and black beans. Looking at all the containers there were about three grilled pepper slices left, two other empty containers holding unidentifiable crumbs, and a queso container with about 1/4 cup of queso. Over on the cold side, there was a small amount of lettuce, no guacamole (I confirmed - they were out), and four half to two-thirds empty salsa containers. I asked for one kind and got a little dribble, nothing more. By this time I was completely frustrated but didn't want to make a scene. I asked for cheese and may have gotten about two tablespoons worth. Pathetic. Despite the sign saying I also would get a side of chips, she rang me up - I then asked about the chips and eyes were rolled in response. I then asked for a Diet Pepsi. Of the six drinks they had, I was told they were out of half of them. I finally paid and left. Worst attitude, worst condition, worst supplies, and worst experience ever at any Qdoba or any other food court type restaurant I have ever had anywhere. Steer very clear of this dump. read more

Very disappointing. I wanted steak... only had chicken. I wanted guacamole (which the sign said was free)...no guac at 7pm.
