This place must be under new management. The line was 10 deep and took 30 mins this is not how I remember. The menu is about $2 more then I remember. The food was fresh and tasted good. Don't expect to get full for less the $15. read more

Qdoba.. A bit pricey but we'll worth it. The burritos are massive, the nachos amazing. I would highly recommend getting their "reward" card. Every 10 entrees you get a free entree. Location, Location, Location! Perfect spot right on the Dixie beside Ring Road. Service was fantastic and the food was great! Also nice and clean including the rest rooms. I must have timed it just right because I did not have to wait in line long and my meal that was made to order was ready with in minutes. Great meal at a great price. I gave it five stars! read more

This Qdoba always performs! Staff is friendly, encouraging you to try samples of new items. I hate going out for a quick bite just to have some rude teenager behind the counter roll his eyes at me...thankfully, Qdoba trains its staff well, and they seem to hire friendly people. This is a very nice restaurant and getting your food here takes no time at all. The food is well prepared and simply delicious. It's a wonderful change up on Mexican food. I have been at least 5 times now and gotten a different type of burrito every time. There are so many options you just have to try them all! I just ordered from the app and it's says food will be ready at 6pm o'clock and I ordered at 4.45pm so when in there at 6.10 pm and got the food come home and all my food was soggy and didn't taste right. It's was really bad experience. It's hurts my feelings because I food there food all the time. read more

I used to use this restaurant a lot to cater but stopped due to horrible service. Was hungry and haven't ate there in a really long time and today was the the reason why. The lettuce the girl put on my food was awful I asked if they had different lettuce and she said no. I questioned her and asked if that was all they had because if so I didn't want it because it was brown and she did pull out more after she thru the food she had made in the garbage and was very rude and was slopping what I asked for in the bowl. Horrible experience as always and a reminder as to why I had not been there in a while. Won't make that mistake again!! read more

First off I'd like to say I love Qdoba! This one in etown not so much! They got an 87% out of 100% score from the health department. 2 pages of the description why they got the score. They look at you with disgust for walking in the door. They look like they just left the club last night. They clearly hate their jobs. They have an excuse for never opening on time, food not cooked yet so don't bother asking where the items are! I thought it was fast casual? Clearly the 5 stars are fake reviews. So today I went to pick up some food, mainly because of the Impossible Meat. I was trying to find something on the kids meal for my 4 year old that she would eat. She doesn't eat dairy so I asked if we could have the nachos without cheese and just add the other stuff that she would eat. The young girl said that we had to have the nacho cheese because it was part of the meal. She offered to put it on the side...which we would just waste....At the end of the line before paying, I asked where the chips were. The kids "nacho" bowl only had the impossible meat. She said I had already picked my applesauce as the side so I wouldn't get chips. I was confused and asked her why I would order the kids nachos with no chips and an applesauce. And what did she expect me to do with nacho cheese, put on the applesauce and meat. She said if I wanted to. I looked at the menu again and it said nacho chips, a SIDE and drink. The girl kept saying that I had to choose. I said it was nachos though...Eventually, she got upset with me and just got me the chips and was obviously not happy with my confusion or questions. Perhaps she was new there, but she definitely didn't understand the menu and was not very customer friendly with me. There were a couple other workers there that I know heard the dispute and offered nothing to either of us. Not even sure who the manager was. I was trying to not cause a scene because it was really just silly. But this experience has made me decide to make my kids healthy food at home instead of feeling stupid in from of strangers. read more

Won't be back. The people working here are very nice. However, I noticed the restaurant was fairly dirty, trash over flowing from main self serve island, tables that had not been wiped down, etc. Then, as I was leaving, I saw the 87 percent Health Department rating sign which had fallen off the window and was laying on top of the other trash can counter. There were references to 31 violations (corrected) on it. So I researched the original rating and discovered they had a 60 on the original rating a week earlier. One of those violations was for chicken stored at wrong temp. Oh, and the 60 score is the lowest score recorded for initial inspection of the 856 restaurants rated in the area (on the health department's website). I can't allow myself to risk eating here anymore. read more

Our family loves Qdoba in Louisville. We were so happy to have an Elizabethtown location. Daytime/Lunch service is wonderful. Nighttime....not so much. Lazy, unfriendly, uncaring help made our experience less than good. Manager seemed not to care that our order was wrong, cashier didn't even ask if we wanted drinks for our dine in order.
