All in all it's Qdoba with the new crazy menu items and sauces and quesos. We love the place, go there often, and are usually pretty happy. Only problems are the rice is occasionally a bit undercooked as are the fajita veggies, those need to stay on a bit longer :-) read more

Will not ever go to this particular store location again.....Waiting on complaints from corporate to resolve. Store manager named Nicole will try to nickel and dime for everything and trains employees to also. Pretty much all staff, including managers, don't care how long the line is, there is no sense of urgency. Regular qdoba customer gone to several other locations and had great interactions, yet this store tries to charge me $2 for a 2oz container of queso when I go try to swap it out instead of having guacamole for a quesadilla. No other store ever does this!!!!!!!!! It is a straight swap, as both guacamole and queso are normally extra. It would now be cheaper to just buy a full container of chips w/ queso at this store and not eat the chips since I just want the queso for my quesadilla! My daughter, granddaughter, and me visited on 4-2-22. The restaurant was filthy, no clean tables, no one was there dining in at the time. Windows are dirty, trash had not been emptied, window ledges had food on them, floors were a mess, and the employees were all visiting having a good time. No one seemed to care about the cleanliness of the place. We have been a long time customer since you opened. The food was marginal and the atmosphere was horrible. We will not be back! read more

Love QDOBA the brand, this location does not keep the high standard set by the overall organization. Entire family are big fans of the food and service in every other location we frequent. Unfortunately Jackson Creek location just can't seem to pull the basics together for to-go or delivery orders. Have to believe there are company processes not followed in this location. Service and errors not in customers favor makes it hard to keep frequenting. During time of covid the bar is set low and most customer are very accommodating. Meet us halfway jackson Creek QDOBA. Most of the employees seem like they hate life. The portions are mediocre. I mean 2 pieces of lettuce that's about 2in long per taco.... complete BS. I love QDOBA and have been there a million times and all 3 times I've been to this location Ive had an issue with my food and leave there feeling like I wanna slit my wrists cause everyone is so depressed. Food was great. Service was slow! Maybe under staffed, poor guy doing tortillas and meat was overwhelmed. Maybe add a 2nd person to help with the initial order and also need someone on the floor to clean tables and spilled drinks. Staff it up and we will defiantly return:). read more

Now I know why this particular Q'doba is rated so poorly. Definitely listen to these reviews as they are correct on this location, poor customer service and horrible management. All kids! My review is not because of the small food portions but for very poor attitude and management for my last visit here 8/8/21. I used to come here a lot, it's gone from ok to absolute worst. I ordered two bowls with complete your meal (chips, queso, and drink) which I order almost every-time. The kid at the register rang me up for my bowls plus two kid meals. I insisted he was wrong and they were different. Frustrated he walked away like a pouting child, the manager stepped in but very young and inexperienced herself. She gave me two free entrees for my troubles since their system wasn't acting properly. Then I looked in the bag and the cheese cups were small, very small plastic like cups they give for ketchup or salsa. I have never received such small portion queso ever ordering this from here, normally come in a medium or large paper cup. She said that's how it came for that meal. I insisted she was wrong but I would like my money back for the entire order if so. During the time of receiving my credit (10-15 minutes) 5 people were in line waiting to check out over the size of a queso cup she was wrong to begin with...I couldn't believe that a manager didn't just give me the freaking correct size already. I gave her back her two free entrees and left saying, thanks but I won't bother ever coming back here. If you look at my rewards and visits, I always come here. You have just lost a family of 5 that frequented Q'doba weekly. So i would first like to say the location has good burritos. However the staff is rude and disrespectful. On top of this the "freshly" made salsa was disgusting. For the prices at this store it is not worth it considering the quality of basic sides and hospitality. Eat here quite a bit since I live in Black Forest. We stopped in for dinner tonight around 6:40 pm and I ordered my usual, chicken bowl only to be told they were all out of chicken! I was disappointed as I always eat a chicken bowl but decided for a steaK bowl since that was the only Meat they had available. I was aggravated that at 6:40 they would not have any other meat especially when the restaurant wouldn't close for at least another 3-4 hours. I wasn't too bothered until I paid for my meal and I right after I paid, the lady behind me asked for chicken as well and was told all they had steak. She too settled for steak YET was told that since she originally requested chicken JUST like I did, that she didn't have to pay for the steak since she originally requested chicken-JUST like I did!! The manager (Drake's) only remedy was to tell me to come to the store to pick up the missing items. I come here often. Today I was going to get 2 tacos after thinking about it and looking at the menu prices I decided to get my normal 3 with the combo . The total rang up to over 11$ I questioned the cashier normally it's about 8$ and was informed they don't offer the Combo it's just a 3.55$ per taco. The menu still shows the combo price of 8ish. Almost all the tables were empty but still messy from previous customers and the garbage cans were overflowing again. The staff is not only irritated by its customers they are downright rude and confrontational. The last time my husband was there two staff members were stating their displeasure with his existence in Spanish. Um. He's fluent in Spanish and they weren't being quiet. This time I asked if they had rice without cilantro for my 3 year old. I was told no. I asked the manage if they ever have it and was told no. Okay. The first girl yells at me down the service line and said she explained that to me already. Mind you, I was calmly asking questions as most locations have it. The food was not bad (maybe 3 stars?). The Qdoba in monument has been open for less than two years. Because we live in the north end of Colorado Springs we were extremely excited to see that a Qdoba was being built close to where we live. Unfortunately, every single time we have been to this particular location we wait an unreasonable amount of time in line due to lack of staff or lack of caring by the staff, the restaurant is filthy with food on the floor on the tables and spills around the drink machine. It is generally very miss managed. It is a huge disappointment to us how this particular establishment is managed, it seems there is never a manager or a "person in charge " available or visible. Some of the worst food in Monument! Three tacos which barely had anything in them was $9, way too expensive. That, a taco bowl and two bottles of water was $22. I noticed the employee making my tacos must have been new and he was literally throwing the sauce on them while they were closed making the meal seem like a sloppy joe when I picked the tacos up to eat them. Also, the chicken inside the tacos consisted of two or three strips as big as my pinky and all three tacos were at room temp. Taco Bell would have been a better alternative! read more

I usually love Qdoba, and so i was super excited that o e was opening near my house. But, this one is not good...at all. The rice is undercooked, the veggies are essentially raw , and there doesn't seem to be any seasoning on ANYTHING. I'm a vegetarian, so Mexican food is usually perfect, but the food at this particular QD is so BLAND. The weird thing is that everybody I've talked to about it says exactly the same thing. Too bad. This area has needed a Chipotle or Qdoba. We went there three or so times when it first opened, but now we are back to looking for some reasonably good, fast dinner during the week. read more

The food is good, but the customer service is pathetic. They have managed majorly screw up my last 6 or 7 orders. Today I asked for a chicken protein bowl with cheese, and was told I'd have to do the build your own option, which was no problem, because of the added cheese. I say that's fine. Silence. He asks "okay so what would you like? It's a build your own so you'll have to read me the ingredients" so I look for it again on the menu and start reading the list of ingredients that go in the chicken protein bowl. Halfway though the process, my partner (bless) points out that he's making it in a tortilla and asks me pretty loudly "didn't you ask for a bowl?" At this point, I take a break from reading the recipe to the employee to realize he had in fact turned my chicken salad into a full on chicken burrito. I don't like conflict and it was pretty busy so I took the L to move things along but once again, they did not listen, messed something pretty major up (I just wanted a salad ) and were rude and unpleasant from start to finish. Visited today at 12:15 PM...lunch time. The guys on the line were fine, no hurry but at least listening to what you wanted and friendly enough, cashier was great. My issue came when they were low on items. Had about three fajita veggies left, and the line worker indicated to a gal that they were out of veggies. She has zero sense of urgency or a courtesy to make eye contact with them or me as the customer to say, hey sorry about that I am on it. Nope..she shuffled over to the empty clean kitchen to find a pan then had to go grab the bag of veggies, dumped a heaping of spices on it as she had no intention of ensuring the quality. Just lack luster. It is lunch time and you don't have a line manager ensuring that you have toppings ready on hand. Not impressed. I will drive to COS for Chipotle. It was a cool midsummer's day. 75 degrees, I was staining a garage. It was work for my friend's father after I had broken his car window with a Pocket Shot Junior™. The job was nearly complete when my friend and I decided to leave for a lunch break. This was our first mistake. We cruised around the area, searching for anything that might satiate our hunger that had arisen from the manual labor of the morning. We were spit-balling ideas, when the name finally left my friend's mouth: Qdoba. At the time, it sounded like a good plan. I had eaten at the chain before, and while the food was satisfactory, it was nothing to write home about. However, I had never paid a visit to this particular establishment in Monument. I would later find out that this was no ordinary Qdoba. It was the belly of the beast. Soon enough, we arrived. The architecture of the building was aesthetically pleasing, and the aroma of cooking meats and fresh vegetables teased the nostrils as we entered. We waited in a short line behind a family of four until we were called upon to order. That's when I saw her. An employee small in stature, no more that 5'4", black hair, dark eyeliner, small teal gages in her ears, and a small mouth with tight lips. The kind of lips you would find on your whore ex-girlfriend, that your would eventually see wrapped around a bus-boy from Texas Roadhouse's cock in a bathroom stall. I politely requested a burrito with brown rice and black beans. She began preparing it. I attempted to make eye contact with her as I requested each additional item to be put in the burrito, but she only glanced backwards and stared down at the ingredients. In my life, I had been taught that normal and pleasant human interaction required visual recognition via eye-contact, but who the hell knows, maybe this succubus had been raised on Mars. I digress. These were all only minute details, and they had no substantial effect on the overall quality of service. The shit had yet to hit the fan. After she had asked me what kind of beans and rice I wanted, she proceed to inquire about the type of meat I wished for in my Mexican-American caloric nightmare. However, when she asked what type of meat I wanted, she had her head turned down and away from mine. Her shrill, squeaky, and high-pitched she-devil voice failed manifest itself into comprehensible words. I tried to decipher this nonsense in a timely fashion as to not keep her waiting. I couldn't do it. What I managed to make out was a long 'e' sound, and I mistakenly assumed she had asked what type of beans I wanted again. I stated, "Yeah, just the black beans please." She remained completely still and repeated the same noise as before. I felt like I was code breaking some shit from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. So, I repeated, "Yeah, black beans." She was frozen like a statue. The rage was building inside of her, you couldn't see it but you could feel it. The dark energy pulsating through the room. Then, without ever meeting my eyes, she screeched. It was comparable to a Howler Monkey being fucked from behind by Starscream's F-22 robo-dick, accompanied by the sound of an Amber Alert being played from concert speakers. It was wretched, but I was finally able to make out what she was trying to say: "MEAT???" I asked for chicken. The kid working the register was nice though. The burrito tasted fine. But fuck that chick, that Black Bean Bitch. It's lookin like Chipotle from here on out. read more
