    Colorful bowl of everything
    Michael L.

After shopping at IKEA Hicksville, wanted to try something different. We're not huge Tex Mex fans, but wanted to try the fare and this place was on the way to the LIE. Ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived 10 minutes later. Restaurant looked clean and bright, servers were courteous and cheerful. The food here, like at Chipotle and Moe's, etc. isn't bad. It's just the appearance of a bunch of ingredients all kind of slopped onto a soggy, recycled (maybe?) paper bowl. The colors were vibrant and everything tasted fresh, it's just that the appearance, totally - subjective, devalued the merit of the individual ingredients. Probably 4 stars if you're a fan of "bowl" type cuisine.

I love this place. The little details make me smile. The food as good as always, customer service amazing. Love the holiday atmosphere.

This Qdoba is fast and efficient! They offer curbside pickup, pickup, and delivery. If you're in a hurry, then I would order ahead on the app. They've been pretty good at customizations and I appreciate that they pack everything so neatly. Did I mention that they offer guacamole free of charge and offer whole wheat tortillas? It's definitely a step up from Chipotle, especially if you're trying to eat healthy. I would recommend grabbing a few napkins on your way out since they don't include them in your bag.

I was very happy when Qdoba opened right in Plainview...just a short 5 minute drive from my house. Qdoba is always fresh and delicious. I'm a big fan of their chicken street tacos! It has Grilled adobo chicken in a soft corn tortilla topped with hand-smashed guac, salsa verde, red onion and cotija cheese. You get three tacos per order, which is absolutely enough and very filling! My most recent visit, one of tacos feel apart when putting it in the container. The worker not only made me another taco, but also gave me a free brownie. Another great thing about Qdoba is that guac and queso are always free...no extra fees or anything. Food is always tasty, and workers are always friendly. There is something for everyone. Bowls, burritos, salads, tacos...vegetarian/vegan options...everyone can get something! Prices are very fair for what you get.

Mike the Manager at the Plainview QDOBA made us the most delicious Cheese Crusted Quesadilla. The ingredients were very fresh and I felt we got a tremendous value for our buck!! Also, the inside of the store was immaculate - I could not believe how clean everything was!!! We documented our experience and created a video for our YouTube Channel for all to enjoy! This video really shows how much we LOVED the new Cheese Crusted Quesadilla!! The link to our experience can be found below: https://youtu.be/ORfq4kraXno ** HEAD OVER TO QDOBA AND ENJOY THEIR REALLY AWESOME FOOD **

no chicken i'm sure and literally half the bowl is visible

This qdoba sucks bc they're portions suck they gave me like 3 pieces of chicken and like not much of anything else. My man is upset cause his burrito is small and they didn't a give him enough rice he does NOT play abt his beans and rice and if my man upset i'm upset never pulling up ever again and i want my money back cause what the freak the bayshore qdoba would of filled my bowl TO THE BRIM. i love you bayshore qdoba

    Chicken bowl $9

I've been looking forward to this place opening. I'm so glad to say it met my expectations. I got the chicken bowl for $8.29 and it comes with guacamole and queso included. The staff was friendly, the portions are very fair. It was delicious. Also, the interior is much nicer than chipotle. If I was to be picky, the only advice I would give is to add more flavor to the rice and guacamole. Both could use some more cilantro and lime. Definitely going to become a regular here!

What really bothered me was the pricing practice. Every item on the menu appears to have a 3% increase built into the price, with only a small note saying there's a "cash discount." In reality, it feels like a hidden credit card surcharge that's baked into the menu price unless you pay cash. That kind of pricing feels misleading since you're given the check with the assumption your payment is a credit card. Overall, decent food, but between the high prices, extra charges for basic sides, and the built-in 3% fee, it didn't feel like a good value.

The chips and guacamole were great -- the guac was made fresh tableside and the chips were perfectly crisp. There's also a full bar and lots of parking since it's in a shopping center. Service was excellent and the restaurant was fairly busy for a Sunday evening. I'll definitely be back to try some of their more creative options next time.

As an appetizer to share, we really like the totchos or the Asian nachos. The various items listed reflect cuisines from many different ethnicities presented in thoughtful combinations. This last trip, I even tried one of the poke bowls and even that was well thought out and had good flavor. My only real criticism is that too many of their items are quite spicy which limits choices a bit for my palate, but where they can dial down the spice or put something on the side (or leave it off) they have always been accommodating. Service is quick. Decor is lively and fun. Do not expect to have a quiet meal hear as the ambiance is rather festive. Managers and staff are helpful and friendly. My friend and her boyfriend have visited multiple locations and recommended visiting Dirty Taco and Tequila - Woodbury for our double date so we came on a Tuesday night at 6:30pm. Dirty Taco and Tequila is located in Woodbury Common Shopping Center. There are plenty of other businesses and parking spaces. Many tables at Dirty Taco and Tequila were occupied and it was pretty busy when we came in, but we were seated after waiting just a little while. Dirty Taco and Tequila only takes reservations for large groups. Dan Z was our server and he was amazing. He was very attentive, happy, and friendly. He asked if it was our first time at Dirty Taco and Tequila and gave us a brief introduction to the menu and his recommendations. I had the Asian Pear cocktail and it was very yummy. The Asian Pear cocktail has Grey Goose vodka, pear nectar, st. germaine, lime juice, and agave. My friends had pineapple margarita, coconut margarita, and strawberry kiwi margarita. For margaritas, you can add salt or sugar on the rim. We ordered Guac & Chips for the table. The guacamole, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, and red onion were very good and great to share. I ordered the Bulgogi Taco and the Bang Bang Shrimp Taco. My favorite was the Bang Bang Shrimp Taco. It had pan fried shrimp, cabbage slaw, tossed in bang bang sauce, sriracha drizzle served on flour tortilla. This taco was packed with flavor and really good. The bulgogi taco didn't have bulgogi, they were steak strips. My husband had the Pork Belly Taco and Korean Short Rib Taco. He really enjoyed it. Our group of 4 stayed for about 2 hours at Dirty Taco and Tequila. They didn't rush us out at all. It's really chill and relaxing atmosphere. I also really like the decor. There is a cash discount if you pay with cash compared to credit card. Definitely looking forward to coming back to Dirty Taco and Tequila!

Our waitress was visibly annoyed when I asked questions regarding the menu. It took 20 minutes to have my drink come out when the rest of the table had theirs. That being said, the drink was disgusting. I ordered a guava margarita which the waitress said was their seasonal flavor. It tasted like sweet juice and no alcohol. Since the waitress was nowhere to be found after she quickly brought anything to the table and ran away, I got up to Go to the bartender to ask for a regular margarita with no flavor. Not only did the bartender EMBARRASS me in front of the bar customers, she was completely rude and dismissive. She said there was no way my margarita was too sweet because everything was measured. I said OK but I don't like it, can I have one with no flavor? And she proceeded to ask me "what's too sweet about it? Why is it too sweet?" Literally putting me on the spot in front of other customers. I was appalled. I said I don't like the juice can I just have another one with no flavor then? She walked away and I didn't see the margarita for another 15 minutes until our food was out. We had kids with us and 2 kids meals came out and my daughters didn't come out for another 15 minutes after the other children. She was complaining how hungry she was and as usual, our waitress was nowhere to be seen. This is not the way to run an establishment. Especially after spending close to $300 for 3 adults and 3 children. The gratuity was even added in because their staff is so terrible they have to guarantee their tip it seems. I wish there was a manager on site so I could've complained or at least had the gratuity taken off, but they were nowhere to be seen. There was no hostess on site, and completely understaffed. It was such a let down experience especially since the food is great.
