I like this spot a lot better than Chipotle. To me, the food is much fresher and they have more selections. The Tortillas are way fresher too. The Plainview location just opened in October and it's only 5 ministers from me. It's a perfect lunch spot. I ordered 4 simple items off the menu last night through UBER EATS at 6:45 PM, a grand total of $43.00. For the next hour and a half I was getting notifications that QDOBA was preparing the meal and anticipate delivery in 20 minutes. I live 3 miles away. After an hour plus of this nonsense , I tried to cancel at 8:10 only to be told I would be charged the full amount. I waited until 8:25 and got the notice that QDOBA had cancelled the order at ....get this 6:45 !! First and LAST time I order from this place. I have never had an issue like this using UBER-EATS or even DOOR-DASH .. in years. read more

We gave it a try on Saturday, I can't figure out how people can say this is good Mexican food? Ordered the chicken Quesadilla, chicken was dried out and no taste, had the bowl with veggies, fair mostly onion.. chips ok .guacamole heavy onion taste, the tortilla soup tasted like canned watery soup , Tried the brisket, awful. This place is awesome, customer service is spot on, even wearing masks you can tell the employees are smiling and friendly. Stopped into this particular location this evening for the first time, and I was beyond impressed. If you told me the store only opened this week, I would have believed it because everything was gleaming. Even from the parking lot you could see how shiny and pristine things looked, from the glass windows to the beautifully appointed seating areas and interior decor. It's the most stylish looking QDoba I've ever seen. Inside it seemed immaculately clean. But even better - I walked in and was greeted by a group of smiling faces, being welcomed by the staff behind the counter. It stood out to me immensely because it's just not something you expect or experience too often anymore, just about anywhere you go to dine or shop - usually you're lucky to have just one person be pleasant to you. But my gosh. The people here were all so sweet, especially the gentleman who recommended I try a freshly baked warm chocolate chip cookie - he did me a big favor with that advice!! :) All in all. The experience was so lovely - from an exceptionally clean and beautiful location to uncommonly friendly and professional staff, to excellently prepared and delicious food. My family and I will absolutely be making the trip to this QDoba location again (even though we live closer to a different one) - beyond worth it. read more

I'm sorry but this location is by far the worst place I have been to freshmedow location and east meadow location they both are way better than this location. Why well I went there the opening day and too the impossible meat and the guy was scraping the bottom of the impossible meat container to get some I mean really it's opening night and you don't have food very disappointed but I let it go than I went again tonight and order the same thing they hardly had any black beans, they charged me extra because I took the shell on side because I'm not able to finish the entire thing they also I wanted cilantro lime dressing on side didn't wanted on my meal they charged me extra because I took it on side. I will not be going back this location and will not recommend anyone to go this location. I'm forced to give this location one star because I can't give them zero read more

Fantastic location! I have been to both the Fresh Meadows & East Meadow locations, and this one might have been my favorite location thus far! I showed up on opening day, and although it was PACKED, the service was incredible. Every single employee, down to the cashier, were smiling from ear to ear, which is amazing considering how busy they were. To top things off, my bowl was absolutely out of this world, which is why it might be why I said it's my favorite location I have visited in NY. So the service was amazing, the speed at which the line was moving was key, because the line was constantly moving, the food was outstanding. Definitely will be eating there again! read more

I love Qdoba! The South Oyster Bay Rd. location rocks! The employees are great and the owner couldn't be nicer! Food is awesome! They do have a menu for people with dietary restrictions. Disgusting! I just ordered from there for the first time and never again will I go back. The chicken in my boyfriend's bowl was bland and dry. My steak tacos were so gross, the tortilla wasnt heated up properly so it was dry and hard and the meat was terrible. The steak was dry and bitter, how do you make steak bitter??? It literally tasted like everything had been sitting out for a long time. I gave it one star because the only redeeming quality was the cashier who was super nice. Besides the terrible food, there were customers refusing to wear their masks properly and workers not correcting them. The man who made my order was an ass. He was so mean and impatient to the point where he almost tried to force me to get something I didn't want. He literally tried to order for me because I needed 30 seconds to decide, the only person behind me was ordering with me. I've never experienced a worker trying to order for me because his time is too precious. He even went out of his way to aggressively correct me when I told my boyfriend how to say an ingredient name properly, which was hilarious because he "corrected" me to then get it wrong. I am a native spanish speaker, I was too embarrassed for him to tell him this in front of his coworkers. Never ever again, this experience was simply dreadful. read more
