Here it's fresh, hot and portion size is good :) Ordered delivery for work and got steamed dumplings, cheese wontons, Singapore mei fun, egg rolls and general tso's and all was correct! Hooooray. They're right up there with Wong's on W. Main. Wong's still wings on the dumplings though :) This place is a keeper - just hope they dont change a thing. 10/10 recommend Qing Qing! I understand how there aren't many pictures of the food. We forgot to take a picture until we were already more than halfway through. We ordered an egg drop soup, chicken lo mein, and cheese rangoons. Everything came out super fresh and hot. The chef accidentally made shrimp instead of chicken lo mein, so they asked if we were okay with that. Of course we were okay with the nice meat upgrade! We used to come here quite a bit before Covid. This was our first time back in years. They are one of the few Chinese restaurants that serves Egg Foo Young. We stopped for lunch on a Wednesday. There are only a few tables set up as if dine-in customers are an afterthought. We were the only ones dining in the whole time we were there. They did have quite a few customers come in, order, pick up their food and leave, which is what we'll be doing in the future. There is no ambiance and the place smelled like soap and bleach. But the Egg Foo young, fried rice and cashew chicken are very good. My husband says their egg rolls were the best. read more

Strangely, this placed closed -- then reopened a few months later under the same name ... with the same menu. But it's not the same. Recipes at this place are average, at best. The restaurant is in the old Palais Royale center. I ordered a large won ton soup and two eggrolls to go. Soup was very good--hot, tasty, with several wontons. The eggrolls were decent. The order was correct and quick. I love soup and their menu lists several types so I will be back to give them a try. read more

I ordered to go the lunch sweet and sour pork with hot and sour soup and fried rice, house special fried rice, egg rolls, and a cabbage dish. Everything I had was good except for the cabbage dish. The cabbage was good when I ordered it last..well it was about a year ago..with a light touch of ginger. This time they seasoned it with sugar..ugh.. and overcooked it. I would give this place 4 stars except they need to keep the place cleaner. They aren't doing dining yet but they do allow people to eat at the restaurant. Usually visit the one in Texas City, but was hungry and in area. Drinks tasted and smelled funny, I think it was the ice plus the machine was out of order . Coke tasted like I had licked a metal pipe . So she gave me a can which I appreciate. Got an order of Egg Foo Young for take out. got home and ate and immediately was violently ill and having trouble breathing. Went to Urgent Care and was given Injections for an extreme nut allergy. They use Peanut Oil for frying. When I was released from Urgent Care I called to speak to the owner and got a supervisor. I was told it was up to the customer to ask what kind of oil they use and they refused to help with the $200 cash I am out, and just offered to give me the Insurance phone number. Nut allergies can be deadly and no where on the menu or posted that they use Peanut Oil. read more

Saw that they were open with their grand opening sign, so my wife and I decided to stop in. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. They have large flat screens showing pictures of the food behind the counter. We both ordered off of the dinner menu; my wife got bbq ribs with fried rice and an egg roll, and I got kung pao chicken with fried rice and egg drop soup. The egg roll was huge and delicious. The egg drop soup was very good and came with some fried wontons. The bbq ribs were huge, and covered in a sweet sauce. There were a lot of the large ribs, which was awesome for the price. The kung pao chicken was great, and I ate all of it. The waiter was very friendly and attentive, making sure our tea was always filled. As is usually typical with Chinese restaurants, they seemed to be busier with take out orders, but that doesn't bother us. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Honestly pretty dang good. I called in an order around 11:15 am for broccoli chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. It was just about ready when I arrived. Sat in the parking lot to eat. Loved the egg roll, and the whole meal was really great. That was the first time that I had been there. The place looks a little funky inside and out and they seem to be freaked out about the flu thing quite a bit with all the masks crap and homemade barriers and all. The inside needs a good cleaning. First time here after reading all the positive reviews. Had the hot and sour soup, Hunan beef, and Singapore mei fun. Soup was solid, and very full of ingredients. Neither hot nor sour tho. Similarly for the main dishes; both were marked spicy and were very mild. Kudos for non-greasy food. The Hunan sauce tasted mainly of soy, and the noodles were very wet with little curry. Pros: very fresh ingredients, came hot, not oily or greasy. Cons: felt like unrealized potential. Bland. A solid 6/10. Could be so much more. read more

Absolutely worst experience ever!! The Mongolian beef was only an onion, no other vegetables with what they said was an ounce of beef. The amount of meat was enough for one bite. It was our table and one other and it still took over 30 mins to get our food. The Kids menu is $2.99 for chicken nuggets, literally only 6 nuggets. The sweet and sour chicken also had no vegetables. Then when we gave backs the Mongolian beef, nothing eaten off of it, they still charged us for it. "We are making them loose money, if we ate it or not they still have to charge" if you want good Chinese food, great prices and portions go to China wok behind McDonald's same road!!
