Now, this could be a week or could be two weeks as it just depends on how busy they are. However, Kyle Herling was the project manager I worked with and he was very responsive to my emails which helped a lot. Communication is key to making your customers feel satisfied! The guys on site doing the work were also very kind, shoutout Tony! He had me walkthrough the project before starting and was receptive to any feedback I had during the entirety of the process.
