New management has taken over. Along with new management all prices have gone up. And while I understand raising prices due to supplies costing more I just feel this place has lost its value and isn't what it used to be. I used to enjoy coming here for my regular gel mani and pedi for roughly $45 but unfortunately now I'm looking at about almost $60 for that simple work. I went in today for a regular gel pedicure and a full set(which I didn't even get that long) and spent $70. I wasn't even fully satisfied with my full set, they came out way shorter than I asked for them to come out and I was charge for a "medium-long" length. I was hoping for almond nails and I got a little bit of a mixture between almond and stiletto with a splash of crooked AF. I wouldn't recommend anymore, time to look for a new nail spot read more

Scheduled an appointment for 1:45 and they called me at 1:41 asking to reschedule my appointment and I told them no cause I was already there and I'll just get a pedicure instead of both, then they decide to sit me down after 10 minutes of standing and I had my feet sitting in the water for 30+ minutes! Then they finally started my pedicure and did a terrible job, literally felt like he didn't know what he was doing at all and they rushed it so much (average pedicure takes about 30 minutes) but he finished mine in 15 minutes. And their nail polish is cheap asf he smudged it on his own and looked upset about having to fix it. This is by far the worst pedicure I've received and I'm mad that I even had to pay for it. I was a little skeptical about coming here due to the reviews but I decided to give them a shot. I got square nails and they look very lovely They have a variety of nail colors which is perfect!! I absolutely love getting my nails done. Mimi is wonderful and Billy is just great to talk to. I read the previous reviews and honestly, they don't belittle you if you don't want to do gel, heck they recommend because the prices are great and they last longer - a suggestion to all really. I got a full set + dip powder manicure and I'm in love - a suggestion from Mimi as she was knew that I didn't like a the color to be thick. Not to mention, it's organic so that's a plus! Mimi and her team of people working here are always so friendly and accommodating. Of course, with any place, an appointment is always recommended, but they will always try to fit you in nonetheless. I've had a great service every time I come here. I take my children and myself to get my eyebrows done here and she does an amazing job.

I love the prices, Mimi does a awesome job with my nails. I miss so many of the ladies that no longer work here. They would do my pedicures, now it's always someone new. Mimis husband does a pretty good job with pedicures. I didn't like the fact that they had the shop pretty Run down,old scratched paint, and outdated furniture,but now they cleaned things up and painted. I would also get my wax done with another lady who no longer works here so I go elsewhere. But they do provide waxing, i don't really care for anyone to do my waxing now that Hanna left. Im sure you can find other decent places, but OPI is close and convenient for me so I continue coming. read more

I love this place. I haven't had a nail place that I actually love spending my money at!! Ran and serviced by the owners themselves that's what makes the customer service exceptional! I come biweekly to get pampered (besides the covid shut down.) I've been coming here for a year and I never get disappointed. Came here for the first time yesterday and had a really enjoyable experience. $20 for gel and $15 for pedicure- great prices!! The staff is incredibly friendly, and even took me and my boyfriend in at 6:15 when they close at 7. Billy started my gel manicure and Hannah finished them. The salon is small and not super glamorous but they were so inviting and accommodating. Love this lil place now! read more

I've been coming here for many years but this place is not what it used to be. All of their prices have risen and it's not worth the money you spend here. The acrylic is of the cheapest, low quality and I always seem to need another fill by the 3rd day :( What is worse is that they leave your nails looking very fake and thick! Making an appointment is a joke. I have a very short specific amount of time to get my nails done so I always call to make an appointment with Mary at least a week in advance and make sure that I am not butted up against other appointments . Mimi always promises me it will be ok and she will be ready for me. With out fail the last 3 times I have shown up she has been in the middle of working on another client. The first time I made the mistake of waiting 35 mins before I was seated. I didn't come back for almost a year but decided to give a second chance and when I came in she was again working on someone. When I told her I was leaving she pawned the client off on another person. This last time she kept me waiting, after 10 mins and seeing that she wasn't even a 1/4 of the way done with the client in her seat, I finally left. The price is right but time is $$$ and if you have the time to waste then by all means waste it here waiting for service. Lee Ann nails down the street is great about keeping appointments so they are my new go to. read more

I would literally give this place 5 stars; they do a great job n very affordable BUT the wait time even with an appointment it's ridiculous. I got here 10 min late after my appt. N I called to let her know n she said it was ok... but I've been waiting for over an hour???? But if you get here late the owner Mimi gives you a hard time and talks about you in her language n I know because I understand I don't speak it but I understand it! I use to come to this place very often . I came about 2 months ago to get a fill and it was hideous bumpy ,thick and they totally took off what was suppose to be a coffin shape . They never sanitize their materials. Super cheap acrylic. Mimi was the one doing my nails and kept hurting me and was working way to fast I did mention to her that she was hurting me and she answered me with a rude comment . I came in once again today to give it another shot and once again I was disappointed. Mimi again was working very roughly I asked for square nails and I ended up with brick looking nails I asked her if she could please thin them out and once again answered rudely "why didn't you ask for coffin shape" she failed to tell me to wash my hands before applying the polish and I asked and she said no . After reading reviews I went to try this place to try the SNS I've been hearing so much about. I've been having a hard time finding a good place with decent prices and where reviews say they did a good job. The ladies were very nice, but the manicure was not good. She did not cut down my nails, trim the cuticles or do anything manicure-related. And yes, I did specify a manicure with SNS. She also did not shape the shellac so according to my husband and friends, I had "alien nails." After she was finished, she left a ton of the powder that had hardened under my nails on my skin. I asked her to removed it. She removed it from one finger, but I had it on all my fingers. She tried to remove it from the rest and when I asked if it will come off on it's own, she said yes it and then stopped. My cousin got a regular manicure at the same time and it chipped horribly the next day. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Very friendly and relaxing environment...we've been going to Anna for over 10 years she is the best at Pedi's, there's nothing more relaxing than a warm towel wrapped around one leg while having your other leg massaged w/warm cream, ...Mimi does great mani's and gel nails, she gives great hand/arm massages...all the ladies are professional and the equipment is kept clean and up to date...when I schedule an appt, most times the chair is ready for me when I arrive and if I have to wait, it's usually not more than 5-10 mins!
