I came here with my friend to get our nails done and the lady that helped my friend was extremely rude and unprofessional. My friend asked her to please not cut their nails and she thought they were joking. They also had a color picked out for their nails and as soon as she finished cutting their nails she told them that she was done and left them sitting there by themselves. I'm 100% sure that it was because my friend is a guy and she just assumed that that was what they needed. I don't understand the level of disrespect and why she assume that behavior is okay. It's 2025, a man can totally have their nails long and colored. Saying we won't be back is an understatement knowing damn well they don't care about that or their customers. I usually have a great experience here but this time was not it and I'm sad writing this review but also irritated. I asked for dip overlay and I got regular dip. That's ok no big deal. The first tech layered it so badly and it was so messy another nail tech jumped in to fix as best she could. It took two hours and overall I did not like the outcome and did not even ask to fix it anymore because I didn't have the time or patience to do so. I did pay & tip well because I do understand that this took time out of their workday to do but I just wish it was done correctly to begin with. :( read more

My wife had an appointment at 9am with TEE today to get her lashes done. My wife called ahead of time to notify that she was going to be a few minutes late. My wife arrived 8 minutes and was immediately laughed at by the staff and told to sit down and wait. Even though my wife could clearly see TEE in her lashes room doing nothing. My wiife was waiting for over 10 minutes and TEE still did not tend to my wife. I had to call into the Salon myself and talk to TEE as my wife is sitting in the waiting room. I told TEE that this was unacceptable to have my wife sitting down and being laughed at by her staff. TEE began to explain that her staff which answered the phone call told her my wife was going to be late 30 minutes which my wife arrived only 8 minutes late. I explained to TEE that my wife had been sitting in the waiting room waiting for her which TEE then tried pawning my wife to her sister to do her lashes. I clearly stated NO that was not acceptable as the appointment was made with her and not her sister. TEE tried to explain again about what her staff told her about 30 minutes which was not what my wife told her. I then explained to TEE, that if my wife already had her scheduled appointment with her which clearly would take over an hour, why was she trying to pass my wife to her sister. If my wife paid for that time slot and was only EIGHT MINUTES late then TEE should be available and not sit there trying to wait for another customer that was coming from Los Gatos (which by the way was very late herself). This is very unprofessionalism that her employess are sitting there laughing at my wife because they saw TEE sitting in her room ignoring my wife. The little sister told my wife with a laughter in her voice that she could do her lashes which my wife replied NO. At the end, TEE forcefully did my wife's lashes and kept insisting that her employee told her incorrect information which still does not make it ok to make my wife wait for the other customer that was clearly late because of traffic as well. My daughter gets her nails done here numerous of times as well. This past Sunday I took my daughter in to get her nails done and asked for TEE also and explained I wanted her to do my duaghter nails because Diana and two other people have done my daughters nails within 3 weeks and the nails never lasted over 5 days before falling off. Tee sounded frustrated that I insisted that TEE do my daughter's nails. My family has been coming here for some time now and it seems that this company is starting to decline. The employees have been heard numerous of times laughing at the customers while I have been there. It does not seem that they care for the customer much anymore. I would like to report that my family and I will not be returning to this establishment and we will definitely detour anyone asking about this place. read more

The first time I went into the store I worked with Emmie/Emmy and my experience with her went great. I was able to just sit down and relax while she copied the photo I had shown her. I loved the way that the salon is decorated and I just thought it was a very beautiful, relaxing place. She is the only reason i'm giving three stars. I was so happy working with her but when I had sat down the second time I was put with another person when I had asked for Emmie/Emmy. The first photo is my inspiration for my nails, all the other ones except for my white nails that were done the first time are absolutely horribly done. My service with this older, smaller, shorter asian woman with tattooed eyeliner and a honey brown sort of hair did my nails today, and I had to teach her and show her how to do the bat design myself. I can't do my own nails because I shake a lot, and this really irritated me because I thought that the design was simple and easy for an experienced nail technician, while she had told me that she would try to do it. Based off of the other reviews I have seen, I expected them to be a lot better seeing as others can do more intricate designs compared to a little bat on two fingers that took about an hour. I was extremely stressed to the point that I didn't even want to pay for this, but I didn't want to not pay her for her service. I would suggest looking into another salon and digging deeper into the reviews to see if they would be up to your standards. read more

Randomly came across this place when I was in the area and I'm so glad I did. Costumer service was amazing felt so seen and cared for by everyone there even when it was a little busy. I got my nails done here by a nice lady named Diana, she looked at the photo I had of inspiration for about 30 seconds and then finished up the client she was already working on, and when she came to work on my set she instantly knew what to do and how to do it and remembered exactly what I wanted. What she did was amazing, down to the shape and color. She made this experience so wonderful and was super fast and precise with everything she did. And she was also really fun to talk to and even had me laughing with her. Don't judge a book by it's cover the outside of this Place might look intimidating, but inside it was gorgeous. The pricing for what I got was also very reasonable. I would give this place 10 stars if I could I definitely see myself coming back in the near future. read more

Service was horrible. I had called to make an appointment to get my lashes done at a certain time and the time was confirmed. When I got to the salon the person I had booked to do my lashes was busy helping another client when I had scheduled an appointment with her. I waited for her to be done which she was not finished until 30 min after my appointment was scheduled. When she asked what I wanted I showed her an exact picture and length of what I wanted and she proceeded to do the opposite of what I asked for. She also did them in a rush because she had another client already waiting for her. She finished my lashes in about 30 min. Im a male presenting gay guy, my bday is coming up, so my cousin invited me to get my nails done, I had medium pointy nails that i had been taking care of for 3 weeks growing them out, so I requested a manicure and to just get them re-shaped pointy, i told the lady, my cousin told the lady and the lady just went ahead cut them flat short. I was so mad, I had already picked a color for them too, so I told her you cut them already so just cut them all short, so she did and I was expecting her to put the color I had picked but this lady just finished cleaning them and then told me she was done, got up and left. So today was my third time here at this spot.. I always got my nails done by Diana. Diana is really good and she listens and also gives you advice on what would look good on the nails and which designs go well if you're unsure. I've gone to different places before and I hate hate hate it when the nail is super thick. Diana does such a good job on keeping the mail thin and natural even though I have a layer of acrylic on the top of my real nail. Also I hate when I sit at a nail place for really long.. Diana is quick and I don't have to sit there for many hours. Lol anyways I've gotten pedicure from different people (forgot names) but every single time I've gotten it done they don't disappoint. Stopped by during week with my 7yo before my BIL's wedding. Super easy to miss but I searched the address from Yelp. They were able to seat us right away and had people over almost immediately. I was happy with their sense of urgency but there was confusion on what I wanted and they weren't very patient with me ha! Overall, they worked hard and our nails came out great. Almost exactly what I was wanting in terms of shape, length and colors! My only gripe is that the person helping me gave me to another person midway without saying anything while she went to do waxing which I thought was a little strange. I've only had their most basic option for a pedicure here. My toe nail polish from my first visit lasted a month without chipping- mind you I didn't even get gel. I even went on two beach trips before my second visit. On my second visit I opted for gel- gel usually lasts forever. The shop is clean and newly updated. The experience here was good. The owner did my toes on my first visit. Her personality as well as the rest of the techs were spectacular. This will be my new go to nail shop. I finally found a good nail salon in my neighborhood. Been here at least 3 or 4 different times now for either mani/pedi service or lash refill and all my visits have been great. Prices are reasonable. Tu aka Tee is the owner and she does her best to make sure her clients are all happy and will make things right if you aren't happy with the results (at least through the observations I've made during my visits). Give them a shot if you're nearby. They do get busy so I'd recommend making an appointment or calling in to see what the current wait time is. Went to Qtee for the first time 7/22/23. First of all, the decor inside is super cute! definitely some Instagram worthy photo opportunity's. I called ahead to see if they can squeeze me in after 4. They said "come right over!" I asked for lashes, a new set of acrylics with gel , and a pedi with gel. I also brought a guy friend with me. They were very welcoming to him. He got a mani as well. My lash technician T was amazing. She was super sweet and informative. She applied my nail extensions as well. Though T was very busy and had to have another technician do my polish, my nails still came out amazing and I loved them. My pedi was nice and also done very efficiently. There is an extremely high volume of walk ins here but all the nail techs are very skilled and efficient so they managed to squeeze everyone in. They were fast friendly and highly skilled. Got a pedicure a day before my flight and this lady (I forgot to ask her name) injured both of my toe nails. I was really in pain during the entire flight and could barely walked because as you can see they're swollen and injured really bad.
