I've been having them pull Comics for me for years and at times I have lagged on going in and my stack gets large, but I have been going in at let once or maybe twice in a month. Well the last time I went in to the Mission Valley location they said that my subscription was canceled because I had 7 months of back comics and they said that someone should have called me to inform me, if they called me which they did not, I would not have stopped by the store. She told me to my face that she wasn't sure if I had opened it so she couldn't offer a discount. I asked her if she could check the cameras then because I didn't mind waiting and again that's the condition I found it in. She continued to have a rude tone with me and gave me 11¢ off. Not what I was hoping for but I accepted the¢ discount. I then told rose or Rosa with a very polite tone that she was rude and she said back "I'm not being rude" and refused to check herself.
