Horrible, do not buy anything from this company. They are overpriced and extremely deceptive. I bought a product from them, they sent me the wrong product. When I tried to return the product, they informed me its a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for the postage. I wasn't happy with that, but what was I to do, They said it would take 2 weeks to get the paperwork, well 3 weeks go by and I still did not hear from them. After several emails they informed me that I the manufacturer that made the product closed ( I checked online the company did not close) and they will not take the return. They have unbeatable prices, no tax where applicable, and if you see an item cheaper elsewhere, just let them know and they'll give you a price adjustment as long as you can send them a link to the competitor. I stocked all 3 bathrooms that were being remodeled in my home with purchases from QB and have already recommended them to my family and friends. I worked mostly with Naomi and she is so helpful, knowledgable, and very customer oriented. She is quick and responsive on email and phone. I talked 3 different sales people and all of them were knowledgable down to item specs. I ordered faucets and they helped me choose the coordinating roughs which I had no idea I needed. They know everything about bath equipment and I would order from them again and again. I was interested in a Duravit vanity, but it was hard to tell from the online swatches what the finish looks like. Naomi suggested that I get a swatch sample of the veneer and she contacted Duravit and had them sent to me in no time, and even followed up with me to make sure that I received them. She truly is a gem. I found their website to be easy to navigate and I like the fact that they give you a customer reference number. With that number they can look at your cart and help make adjustments on the spot. Its take the worry out of making sure that Im ordering everything that I need because they are helping me double check that I have all the required accessories. I do find it strange that they are closed on the weekends. While building a second home out of state, we searched high and low for bathroom things like mirrors, lighting, etc. I was skeptical because I had never heard of Quality Bath. However, when I contacted them several times with questions, they were all extremely helpful. With 4 different people, including my most recent experience with Adina, I felt like I was working with the owner of the company. Meaning they really cared about taking care of the customer. In short, I had an issue with a mirror that we already had in our possession for a couple months but we're finally installing. I spoke with Adina through voice and email and even though we were way past the 1 week return period she listened to my explanation of why where were just discovering the chip in the mirror. She reached out to the manufacturer with the explanation and they agreed to replace the item. I have found Adina and QB to be extremely professional all the way through several purchases. I'm a contractor and we do a lot of online purchases for clients - even more so recently due to COVID and many showrooms being closed to the public. One of our clients selected the Duravit Happy D floating vanity for one of her bathrooms. I purchased from Quality Bath rather than one of my usual vendors because the price was about $100-$200 less on a $1,400 vanity base and the lead time was shorter by a couple weeks. I also was helped by Akiva who was very helpful on the sales end. I received the typical slew of emails following the order and clicked the provided tracking number to monitor ETA's. It arrived during the advised time frame to our office. The box looked fine, we signed, and placed it in an extra unused room until we would be ready for install in a couple months. Very standard procedure in my experience. When ready for install, I personally delivered the vanity to the jobsite and opened the box with our lead carpenter. The top drawer was smashed...badly. I photographed the damaged and sent it to the sales rep, Akiva, who assisted me with the purchase. When he never responded (ever), I reached out to customer service. The woman I spoke with, Adina, flat out refused to help me and had an attitude. She informed me that one of the emails they sent outlined their unreasonable return policy - YOU HAVE 24HRS TO MAKE A RETURN ON DAMAGED ITEMS. AFTER THAT YOU OWN IT. I found the email and the policy is outlined in a paragraph near the bottom - well past the giant blue "Track Your Order" click bait button that, yes, I had clicked on, missing the rest of the email content below. I spoke with Adina's manager, Janet. Janet wasted a week of my time by pretending there was something she could do to help me. She offered a replacement drawer, but it would take 12 weeks to get it and I was going to have to pay for half of it. I told her that I can't wait 12 weeks (client is moving into the home in 2 weeks) but asked if I could pay for the drawer to make the vanity whole and then return it. Janet said it was over 30 days so NO RETURNS ALLOWED. Janet then proceeded to lecture me that I should have read the email with their policy on it, and squarely blamed me for receiving a shattered vanity. She continually talked over me, raised her voice, and threw an attitude. She even went so far as to suggest that one of my guys on the job broke it. Why not have the sales rep who assisted me point out their inflexible policy? Why not write the policy in bold flashing font at the top of the email instead of stashing it further down after the tracking number link? Better yet, why not try to work with your contractor client who has a wealth of repeat business for your company instead of blaming them for not reading an email in it's entirety? Janet claims that many of their clients are contractors, but their entire system is not conducive to working with them. My projects are often whole homes with 6 months of construction and a strict 30 day return policy is unreasonable in the world of contractors. I typically use Thos Somerville - wonderful. I also frequently purchase from Build.com - wonderful. Same with my rep at Wayfair - wonderful. I have never in my 15 year career been told I own a product that arrived damaged - especially not a $1,400 one. And I was willing to be out the cost of a replacement drawer just to facilitate a return! Despite what Janet thinks constitutes a "standard return policy", I have returned damaged items and made many returns months later with all three of these companies (and many others for that matter) because they understand our business and would like to keep it - unlike quality bath. read more

I recently bought two expensive Newport Brass faucets for my kitchen remodel from Quality Bath. When they arrived, I noticed that the one for my half bath sink had the drain handle in the back which was hardly noticeable in the picture and not mentioned in the description. Unfortunately, I bought the faucet for a very small sink that only works with a pop-up drain. When I contacted Quality Bath for a return authorization, I was informed of a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping. Nowhere on the page that described the product or in any of the emails including the quote was I informed of a 20% restocking fee, so now I'll have to pay $130 plus $40 for shipping. I am not happy with this. I have bought a number of Newport Brass products before from other online resellers, and once when I had to return something I did not incur a restocking fee. I do not recommend Quality Bath as they pass the cost of doing business on to their customers and hide that fact. read more
