Do not buy anything from quality bath because there is no way you can return the item! The return policy is such that you would not return the item, specially if the item is something rather big. This is because you will be charged for the return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs! but this is not all; there will potentially be a 20% restocking fee too. So basically it's not worth returning any item to them and you are stuck with it. We have bought a drop-in kitchen sink, and the description did not mention/ the photos did not show that there are going to be some clips underneath the sink. so it simply did not fit the granite cut due to those clips. When I wanted to return it, the shipping costs to NJ was going to be $204, in the cheapest case without any insurance, for an item that is worth $300! So the one-way shipping cost would be more than 2/3 of the price! Also, we have to pay for the original shipping costs! And, there is a good chance that there will be an additional 20% restocking costs, that all together will be more than the price of the sink!!! Keep in mind, you are stuck with any item you buy from them. I do not recommend it at all!! read more

We ordered a Blanco kitchen faucet a few months ago. When we started getting a weird spray from the faucet I called Quality Bath where we purchased this faucet. I was so fortunate that I got Lea, in returns, who answered my call. She was kind, efficient, and responded quickly to my dilemma. She contacted Blanco after I sent her a photo of my problem. She got back to me a couple of times to let me know she was working on it. Then we received a new faucet head from Blanco. I am recently renovating 2 bathrooms and was very nervous about buying things online. A friend of mine used Quality bath 2 years ago and got some very good deals and was happy with their service. I did a little research and learned that quality bath had the best reviews and good customer service. I decided to give it a try. I called customer service directly and got in touch with Sara to help decide on which Grohe products would be best for my bathrooms. Sara proved to be more knowledgeable than most of the sales reps that I was dealing with at local stores. She is extremely responsive and actually answers her phone messages and emails in a prompt fashion. I discussed buying the new Grohe Grotherm Thermostatic function that has 3 functions. I was under the impression that I could use the shower and shower sprays at once. Sara called the rep for me who misinformed her that it was possible. The rep called her soon afterwards to give her the correct info. Sara not only emailed me but called me to make sure I had the most accurate info to make the best decision. Since then, I have bought about 85% of my bathroom products with her help including a bathtub and robern mirror. Before I order anything, I haver her review the order so that I can be certain that I am buying the correct item and all of the parts that go with it. The company emails you to let you know when to expect your deliveries. If I needed an item right away, Sara would call to find out what the estimated delivery day would be. It's important to make sure you are ordering the correct item because returns are difficult with this company due to restocking fees. Be sure of what you are ordering and when in doubt speak to a rep for more info. They will guide you in the right direction so you don't need to make a return. Sara was also kind enough to put my cart on hold when I wasn't ready to buy or unsure of something while still holding on to my discounts. All I have to say is that Sara was outstanding. She is knowledgeable about the products, efficient, reliable, honest, friendly, and polite. Don't be discouraged if you can't reach anyone at customer service after 2pm Friday till Monday. No not order from Quality Bath. I ordered a sink that came shattered and they would not refund me ($589), but rather offered to send me a replacement for $250. The second sink came shattered as well. I'm now weeks behind on my project and out $589. Horrible customer service, I would never trust ordering from them again. They offered to send us another sink "at a discount" to remove a negative review. We declined because of our concern about the quality of their product. OK - here is my experience. I have an old house with two 1920s vintage pedestal sinks. Faucets have leaked for the last 20 years. I wanted high quality faucets to replace them and selected Grohe - Somerset in Chrome. Quality bath was probably 50% the price of anywhere else. Their price on the handle set was cheaper than used/opened on ebay. So, I bought one set. Got it installed - a good saturday's effort. Liked the result enough that I bought a second set, and ordered that and installed that as well. OK - problem was that for the first order, the handle set (grohe sells the handles and the guts of the faucet separately) was incomplete. Someone had clearly returned this after taking out the set screws and one little collar. So, I asked them to send me those replacement pieces. Set screws arrived in 2 days, but not the little collar piece. I had to email a second time, but then what arrived was a complete new set of handles, of which I really only needed the one collar. My take - this is a seriously cheap source for high quality fixtures. What arrived was this year's model. The process wasn't without bumps, but every email was replied to, and they clearly CLEARLY are customer and price oriented. I now have 2 faucet sets for several hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else. If you are paranoid, like me, you worry that the item is so cheap it must be last year's model, or that it is returned goods, or that if something goes wrong, there is no-one on customer service. What I can say is that this was EASILY the best price on the web, on ebay, on craigslist wherever - the items were new, and as for customer service, the little wrinkle I had, they went out of their way to solve for me. I would absolutely use these folks again. This is what happens when there is actually competition in the marketplace (unlike Comcast, but that's a different story) read more

Beware, this company does not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered a Newport Brass faucet from Quality Bath(QB) and received a faucet with two different finishes. Unfortunately my plumber installed it before I has a chance to inspect it. After inspecting the photos, Newport Brass sent me back to QB their distributer. The only way QB would help was if I ordered and paid for a second faucet. So I complied. It was received a few weeks later and again Newport Brass put together a faucet with two different finishes. QB sent me a return slip and three weeks later credited my account. Problem is I still have a defective faucet and QB wants me to pay for another. Bottom line, lose their number. I tried to save a few dollars online, but it will cost me hundreds of dollars in plumber fees and months of delays. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I wanted a sink with accessories that fit the sink. They sent me the wrong accessories and when I checked it out further I found out that none of the accessories made by the sink company would fit the sink they sent me. I contacted Quality Bath immediately after they arrived & I saw they didn't fit but they refused to refund all my money. I even went to a local store and measured the accessories to see if what they said could be replacements would work and those did not fit either. They sold me something that did not work & then would only refund part of my money. Salesmen are nice but the return department is terrible. Also salesmen did not know their product. I even called the manufacturer and they told me they had sent me the wrong products. Quality Bath told me that my measurements when I saw it in person were wrong. I had a good feeling from the start with QB after placing my first order with them. Here is what happened with my most recent order with them. The unit came in a timely manner. It was packed very well, and zero damage. As I went to install the unit, I broke the glass. So, I called up Quality Bath this morning with the sole intention of purchasing another full unit. Just so happens, the lady I was dealing with at QB, Tziporah, said that she would call the manufacturer for me...I did not ask her to do so, she just offered. She called me back after talking to the manufacturer, and told me who to deal with. Even though I took full responsibility for the damage, I was treated very well by both Tziporah and Dreamline, (the manufacturer), as they were both above reproach. This review is for the purchase of a Dream Line Enigma X tub/shower sliding glass door. Despite a damage with one box delivered and a discrepancy in the parts delivered vs. the documentation, Quality Bath fixed all the problems quickly by sending the right parts and correct documentation. Quality Bath coordinates customer support with Dream Line and that was exceptional --- we needed Dream Lline's technical support a few times and they were even available the Saturday following Thanksgiving when we finally installed everything! This kind of purchase is scary and can be a nightmare but Quality Bath made it as positive as it could be. Moreover, the price was great. I could not ask for anything more! read more

Never again will I get duped by an outfit like this. I ordered a faucet that closely resembled one I purchased at Lowes - at least in the picture. I called to return it, and they reminded me of the 25% restocking fee. Okay, my fault, but when I tried to negotiate, the lousy excuse of a customer service rep told me that "the items that we sell have nothing to do with what you will find at Lowe's." Which was an alternative way of saying "Get bent," Instead of taking the hit, I then had to purchase a second of the wrong unit to save face. This place is dishonest and their customer service is horrible. I never received the hardware for my shower, just the doors and base. I just recently bought my house, and was in the long process of unpacking and preparing for the shower installation (tile etc first) and we finally unpacked the pieces this month (they were locked in an empty garage until then). Yes it was two months later, but I didn't notice the pieces were missing because I assumed they were be there. Apparently on the actual website it says you have to notify them within 5 days, and check the pieces are there when you sign for the package. We signed for 2 packages, one for the base, and the other for the shower doors. The customer service people constantly referred to these signed proof of delivery, but it clearly states what was included and neither of those were the actual hardware package. Their policies are hidden on their product page, via a completely DIFFERENT link that you have to click on in order to get the policy (which you wouldn't find unless you happen to go looking for it). Who goes around clicking every link on the website? If this is such a huge policy, please don't hide it behind multiple links. They blame the customer, but they are rude and completely unhelpful even when you have the complete packing list showing the parts weren't included. Please explain to me why in the world I would request duplicate hardware parts for my shower? Why would I need hinges? I'm now paying 400$ extra for my shower! Thanks for nothing Quality Bath. Please order your things from a reputable store... not this place. They may have good prices, but in the end they trick you into paying the same price as anywhere else by not sending you your actual goods. read more

Five days later - after the competitor has already shipped - Quality Bath e-mails to say that their items are back-ordered for 6-8 weeks. We can't wait that long, so we cancelled the Quality Bath order and re-ordered from yet another competitor. Hey Quality Bath...many online retailers just state up front if the item you want is out-of-stock or back-ordered. Some even give you the date that the items will be back in stock. You'll save yourselves a lot of aggravated cancellations - and probably keep a few customers - if you just provide accurate availability info up front. read more

We ordered a vanity with a top, but did not check it for damage when it arrived. When our contractor opened it, they saw that the marble vanity top was broken in two places. Even though it had been almost a month since the vanity was delivered, Adina was able to arrange for a free replacement from the manufacturer. Today we received an intact vanity top and it is now installed in time for Thanksgiving. Quality Bath has been most helpful and we appreciate it it very much. I ordered this sink by the color of the picture dark brown ,but when I received it the color was black. I called customer service to let them know I thought I ordered the brown one and they said I ordered the black one and the customer service representative told me opps , that they had the wrong color picture on the website and it was the dark brown one on the picture. I further explained to them that I needed a sink by this Friday that my counter tops were going in. Customer service representative informed me that they would have to order another sink and it would take 3 weeks .Very disappointed with this company all they offered to do for me was return my money and a shipping label. The stress of there mistake left me scrambling to get another sink in 4 days. Terrible customer service. I have been ordering from Quality Baths for several years and never had an issue with them, but that isn't the sole reason why I'm writing this review. Recently my hansgrohe shower faucet started to squeak when turned and became difficult to rotate. I contacted Quality Bath about the issue and customer service jumped right in to help. Shifra contacted hansgrohe on my behalf and got a replacement part shipped the next day. I couldn't believe how well things worked out, several days later I had the replacement part in and the faucet turns like its brand new. I can honestly say that I will be going to Quality Bath for whatever bathroom fixtures I need. read more
