I was a regular until one day I needed some suits altered and instead of being helpful, she literally screeched at me for no reason. She asked me what was my issue with my suits and I told her that I lost weight and my shoulders got bigger. She then flipped out and starting yelling at me asking me what I want and I kept replying "I just want it to fit?!?!!? I just want it to FIT???!?!?!?!" This is my go-to place for alterations. Usually when I go, there is one lady working that handles everything. Phone calls, tailoring, dry cleaning, etc. She's very friendly and good at managing the influx of customers. She seems very organized and good at managing her time. She is also very honest and will give you a quote before you move forward with the services and will give you her opinion if she thinks something will not turn out right. She can usually tailor a dress in less than 24 hours and will send you a text message if she finishes earlier than expected. Also, I took it as a good sign that I noticed that there are a lot of regulars that come in for dry cleaning since they are very chatty with her and seem to know what they want already. read more

we brought in 3 items for alterations, which we were told would be done in 4 days...only 1 was done...then she said she'd have the other one done the following day...not done...2 days later, the worker said still not done...waited ANOTHER 2 days...went in and she only had 1 item done. LAST ITEM actually never got done. waited so long, was overpromised and misled. Poor customer service and lack of consideration of time. TOTAL TIME: 9 days, 2/3 items got done no explanation as to why the delay...just smiles and apologies... so sorry, we couldn't agree with the other reviews... dry cleaning is good at most places because the clothes get sent out...alterations are in house and really let you know how good a place is...this place is not good. will never go back. read more

Okay... I use to get my jean alterations here, but now they just lost me as a customer!!!! This is the second time they did not have my jeans ready as promised!!!! The first time I let it slide because she gave me 3 bucks off but this time this time!!! Hell to the naw!!! She promised my slacks would be done at 2pm and what time is it 3:17pm and I'm sitting here waiting for my slacks to be finished, then she has the nerve to give me hella attitude when I ask her how much longer it would take? Like your the one who promised it would be done by 2. So effff this place and their inconsistant service!! Angel is the only worker here and she is a hard worker. I always see her working. I brought it a multitude of clothes for her to refix or dry clean. 2 of the garmets were in a needy rush so I paid a rush fee for both to be done in 3 days (Friday). The others could be finished on Monday. On Friday I went in to pick up the garmets at a specific time that I needed and specified to her. To my horror, both garmets were not completed. I asked for them back and the dress I had dry cleaned hadn't even gotten its wash. And the pants that I needed hemming had the needles still in them. I took them back and asked for my money back. Since I put it on my card because it was more than a certain amount, but taking these two items out made them go below. She said she would give me my entire refund, but now I had to pay in cash. Are you kidding me? She is horrible on timing, and messed up on the things I picked up on Monday. She cut the pant leg to short, and her reason was because she thought it would look better. I DONT CARE! It was my fudging pants. So I also got my refund back and she kept the pants. Worst service ever. read more

Angel does a great job on hemming jeans. Decent prices for regular hem and original hems. I had my jeans hem twice by her. She is very busy and she has a lot of alterations to do. But do not expect to get your clothes back on the promised date. For my second time, I knew that I would not get on the date she told me. I asked her to call me when it was ready. The place does a good job in dry cleaning but the owner is terrible with her time management. Her posted hours are rarely followed. She is frequently late and closes early. On one occasion I told her i needed an item in 2 days which is standard and confirmed with her. I show up 1.5 hours before closing and the business is closed. Left me in a huge jam where i had to go out and buy a new shirt. When i asked her she simply said she had am emergency. Seems like she has way too many. I have been coming here for almost 5 years now. They do a great job on having my clothes dry cleaned. Angel already knows my special preferences (pants with no crease and shirts with no starch). If Angel finds a stain on any of my items she always sends it back with no charge. Angel also does an AWESOME job on alterations. I already had one dress altered here and several jeans. If you are looking for someone to alter your jeans with the "original hem", come here!! You will not be able to tell that your jeans were altered...she's that good! read more

I've been going to Angel for many years and have recommended her services to all my friends and family. Her work is great, even though when she promises you it will be done on a certain day, you come by when she tells you to and it's not ready. This happened to me and my family MANY times but I wasn't upset because of her work, she gets it done how you like it. She has even lost my items several times, but I never complained about it, and hoped that she would find it soon and she does. Overall, bad customer service. Don't make promises you CANT keep. But yesterday was my last draw, I brought in a dress to get the zipper fixed/repair to bring to Hawaii to wear on my anniversary dinner, when I asked my husband to help zip me up, the same problem occurred. She didn't replace the zipper, she just "fixed it" I paid $25 to get it replaced not to get it fixed and hoped that it would work. I was so upset b/c I really wanted to wear this dress. I called Angel to tell her about it, she said if I zipped it up by myself, the problem wouldn't occur but how could I? She also said we were in a rush so the zipper broke or my husband didn't know how to zip me up. She wasn't sympathetic to my situation she only made it worse by trying to argue with me. She said I can fix it again at a disc rate. NO, I'm not going to come back to fix a zipper that I already paid $25 for. I'm NEVER coming to her again NOR will my family. read more

I came here a few times. Angel was very helpful in explaining what type of service (just plain cleaning or dry cleaning) is necessary to prolong fabric health and appearance. Service was prompt and prices very reasonable. My only complaint was that she probably lights incense candles in the room because the clothes although they were clean smelled like it. I had Angle alter a wedding dress into an evening dress for $60. Her work was ok but she was extremely nice. I mean what you expect for the price you pay. She dirtied my dress and made it really wrinkle on the back. Pressing the dress would cost another $20. She said she'll do the best to iron it out (didn't look iron at all). Her place is very busy and small. I heard she does nice work on jean and other items. Would probably try her again for other items but not dresses. read more

After being a long-time customer and never giving Angel any issues about the quality of her work, I am quite disappointed by how I was treated when I did bring up a problem. HKB complained of a wet, mold-y smell on two of his dress shirts. Because I took them out of the plastic and off the hangers, she accused me that he wore them due to the collar/cuff stains and wouldn't help me at all. Guys sweat and make their shirts dirty in these areas, which creates hard to remove stains as confirmed by my brother. I guess it's time to replace the shirts. read more

Angel is a saint when it comes to getting all of my clothing needs done, her turn around time is quick, however it seems as of she is the only person there most of the time, so you might end up going there during their business hours and the doors are locked I've experienced this a couple of times so I would recommend calling over there first to ensure that you don't waste your time and gas. read more

Took two of my dresses in to be altered, she charged me $22 total! I was expecting her to ask what time would I like to pick them up next week. Instead she said they'll be ready by tomorrow! Whoaaaa fast service. I came the next day, BUT she didn't have them ready yet. I waited an extra 35 minutes for them... hence minus one star :( Anyway that sure beats waiting a week for my clothes! She's going on vacation for once this weekend so she was SUPPPPPEEER busy. I wear clothes requiring dry cleaning every day, so I need a solid dry cleaner. After a couple unpromising trips to other places, I found an Angel. My clothes are consistently spotless regardless of the condition. She has solid controls over count so your clothes won't get lost. The price is extremely reasonable, especially considering it's always available next day. They open at 9 which is a bit of a drag, but stay open late every day. quality first dry cleaners. time second alterations. she takes awhile. im still waiting. she said yesterday at 6pm, made me wait, had some pho next door (which was horrible). went back, said to come back tmrw at 6, which is now today.
