Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. They helped me navigate the permitting process for the new water meter, had it connected, and tested it with the town. The second was fixing drainage issues in the yard. Rob walked around the property and was able to determine where to best place catch basins/connect gutters to reduce run-off. The project was completed in two days, and I haven't had drainage issues since! The team is reliable and the work is done to a high standard. I appreciated how they were able to keep much of the grass intact, it was hard to tell where the work was done after a few weeks. They also stand by their work. One of the gutter drainage pipes surfaced slightly after a storm, and the team came back out and re-buried it at no charge.
