I came into this shop maybe about a year ago to get my front bumper fixed from a collision. After reviewing some places, I decided to come here as it was not far away from my home. He walked out with me to my car to assess the damage. He was extremely open and responsive to my questions/concerns and never once made me feel like I was a burden. I find that some PDR (paintless dent repair) companies have a bad name for doing the wrong things and are terrible with communication. Working with Quality One was exactly the opposite! Danielle and PJ were fantastic!! Not only do they have a specialty in PDR but also any repairs to the paint. Danielle did everything and more to make it a simplified process. They had a wonderful special making my repair to my Lexus completely free! I did not pay a single penny!! As for communication, she did a great job setting the expectations and sticking to them. I felt like I was treated as part of the family. I am even bringing my wife's car in to get the repairs done. The work that was completed brought my car back to show room quality. Phenomenal company, phenomenal service; I won't go anywhere else for body work ever again. I had massive hail damage and they got my car in right away. They covered my deductible, gave me a rental car to drive at no charge, worked directly with my insurance, and kept me in the loop with great tracking software. PJ the owner of this company is a close friend of mine and somebody I have worked with in the past. With that said, I had a customer from Denver call me in order to have hail damage repaired on their vehicle again plus he had 3 referrals for me. I am currently in Dallas working on starting a permanent shop and was not able to handle those customers. I had a great experience working with Quality One Dent Repair! They were friendly and professional. They provided a loaner vehicle, which was a huge benefit to me while my car was in the shop. They provided me updates as my car moved through the process and even beat their estimated completion date. Lastly, the work they did was excellent there is no trace of the hail damage! They even replaced my broken fog light as a side project at a very reasonable cost while they were taking out the hail dents. This Business rocks. Went in to get an estimate for my truck it was tired by someone at Home Depot and of course they didn't stick around. It's a brand new truck and even though the marks were minor I couldn't live with it. The receptionist was great and very sweet. She got Paul the estimator to take a look. He looked at it and went and got his supplies and buffed out the paint on the spot and literally saved me a grand. I had already gotten an estimate and it was a $1000.00, to have it painted.
