Quantum is shady. They do not provide good quality services. Bought a car in 2023 , kept up with the maintenance and recently it was diagnosed by quantums mechanic with two blown head gaskets . I would have thought that since we bought the car there they would have gone above and beyond to help a family in a time of need . From the beginning the service manager was rude unhelpful and negative just in it for themselves and wipe their hands clean of any responsibility and they will probably continue to screw people over like this so please beware and find somewhere that will actually have your families best interest. read more

I had submitted a credit application for a vehicle as the sales stated they work with challenged credit. I am in dispute with Transunion and awaiting for their response to update my score which stands about 524, Equifax is 633 and Experian 615. All of this explained to the rep at the time I completed the application they ran my report and asked a couple questions and never heard back. They actually ran it twice. I am not impressed with the response as I informed them of the situation with Transunion the sales rep said it would not be a problem. A warning to anyone considering financing a car through Quantum with bad credit think again and go elsewhere they run your credit make it actually worse and blow you off. I have decided to hold off until my dispute is resolved and will never buy a car from Quantum. read more

This place is trash. I was so happy when I first purchased my car from them but I had no idea what nightmare was about to follow. The car started giving me problems after a month of purchasing it & when I tried to take it in to get fixed, they told me they couldn't warranty it. Worst part is, upon signing the lease & paying $2000 down payment, they promised if it had any problems at all, they would fix it. Every time I called the service department to try to get the car fixed, they were extremely rude & unhelpful. On top of my monthly car payment, I've had to pay out of pocket to fix all the problems on the piece of junk they gave me. If I could back out the contract & return the vehicle, I 100% would & I'd take my money somewhere else. I went in the other week to pick up my tags and the salesman who sold me the car couldn't even look me in the eye, he straight up walked out to avoid me lol. Beware of this place and the sketchy employees, you've been warned. Este lugar es basura. I'm as skeptical as the next guy about shady auto dealers. Upon coming up on this place we were greeted and instantly referred to El Gordo! This guys is friendly, professional and is straight up. Based on the choice of car that was requested he ran up honest figures based on credit history and overall credit. He worked hard to get the best numbers and the overall sticker price reduced down to something that was affordable on a monthly basis. In addition, there was no pressure and we had plenty of advice. I was desperately looking for a car since my boyfriend and I were no longer on the same schedule. I was stressed out for month until I came across a Subaru I was interested in through an Offerup ad that Gordo had posted. He was very responsive and when I arrived he showed me a number of other cars I might be interested in. I didn't even go with the original car I wanted but it was still a Subaru. The process was quick, easy, and painless. Make sure to bring your ID, mail with address, pay stub and bank statement. Also, it would help to have 8 references in hand. I did a lot of the application/documents over the internet and email. So when I got to the dealer, I provided original copies , signed my papers, gave my down payment, and left with the car all under 30 min. Aaron had everything ready for me as soon as I got there and had the car washed and in good condition. I got a 2015 Dodge Charger. The car runs great! The car had no dents or scratches. I bought a 2017 toyota corolla two months ago and the car began to give me problems, I called to see if they verified it, they supposedly gave me an appointment and that they were going to send me a message with the address where I had to take the car but they never sent me anything. day of the appointment call and they did not answer! This is really frustrating for only 2 months with the car and it's already starting to have problems! Now I have to take it to the Toyota dealer and just to buy with such irresponsible people. I came across this dealership about late June, I found the car of my dreams here and I was so worried it would get sold out due to it being in high demand- but luckily a guy named Aaron Ruiz who contacted me and I explained how it would take me maybe a month and a half to get the car and get the money for it, not only did he hold the car for me but he even made it easier for me to pay, with a little negotiation he was able to lower the price to my abilities. He FaceTimed me when I was away and couldn't come in to see it face to face, he took millions of photos and videos of the car when I asked him to, it genuinely felt like I was already driving the car, I was never pressured into paying anything or forcing myself to do anything I didn't want, not only that but when I was ready to get the car I didn't have a ride to take me from my place to quantum auto sales and he set up a safe ride for me that took me there exactly, he let me test drive it, answer all questions, installed a new battery, cleaned the car and filled it up with gas. So now I find myself 2 weeks later, writing an updated review...I brought it down to 1 star, because of how unsatisfied I am at the Service Dept. After we bought the truck, and took it home, we started noticing a lot of things wrong with it. Front suspension was totally shot, we had an oil leak , that was covered up by them washing the motor, rear suspension is shot, rock chip on the windshield, a crack on the dashboard, right above the airbag, transmission oil is BLACK, and we had a cylinder misfire in #4 plug.....I found all this out, because I took it to my local mechanic (my mechanic for 12 years) and he found all this wrong with the truck. Now I can understand its a used vehicle, and I'm glad I got approved for it, but how can you sell a vehicle that is not suitable to be on the road? I called back on Monday, Feb. 2, 2014 and set up an appointment, to bring it in to service....the following Monday Feb. 9th, 2015... When I arrived there, I had the list that my mechanic had gave me, and I showed it to Thomas, he said he was the Service Manager.....He made it a fact to tell me, that he didn't care what my mechanic had written down, that THEY were going to check the truck, and fix whatever needed to be fixed....but they would take my mechanic's list into consideration. Fast forward to 3 days later....Wednesday Feb. 11, 2015....I get a call that everything is done, and my truck is ready for pick up. I ask the girl on the phone, what they had fixed...to which she stated "the front shocks, we fixed the oil leak, we changed out the spark plugs, we made you an additional key.....and that was it....not even half of what was on the list!!!! She then transferred me to Thomas, who I spoke my mind to and told him, that I wanted everything on the list fixed...to which he stated...didn't need to be fixed!!! I have pictures that the rear shocks are leaking, and also that the transmission oil needed to be changed, to which he stated..."We are not a transmission shop, we don't change out oil!" He got so upset that he told me to hold on, and put me on hold....so i drove out there and spoke to Jorge, the Manager... I owed them $500 for the down payment, which I refused to pay until the fixed my truck the way it was supposed to be....I even showed him the pictures of the damaged rear shocks...until then, did he agree to fix them, but he wanted me to wait another week to bring the truck in.... I had a very heated discussion, which i have on my gopro, where i told the manager, that i was not going to pay the $500 for the repairs that were not done, and instead, i was going to use that money to fix the problems myself....finally after 2 hours of arguing, he caved...so now i have to fix my truck myself... Unbelievable they would sell a vehicle in this condition, They kept throwing in my face, "we gave you $2000 off asking price" So what? Charge me regular price...and fix the damn thing so its safe to operate!!! Thats my mentality, not only that, but it retails on KBB for $17,000, you guys came up $2000...Again, I don't care...everyone has to make their money..... Downside to all this, Is I CAN NOT refer anyone to them...my 5 star review dropped to a 1 star.....No Bueno guys.... I called these guys about a van they had. They gave me the price and I told them I would drive right up. Drove for 45 minutes to get there. I pull up and ask where the van is. He says, "You the guy that called?" I said yes, where's the van. He says they just drove it off the lot and are bringing it to their Escondido lot. "F" these idiots. They treat their clients terribly. They wasted my whole Sunday afternoon and lied to me about the van. I am pissed. Do not trust these losers!!!! read more

Went to check out a car for sale. Asked what trim line it was. After 2 sales people who couldn't answer me, I went to the car and saw it in the manual. Receptionist was nice but after sitting down to get pricing, they were about to run my credit (which I never asked for). There's probably a language barrier so I'm not knocking them for that. I thought they were just getting info from me to negotiate pricing. I then get handed over to Jorge, the owner. Didn't shake my hand, no introduction and barely even spoke to me. He starts clicking away on his computer for 5 minutes in complete silence. I'm watching what he's doing because I can see his screen. He's literally just clicking in random places on the screen! Am I just wasting my time sitting here? He then prints out a few papers and shows me pricing and thanks me for my time. I had to reach out to shake his hand goodbye. So my bought a car from here. Pretty much a "lemon" because they never fixed the issues the car had. (Alignment of the wheel, and gas doesn't accelerate correctly) you have 30 days of "warranty" after that you're pretty much screwed. She sent me to go pick her license plates... my sister went to pick them up from the office and let's just say these "workers" don't know what they are doing. Terrible service!!!!!!! Now they have no clue where her plates are and it's been almost 2 months since the purchase. This is a joke!! Please take your service elsewhere!!! Plenty of good dealers if you take time and research before hand. I hope this place gets shut down!!!!! read more

Not sure why it deleted my review but I will continue to post again!!! This is the worst dealership ever. All employees are unprofessional! Let's not talk about the manager he's so incompetent! I was with the sales rep until this man came asking taking the car "where's my money"constantly repeating until I asked the sales rep who is he. He said it's the manager. Who does that? I should have known it was a red flag and walked out!!! Unfortunately, I really wanted the car so I still continued with the process yet at the end they told me the car isn't ready that it needs to get the tires changed. The manager said it'll be ready by tomorrow if I leave it which I did. I waited for him to return a phone call to give me an update. He didn't. I tried reaching him multiple times and nothing! It been pass two days so on my day off I went in person. I asked the sales rep if I could speak to manager but no one gave me an answer but to just wait. I finally see him and he takes forever to speak to me . Took him like an hour!!!! So much for great customer service! It only gets worse!!! The manager said it's not ready and that he has to order them still when he said it'd be ready within a day so now another few days? Once again I tried to reach after a week and nothing. I pulled up again and the one from service told me he still didn't order them. That's crazy. Clearly for them it's a game. It took them almost a month to get the tires and the spear key. Please don't make the same mistake as me. I should have read the yelp's reviews too because clearly I'm not the only one that this has happened too! This place should be closed! A SCAM!
