If I could put no stars, I would. During tournament season, our U17 soccer team usually goes out for a meal after our last game of the day. On March 8th 2020, our team went to Quattro as we saw the great reviews of their food. We were very excited to sit down and have a great meal after being outside all day. Upon arrival at Quattro, we entered the establishment where there were two men with their arms crossed. Since I do not want to provide any unnecessary details, we were turned away. The two men told us that we could only order pizza and nothing else off the menu. They also were very adamant that they would not split the bill. I am very disappointed in this establishment as they could have easily made a minimum of $300-$400 that day. And, to add the cherry on top, there was no one in the restaurant when we arrived. Luckily, we were able to find a Paisanos nearby that provided us with 5 star service. Quattro Formaggi has lost several customers who will not think twice about eating at this establishment. read more

This was my second time getting Quattro. First experience was pretty average, but not great. I LOVE pizza and this place is close so I decided to try it again. I ordered a deep dish meat lovers pizza, which is where I went wrong. My first thought when I got home was "that is NOT deep dish" but whatever. Then I realized how small it was. So I worked in a pizza shop as a kid and I knew when they made the dough, they weighed out the sizes so every pizza would have the perfect amount of dough. I just had this feeling that they used the large dough and made a smaller pizza so it would be "deep dish" I figured it wouldn't hurt to pull out the tape measure and check it! THIS PIZZA WAS 13.5 INCHES?????? Not 16???? Come on Quattro, at the prices you're charging, I'd hope I could at least get a pizza that is the size stated on the menu. Disappointing experience this evening. I've ordered delivery twice before, and carryout once before, and the pizza has always been very good (if a bit pricey, more on that in a bit). Called to place our order when we were 15 minutes away, but still the pizzas were cold when we picked them up. My running theory is that they used the XL cheese pizzas they prepare slices from to make ours. Throw on the toppings and heat them up. The dough tasted stale, and as I mentioned earlier, they were cold 15 minutes after ordering, which wouldn't be possible if made fresh. The total for the two XL pizzas and 4 sides of ranch was $66 with tax. Which is expensive, but I'd care less if the pizza wasn't quite obviously their old slice pizzas with some toppings added. And at $18 for a large cheese pie, and $4 per additional topping, it's a little absurd to have a slice with no onion. When I called and explained the issue, the manager's only remedy was "we'll try to do better next time." Again, disappointing because I love a good NY Style pizza, and I guess I can't trust these to be made fresh. read more

New York style, lots of cheese, lots of toppings, perfect thickness. It was great. I ordered this Deluxe XL pizza Friday night and even paid for extra cheese and this is what they gave me. Literally can't even believe I paid $35 for this. It's a shame because it's really, really hard to find good pizza around here and this was our go-to place. I can't believe they were OK sending this out the door to a paying customer. I couldn't even take it back, because they were closed by the time I got my order, but I would have if I had time. Quattro is my go-to pizza for pick up in Alexandria. It has been for years-- I used to eat their pizza back when it was Paisano's. Anyways. Reviews may say the service isn't great but it's a pizza place! They do NY style pizza very well. And the owners are good people! Just call and pick up your order old fashioned style (it will be ready in 10 mins)... forget the phone apps. My favorite pizzas there are just mushroom pizza, meatball pizza, or the spinach and ricotta pizza. All are winners! read more

Customer service is a little ridiculous, since teenage family drama seems ready to leak into the public every ten seconds. Will probably call in the order just to not eat there again next time, though it should be noted that they stop taking orders 30 minutes before closing time. We like their pizza. It's not mind-blowing, but it hits the spot and has our ideal carb ratio. Meat Lovers sported a good amount of toppings mounted on a thin crust that's cooked through enough to be stable and not soggy. Chicken strips weren't overly dry and each slice wasn't crazy greasy. To start off with this is my first negative review ever so that should say something: I made an order on their website, it said it would be ready in about 15 minutes to 20 min. I got there on the later end of the time table. When I got there the owner asked me what my name was and he looked around and said we don't have that order. He then asked me what I ordered. I said beef lasagna. He said no one ordered that. Then he rudely walked away. I then pulled up the receipt that I got from the email, and I tried to show it to him, but he refused to look at it. Then he started yelling at me, we don't have it, we don't have it. Then he walks away again. There were a couple other customers in the restaurant waiting on their food and they are also like what the hell, and they tell me I should just cancel the charge with my bank.
