When I got there to pick it up, two employees working there acknowledged me but didn't approach me even though i was standing right at the counter for a good 5 minutes. One was busy cooking who looked at me several times and even said hello while the other dude just disappeared somewhere in the back. I had to interrupt the worker that was cooking and tell him that i was there to pickup my order. I hope their customer service improves because i really like their gyros. read more

Yea, definitely not for me. The Falafel Wrap and Homemade Fries were maddd forgettable. The whole meal was one ranking away from being cold. Fries were basically cold and lacked crunch and the wrap didn't sit right with my stomach after one bite. You know when you take a bite from something and ya stomach start acting up? Yea, that was me. I had flashbacks to eating Charboiled chicken. That specific meat would ALWAYS upset my stomach before I could even chew and swallow the meat. The Falafel Wrap Pita Bread was basically cold and Falafel itself was crunchy, but greasy and lackluster. I don't even remember anything but the sauces which saved the mediocreeeeee fries. The ketchup mixed with the cilantro green sauce was very good! In addition, the food wasn't even closed properly. The sides of the container were open and not pressed down as they should have for spilling or contamination. And, the no-contact delivery was something else. I had no update on my food from the driver, only the Grubhub app, so when the app said that it had arrived, I almost called support, but opened my door saw my food hanging from the door handle, hahha. The smell was more than enough to reel me in but the taste was amazing. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The rice was so good and so were the garlic veggies. This place is a little hole in the wall located at the back of a small strip mall right on La Cienega Blvd. It can be hard to see, but if you're in the mood for Mediterranean food, this place is solid. I had the gyro wrap with salad and it was delicious. I'm really not a huge salad fan, but this one was fresh and the dressing was excellent. The main attraction, the gyro itself was tender and cooked to perfection. Price was reasonable, especially given today's prices. And service was friendly. You can eat in, but it's somewhat dark and dingy, at least to me. Also, there's a parking lot, but I take the back route traveling east to west: Obama Blvd., right on Clyde Ave, left on Bowesfield St. and park there to avoid La Cienega along that stretch (across the street from Target) which is always a headache. read more

When I ate the chicken, I noticed it was very tender and tasted good but when I looked closer at the chicken, some of the pieces were raw in the center (which is probably why I thought it was really tender). I have passed by this place an infinite amount of times. I did not know it existed! I was seduced by the fresh fragrant flavors that enticed me to be adventurous and gazed around the clean and tidy intimate space. I had the worst experience here yesterday. The customer service was awful. To start, there were two employees and neither spoke a lick of English. The music was exorbitantly loud so I couldn't hear the young lady at the register and she couldn't hear me, and we were face to face! I had to repeat myself over and over due to her not understanding English as well as raise my voice to an unreasonable level just to be heard above the music. This alone was irritating as a customer. Then, the person preparing the food didn't even begin making my food until 15 mins after I had ordered. I used the bathroom and once I exited and went back to the counter to wait, I saw him begin my food. I asked for no onions, he seemed to not understand me, so I repeated it not once, but 5 times. He made like he understood but clearly his face told me otherwise. He literally didn't understand any English. Guess what? My salad had red onions all over it. The establishment was so stuffy and underventilated. It was awfully uncomfortable during my looooong wait. Further, the boxes of ingredients or whatever they were, the jumbo packs of toilet paper and pallets of soda waiting to be put into the cooler in the ordering area was extremely tacky. I am addicted to this place! I have tried pretty much everything on their menu and it is so good! I order from this place at least twice a week. Their chicken kabobs are great, falafels are moist, garlic potatoes and veggies are a hit with the whole family. My favorite is the salmon plate, it is ALWAYS cooked perfectly. I most order delivery but like to switch it up and grab a table just to feel the environment hidden off a very busy street. Parking there is a hit or miss but most of the time you will find a spot either in front or in the back parking lot. They have a clean restroom for customers. Also a choice to sit outside to eat. First time trying this place, and I don't care what anybody else has to say because this food is DELICIOUS. I had the shrimp skewers, lots of veggies and deep charred flavor. We also ordered the beef and chicken skewer combo, my wife had the chicken and loved it, I had the beef and loved it. We also loved the garlic vegetables that come with the skewers, and we loved the garlic potatoes. Everything was very flavorful, BUT we do have a complaint. They don't allow meat substitutions, so you can't order two chicken skewers instead of one beef and one chicken in the combo (at least you cannot through Grubhub), and there was no stand alone chicken skewers on the Grubhub menu. That's a problem. Also, they really don't give you enough meat - loads of veggies, rice, and pita, but relatively small meat portions. So if I have those complaints, how does it still rate 5 stars? Well, I thought long and hard about that, and all I kept coming back to was how great the food is. I cannot ding them any stars for the narrow choices or the skimpy meat portions because the food is that good. I'll just need to order more from the choices I have to get the amount I need, and I have no problem with that. read more

Omgg!! I decided to treat myself a cheat meal last night and ordered from here. All I can say is delicious!! I ordered a combo kabob plate and loved the chicken kabob and beef. Chicken was definitely the best. Sides were good, humus could use a little bit more flavor and the drink I got (cucumber mint lemonade) was absolutely delicious and refreshing. It's kind of an interesting place where you walk in and think you're going to order tacos and burritos based on the decor and music, but find that it's a Mediterranean place instead. Instead I got 2 beef kabobs, garlic potatoes, tabbouleh salad and hummus. Didn't find out until I got home. Makes me wonder if they even gave me the right order, because they definitely didn't ask for my name when I gave them the order. Also I had to repeat what I wanted since they didn't understand (no, I do not have an accent). Some pieces of the beef were tender, and others were so chewy I actually couldn't swallow them. The photos on their website seemed to imply the house salad was like a Greek salad, but I was surprised to find spring greens and tabbouleh instead (not my favorite).
