Chicken Korma and Curry waiting to be ordered.
    Chris M.

Wife and I are still hooked on this place. Every chance I get out around there, I go. :-) The people there are super nice and willing to give you samples as well as take special requests (I always ask for the Kathi chicken wrap with no onions because I'm allergic) if you need to. Everything smells great when you go in and even as a "hot bar" it still looks so pleasing! A double order of chicken tikki masala with garlic naan upgrade, a chicken kathi wrap (mild, no onions) and an order of veggie samosas is our go-to, now, but I always get a three-item combo, anyway, and get something else to add to it (so far, the coconut chicken, the chicken marsala and the chana marsala are good add-ons.. :-) . And the prices are still just as pleasant as the food and people.. :-) If you're near Pico and LaBrea in LA and you're wanting good Indian food.. this place is waiting to fill you up and not bring your wallet down (too much.. ;-) ).

Super friendly staff! I see why this place has such a high rating. Authentic and quality food, good pricing, and the best of all- such a fun and friendly team of staff. They welcome you as their community, take orders with care, and make sure you like your food. It was like eating at a dine-in high end restaurant as they come around to the table, making sure everything is well and introducing me who made my food. Plenty of parking as well.

My friend brought curry in hurry to my place. I asked him to get me a garlic naan, which was really good. He let me eat some of his goat curry, which was phenomenal, and another red curry with chicken in it, which may be tikka masala. That was really good too. I think if you go here, you definitely need to eat the curry with the garlic naan because it just pairs really well. From being on FaceTime, it seemed that the staff was super friendly. I'm not really sure I can say much about the ambiance though, as I didn't eat there directly. They did give my friend samples to try out though, so that's always a plus!

This spot is a hidden gem! For a one entree takeout with rice and naan it was $12 with tax!! Service is quick when ordering and scooping the food. Ambiance is Smaller inside but there's a parking lot! Mostly to go!! Clean inside

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got a chance to this past weekend. I ordered the two item combo with chicken tikka masala and palak paneer. The two item comes with rice AND naan (I upgraded to garlic naan) and came out to around $16. The garlic naan was well worth the upgrade and they give you two generously sized pieces that were perfect to dip with the curries. The chicken tikka masala was pretty good and nice and creamy. I haven't had palak paneer in quite a long time and this one definitely hit the spot. Before I knew it, I had eaten all of my naan and almost all of my curry, while barely touching my rice. They just give you such a big serving of naan that the rice wasn't needed to enjoy the curry and I saved it for my lunch the next day. I love that this place has quick service and that you get your food right away so there's little wait if you're hungry. I'll definitely be coming back.

Good portions, very affordable, very friendly customer service. I expected the food to be more flavorful than it was. I ordered the goat curry and it was ok and the dhal was also just ok. I don't get the high reviews but maybe I happened to go on an off day. There's a small parking lot.

Prices are reasonable but the food is subpar from other Indian places in LA that I've tried.

We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Korma and Butter Cheese Naan. They came out with Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma (did not notice this right away as it's all covered in sauce). I told the waitress that we were just waiting on the naan and she said that it's coming. She then proceeded to ask what kind of naan we want (so they weren't working on it). Once we started eating, we quickly realized that none of the dishes were lamb. We told our waitress and she was like oh no I'll bring you a lamb one. She didn't take the chicken one away or mention anything about paying for it. The food was pretty good overall so maybe a lot of good reviews are from delivery. When we were done, we asked for to go containers. They were gross and had white flecks/oily stuff all over them (just thinking about people that did delivery and had their food packed in those containers already...gross). They brought us different containers that were fine. The chef then came out and said he charged for the Chicken Korma (that we did not order) but didn't charge tax on it. Excuse me? First of all, if you even wanted to try to charge for that, you should've said something upfront. Second of all, you should never try to charge a customer for a mistake made by the kitchen. Will not return.

There was nobody inside when we walked in and we figured we'd take a chance. We ordered the dinner special--$38 for two entrées and lentil soup. We were genuinely surprised by how fresh and delicious everything was. I loved the lentil soup, and I'm usually not a lentil soup person. My husband loved the the lamb samosas. The food kept coming at us fast. Sizzling tandoori chicken, lamb saag (which I don't usually see on menus). Rice was perfection - grain to grain, plain, complementary to all the dishes. The portions were generous - I think there were five large pieces of chicken in the tandoori. I felt like Bourdain who discovered a hole-in-the-wall treasure. Seriously though, thank you to all the people who raved about the place here on Yelp. The side sauces - i want them in daily life - the fresh mint goodness was perfection and the sweet one complemented everything from samosas to naan. While we were eating, a couple of people came in for their takeout dinner order. The service was impeccable. They appeared exactly when we were ready to order, cleared plates promptly, and otherwise just let us enjoy our meal. We parked in the Lowe's parking structure, which made it an easy stop after shopping.
