So I'm tasting this food truck that is parked outside of Rift Wine Bar. I have yet to have a negative food experience here, and this is no exception. I'm a kid who always orders dessert first if the mood is right...I made the correct choice here. OMG, I want to go back and try the other 2 dessert options. The entire bar started asking what it was I was eating when I opened my order, and I would have politely shared if not for the COVID situation. Best Wedding Caterer ever. We hired Queen Bee Tacos for our wedding in Scottsdale last November. Jackie was extremely attentive and responsive to us throughout the whole planning process and helped to customize the menu to make it perfect for our big day. We are very picky taco eaters and it took us a while to find the perfect place and I am so glad we went with Queen Bee Tacos. Not only were they great to work with, but the food was amazing. Seriously it is the #1 thing people talk about when they talk about our wedding:) Also, I wasn't sure how a food truck would work for the wedding when there are so many guests trying to be served at once. Jackie made sure to prep and staff appropriately and they were able to get everyone through really quickly. These were the best chicken and carnitas tacos I've had since moving back to AZ 5 years ago. The meat was tender and marinated to perfection. Flavorful without being overly salty like so many other places. The sauce inside was perfection along with great salsa thin warm crispy chips also spot on. I dream of having these again. I just need to find out where they will be next since they mobile cater all over. Please come back out to Queen Creek or better yet settle down right here in our town. So trucking good!!! Ha! This food truck caught my eye driving thru the streets Gilbert. So I had to stalk it down to try it! They post their whereabouts across their social media pages. The tacos are delicious, they have a lil twist to them. The tortilla is a little thicker than the usual but makes perfect sense to hold all the goodness together. I got the platter so I could try EVERYTHING. I'm not a fan of mole, yet their mole braised pork tacos were so good! The pork belly taco was also great. Queen Bee Taco truck came to my neighborhood , Ironwood Crossings out in Queen Creek on 6/6 . My family and I were SO excited to try their tacos, and they did not disappoint! Absolutely AMAZING tacos , taquitos , and fry bread tacos! The shrimp tacos were hands down my favorite! My husband really enjoyed the taquitos and our kiddos loved the beef tacos. Wow wow wow! Their taquitos are unreal. Ive never had taquitos like these. They are bigger than normal ones but i love it because there was a lot more chicken stuffing. My company, Wright Engineers, a structural engineering firm in Chandler, AZ, had Queen Bee Gourmet Tacos and Frybread cater our Covid-safe outdoor Christmas party. All of the attendees said they LOVED THE FOOD! We had 20 people in attendance, with couples sitting at individual tables spaced 6 ft apart, and everyone wearing masks unless eating. Queen Bee's team members all wore masks while cooking and serving. Queen Bee offered a wide variety of selections, including Mole Pork, Cajun Shrimp, Machaca Beef, Queen Bee Chicken, and also Pork Belly tacos, which were a big hit with our group. You know the meal you had once that you think about ALL THE TIME and wish you could get whenever you wanted. You know, the meal that makes your mouth water just thinking about it. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MEALS!!!!!!! My family has told me that anytime we can put on the calendar we should and if we have taco night and it's not you should hear the grumbles. We have tried almost everything on the menu and it's all perfection. As soon as they leave I ask when they will be back and to be honest....don't tell , I'd drive to wherever if they didn't grace us with their amazing food (and excellent service) as often as they do.
