The clothing racks were organized and color coordinated which I really appreciate as thrift shopping could be overwhelming at times. We picked up a vest that was clearly marked at $160. When we went to pay, the cashier told my wife the price was actually $200. We understand that pricing mistakes can happen -- that wasn't the issue. What disappointed us was the attitude. Instead of explaining the situation kindly or apologizing for the confusion, the employee was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, that interaction really affected our experience and made us reconsider returning. I hope management can address the customer service aspect, because the store carries great products and has a lot of potential.
