Horrible job.. Less than 6 days and my new set is coming off.. Eventhough I told the first person who put the oversized nails in the first place just glued in the middle.. Totally loose on both sides.. And she says don't worry .. We fix it later.. You look good .. No worry.. Well yes I worry.. And yet , after I pointed it out they still didn't fix it they said they know what they were doing.. After 25 yrs doing my nails , I still gave them the benefit of the doubt.. Omg.. My nail is green !!!!!!!!!!!... There is no way I will ever go back and I will definitely tell everyone they have changed owners , they have no clue how to do nails or pedicures.. They don't clean your cuticle. They charge you extra for just scrubbing your feet when it should be included in the spa pedicure for $18 dlls..?..no cuticle clean up or anything.. What happened to Jackie????? I can't believe they would sell the place and not warn loyal customers :( I went in and gave this place a try with the "New" owner Christine. I felt that the service was rushed and also very expensive for poor service. I got a pani/pedi and had a full set removed Christine started to remove my nails by literally ripping them off! I was in so much pain and so she then asked if I would like to soak them in Acetone so they can come off easier. I of course said yes since I was already bleeding and just wanted it to be Over! Also during the pedicure I asked about the free design advertised in the window and she acted as if I was asking just to ask! SMH!!! I also had my 12 year old with me and usually I would pay just 5.00 to cut her toe nails and paint them. In this case I was being charged an extra 3.00! Not to mention my daughter also got Gel color on her hands for 15.00 and this did Not include the manicure that was 5.00 extra! SMH! For a child no matter where I go I have NEVER been charged for cutting her nails and a gel manicure is usually $15.00 total for a child! Jackie would have never charged this much for a child and I myself would have walked out of there feeling Pampered! In this case I walked out cheated out of my $60.00 and Very Very Dissatisfied and I will NEVER RETURN! My cousins and aunt have been coming here for years now. I've come maybe twice for pedicures over the last 15 years and was never a big fan until my cousin told me about.... Jackie. Now, I'm not writing this review for pedi's or mani's, I'm writing for the awesome waxing skills of Jackie. I have been searching for a good waxer for over a year now and is relatively close to home. I went yesterday and Jackie hooked it up on my bikini area! She didn't make me feel uncomfortable and was quick. As far as cost, she was more than fair for what I asked her to do. The owners are very friendly. I usually call ahead to make sure I don't have to wait. I get mani/pedi and waxing! They have nice massage chairs. The gel nails last at least two weeks. The place is clean. read more

Beware!!! they do not sanitize their utensils. They should be reported on how dirty they are. Needless to say their customer service sucks. Especially the man who does nails there. He has an attitude for no reason. He does nails with an attitude! read more

Great customer service... Christine is new owner and family owned. They kept the old name but I guarantee they do a great job and take their time with you! The staff is friendly and always ask you if you are liking it so far. Found my new place close to home!! read more

The only reason I'm rating it as two stars is because they were nice to my daughter. The guy painted one nail and I didn't like the color and when I told him he got really upset and made a comment and a sigh. I just told him to proceed. If I could, this would be zero stars. Went in for a pedicure on a Thursday morning, 11am and was asked to wait. When I asked how long, I got a dirty look as she proceeded to speak in her native tongue to someone through the wall. After about a 3 minute conversation, she asked if I could come back later. A friend and I and my little cousin had went there over the weekend. The service was horrible, waiting almost 2 hours. my little cousin almost got hit in the eye from flinging nails. They advised airbrush designs and they didn't have the machines for it. They blamed my friend for her nails coming out wrong. One of the nailticans had left in the middle of doing my nails, just to get food. They rushed doing our nails. My nails came out horrible they aren't shaped up right,only one coat of nail polish and it's coming off after not even a day. The design sucks came off that same day. Totally regrettable and my little cousin got a tiny cut due to them. They weren't careful they blamed us for there mistakes. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE period I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

Loyal customer! I've never been dissapointed. The place is very clean.. Which is more than you can say for some of the other shops in the area. The equipment is new, modern, and properly sanitized. I dont mind paying a little extra for sanitation. If you you like dirty hole in the walls with cheap prices then this place is definitely not for you. Prices may be slightly higher than other shops in the area- but worth it! I will pay for clean and sanitary any day! I'm sooo done with this place. I'm writing this as I sit here, an hour later, waiting to get a pedicure. Hopefully my battery won't die, as I walked in with 90% and now I'm down to 13. =/ . I wanted to leave a half hour ago, but sigh, I'm a sucker for punishment and I stayed. Been sitting in the chair with my feet soaking, in what's now cold water, for the last half hour...still debating if I should leave...but now my feet are cold and wrinkled...I must see this through, right?? UGH!! The sucky thing is, it's not the first time I've waited...yes, fool me twice, shame on ME! Ok, I've been here more than twice, so I'm a major fool! It's a little over priced, especially for the wait...it's definitely not a spa environment, typical nail place inside of a shopping mart, next to a liquor store. The people are nice enough, overall do a decent job, but it's because of the stinkin wait time that I must give it only 2 stars and a wave good-bye, as I will not be back. read more

I love this place! Me and my friends have been coming here for YEARS. Once I find someone who does a great job at what they do then I stick to them. Hence why I never go to anyone but Tina for my pedicure. She gets extremely busy so don't come in as a walk in and expect her to accommodate you. Make an Appointment! Although sometimes even with an appointment she'll run a bit behind her pedicures are definitely worth it. I'm extremely picky and have never been disappointed by her work and everyone who's been referred to her has stuck to her...Tina is great! read more
