This review is only for pedicure I don't get manicures and I don't polish my nails and I don't wear any acrylics or gels so I cannot speak on those services. I requested a simple pedicure. No polish just my toenails cut short. I didn't notice until I got home but my toenails were cut very crooked. The place is big, it seemed fairly clean, they do charge two dollar service fee you're gonna use your debit card. They were friendly enough, I'm just not sure if I'd return. It would've been cool to be provided with the nail filer so I can fix my toenails but I couldn't see them until I got home to say anything.

This review is not based on the service I got with Kim. The one star comes because I pay for my service and I expect to be relaxed and enjoy my pedicure and manicure. Tony one of the nail tech comes in with an attitude. There was a chair I guess in his way and he throws it across the room. I feel so bad for the other ladies because it seems they are all afraid of him. This environment is not ok. Leave your problems at home! Don't come mess up my mani and pedi time because you have personal or work issues. Not Ok behavior. Be professional read more

This was my first and only time coming to this location. I had seen good reviews on here which led me to try this place out. Since i was new, I let anyone do my hands and feet. The pedicure was shitty, the lady cuts my toe nails so short they look fucking weird, then their not even square shaped. It was horrible. I wasn't even in the process of doing my hands, and i could predict the manicure was going to be just as bad, so i decided to skip on the gel manicure and just get my nails cut and cuticles removed no polish. The lady doing my hands can't even file the nails straight and shit. It's annoying having to ask how to do your nails when they should be more experienced. Anyways I end up paying $46 dollars. Which i'm still surprised when i didn't get NO nail polish on my hands? I won't be coming back, first impressions hit, and they suck.. oh my gosh. They will charge you for no reason. read more

Save your time and money, the man that was to work on my nails is mean, rude and nasty. Even to the point of disparaging the place he works. I tried to get a full set and because he couldn't figure how to cut as I asked he got upset, left my nails with partial acrylics on It and told me he couldn't help me. I had to leave and find another place to do my nails. The place isn't nice or even modern find another location. 0/10 read more

So I decided to come here to try this place out based on good reviews from my girlfriends... so I got a full set and a pedicure both gel.. it took Tony 2 hours to get my nails done, I didn't even get diamonds or nobody. Simply got a v-shaped white tip. Point of the story, the shape was off, and two days after two nails broke and one of them ripped my own nail off. Came back and got charged $5 more dollars to fix a nail that I had spent $90 on for a simple fix. Plus I have lost my own nail on top of this. After that they all started to lift with only 8 days of having them. I WILL NEVER come back here. And honestly save your time and effort and MONEY. If you can drive the extra mile to TopLine in Whittier do so, screw this place for leaving me w no nail read more

The salon was incredible with its beautiful artwork and peaceful atmosphere. Watching the desserts being made on TV made me hungry! I get everyone has their go to nail spot, well this is mine. All staff is great, I personally make my appointments with Tony for my nails and Penny for my pedi. I ave my natural nails and Tony has come to know my cup of tea, so I let him surprise me evertime, I have never let unhappy. LOVE my nail always. DO NOT GO HERE: this was by far the most LAZIEST fill Gel, I have ever received in all of my experience. He did a sloppy job, did not measure the nails to be the same length , let alone the shape. I asked for them to be shorter, but he seemed bothered with request as simple as keeping the shape with a small trim. GIVE SOMEONE ELSE WHO WORKS FOR YOUR MONEY! read more

It was my first time there under new management. I usually get a Pedi for $15 but I thought I would give them a try (since I used to go there when it was Jackies salon) The people there were courteous. The guy (don't know his name) did my pedicure. He dug in my toes to get my ingrown out but he cut my big toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding. It felt somewhat rushed seeing as he finished the same time as my moms pedicure and she started 5-10 mins before me. Paint job was sad my nails were cut weird. I won't be going back. 2 stars because they were polite. But it's expensive and poor job read more

Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this place. I came in for a pedicure and, at one point, used Google Translate on my phone. To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

I called ahead to make the appointment for my friend and I, and when we arrived we only had to wait 5-10 minutes. I dislike the salons that overbook and make you wait 30+ mins to start service so this was great! The salon is clean, my slight criticism would be to have better ventilation. When I walked in I was hit by the smell of nail polish fumes, it was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it after a while - beware if you are sensitive to smells. The manicure / pedicure itself was decent, the edges could be a little bit cleaner but overall solid spot, especially for the value.
