I saw this place driving down the street with a friend in September . It intrigued me so I googled it . I went in to access the sauna and steam room and cold plunge for 25$ I couldn't beat that since I'm obsessed with those amenities . I was going for about 6months and the lady at the front desk had been trying to convince me to get the body scrub and massage . Finally today I tried it !!! I absolutely loved it . Soni i believed was my therapist she was very sweet and knowledgeable everything was perfect the hair wash the body scrub the massage . This is honestly a place to go when you just want to relax and need to some tension released don't want to spend a bunch of money but it gets the job done . Even though the ambiance isn't ideal I still love that place it's clean and I will definitely be going back . The staff is nice and so is the other Korean Aunties in there . Please be open to nudity as the massages are side by side with other women . But the amount of tension released and the sauna amenities it's nothing like it out here all the other spas are overpriced !!! I would recommend it any day I'm floating on clouds I took a great nap when I came home :)

My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

I left with a heat induced migraine. My family and I visit this spa often, but after today we will be reconsidering. We had to leave early since the heat and stuffiness was unbearable. It's so warm in the main area, it's the same temperature as outside (where there's a heat advisory) and it's almost the same temp as the charcoal room. The charcoal room actually felt cooler because it felt less stuffy. The cold room was almost room temp and was packed with people trying to cool off. Multiple people were fanning themselves or drenched with sweat. We've asked multiple times for the AC to be lowered, where staff informed us that it was the lowest the AC could go. No other measures were taken to help with the heat, no fans or anything were put out. Our family came to celebrate two birthdays and were hoping to relax. We were not able to relax at all and instead wasted $200 at this not enjoyable establishment. We asked if we could get a partial refund, which the spa stated they could not. They offered us travel size soaps as an apology, which I declined.

worst massage in town. no lie…read more at least for my experience. i brought my girlfriend here for a couple massage for her birthday. 90 minute couples massage. first five minutes was mild at best. we had to ask them to massage with a little bit more effort. shortly after it was pure sharp elbows, digging into our backs from the weight of their bodies, which overhang above. they use gravity and their elbows in an effort to avoid actually expanding effort or using their muscles at all. i don't know about you, but that's not a massage to me. shortly after i looked over to my side to notice that the man that was massaging, my girlfriend was sitting down on the bed lightly massaging her upper back with no more than a few fingers contact. there was no effort or work there. just sitting lounging doing the absolute minimum contact possible. this was almost the same for me however, my masseuse, also using only one hand, would pause for many seconds at a time before exerting some pressure then again another break of many seconds before pressure again. she was systematically conserving energy and then applying the minimum level of pressure from one hand only. after a couple warnings, she finally started to get that. i am not gonna leave us alone and she started massaging more correctly. then excuse the man who was pretending to massage my girlfriend and replaced him with a woman that was massaging me. then they sent one man to massage me who was lazy and barely doing anything so let him go when they sent him them yet. another one who is doing the same thing. at about 45 minutes i finally told him to leave me alone and just continue with my girlfriend. i don't know how it's possible that others aren't reporting this more often, but i cannot speak on what i do not know but what i do know is if you are sore, tired, and just looking for some muscle, relief and relaxation and you expect some discernible level of quality and effort than do not come here. these people do not care at all about giving you a good experience and i gave them multiple chances they are lazy and do not care about their customers at least not for my girlfriend and i if you doubt me at all, please read my other reviews. i'm very honest in my reviews and i take great care to be fair. and i write these to help others. it certainly doesn't provide me any benefit other than that. thank you for reading and feel free to contact me if you'd like more information

From the moment my treatment began, the body scrub attendant's demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. Her tone of voice came across as harsh, and when she spoke to me, it was loud enough that other guests looked over. Since everyone is undressed during these treatments, that made me feel especially uncomfortable and vulnerable. The body scrub itself was much rougher than I expected. I wasn't asked whether the water temperature was comfortable, and the pressure felt unnecessarily aggressive rather than relaxing. I left feeling more sore than refreshed, which isn't what I expect from a spa treatment. This was also the second month in a row that I was assigned to the same body scrub attendant, even though I've never had her before and had always been treated by someone else in the usual wet room. It struck me as unusual, especially since I had previously noticed her speaking very harshly to other staff members. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it's taken constructively. I truly enjoy this spa overall, but I hope more attention is given to making every guest feel comfortable, respected, and cared for during their treatment.

My friend and I booked the Goddess package, which is the most complete. You arrive early to soak in the hot tubs (which were not as hot as my last review indicated), and then are taken back to the wet massage area. After a very thorough scrub and wash, you are massaged, and you also have your hair washed, and they do an anti-aging face mask. It was about $220, which is a little more expensive than I remember, but that's about an hour and forty-five minutes of service. I did feel like if I went back, I'd probably try one of the shorter services. You don't have to have cash for a tip, because they put the tip on your bill, and you can pay with your credit card. I didn't hang out in any of the saunas, just in the mood for a hot tub. They did have a nice, tranquil outside area as well. Also, they had a cafe that had some snacks and water, and also a sign saying you can order food. I didn't get the name of the person who did my service, but she was great! She was very friendly.

As I write this review, I'm sitting in my car in the 90-degree heat because the front desk told me I couldn't come in 30 minutes before my spa appointment and would need to wait outside until exactly noon. It's honestly hard to believe that this is how a loyal customer is treated at a place that's supposed to be about relaxation and wellness. The rigid and inconsistent check-in policies have completely taken the relaxation out of what is supposed to be a spa day. On one visit, I arrived about an hour late for my spa day and was told I had missed the check-in window. Not only did I lose my original reservation, but I had to pay another deposit to book again. I still don't understand the logic. A spa day doesn't involve a technician waiting for you--it's simply access to the facility--so the extreme rigidity over timing makes very little sense. Another time, I arrived an hour early and was told I was too early and needed to come back only 30 minutes before my appointment. So this time, I followed their instructions exactly. I arrived 30 minutes before my 12:00 p.m. appointment, only to be told I wasn't allowed inside because check-in wasn't until noon. When I asked if they really expected me to sit in my hot car and wait, the answer was yes. So here I am, sitting in my car in the heat, writing this review while I wait for the clock to strike noon. What disappoints me most isn't just the policy--it's the complete lack of empathy or customer service. Every interaction feels rigid and transactional, with no willingness to use common sense or make a loyal customer feel welcome. After being told previously that I had to arrive 30 minutes early, I did exactly that, only to be turned away. The inconsistency is incredibly frustrating. I do want to recognize Angela at the front desk, who has always been kind, welcoming, and professional. Every interaction I've had with her has been wonderful, and she's the exception. Unfortunately, I'll probably continue coming because I genuinely love the spa itself. If there were another Korean spa that offered the same experience, I would seriously consider switching. The facilities are excellent, but the front desk experience consistently leaves me feeling like the staff simply doesn't care about the customer experience. After more than 15 years of loyalty, I expected to be treated like a valued guest, not an inconvenience. A spa should leave you feeling relaxed--not frustrated before you even walk through the door.
