I have been coming here for 4 years since they first opened in 2021. They have the best deals (and still do after years) where you can get a stamp card for 5 eyebrows for $20, which equals to $4/each time + a bonus eyebrow after 5 loyalty cards. They also do other services at an amazing deal, like 5 Brazilian for $100. No where else can beat these prizes. The ladies are very thorough and friendly. I have seen the same faces over the years. I always ask for the same thing - wax then thread. It does the job for me as I don't like pain. The place gets pretty crowded after 5pm on the weekdays because all the girlies be there. I found this place by browsing Google maps near me and just walking down the street. I price compared Queens Beauty Parlor to the other salons near this area and found Queens to have the best prices. I've been coming here regularly since June 2020 and have had Heera every time for a Brazilian! She does a great job and I love chatting with her as well. I come on weekdays either before or after work and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. No appointment needed! They have a Buy 5 Brazilians for $100 deal that is a really good deal. You can also start a stamp card where you can get a free eyebrow thread after 10 visits. It's great that there are a few locations throughout the New York! I've been to the Greenpoint location as well when I lived there for a hot second, but this location is where I started and where I'll keep going. would give a 0 if I can.. brought my friend in to get her eyelashes done. they charged her over $80 and she tipped a nice percent and they lasted her not even 4 days!!! they lied to her telling her it would last long but what's now even 4 days? then when they told us to come in to get it "fixed" they lied again and told us not today when we called in the morning to confirm. Then proceeded to tell me they told us to come because they thought we were new customers. so because we were not new customers your not going to take us and fix what you promised? what kind of business is run here?? I periodically come here to get my brows done and they are very gentle. I get brow threading and it is less painful and usual. They're very attentive to detail and my eyebrows always look very even afterwards. They also have a special card they give you where after 9 visits you get your 10th visit for free. read more

I have very thick eyebrows that grow at the speed of lightning and I was so excited to note upon my first visit that: (1) their threading technique is phenomenal and they do a great job of cleaning your brows with minimal pain (2) their rates are affordable (3) the staff is kind and friendly! This is going to be my new go-to place for a Brazilian wax. Took a chance today when it looked like it was quiet - which is odd as it was leading up to Valentine's Day. Somehow, everyone keeps flooding the two places nearby - Lili's threading and the other one; EV waxing center. Both those places are mediocre ok and not even thorough and I still have to take care of some stranglers afterwards, and only a few bucks cheaper. The lady at Queens waxing center (her name was Herra) was pretty good with her job, did not upsell me, And most importantly SHE WAS THOROUGH. No stray hairs to take care of at home. I am now regretting not buying the $100 5-wax bundle (because I didn't know how long I was traveling for). But seriously I should have taken advantage of it. I'm never going to Lili's Threading (mediocre, doesn't do a good job) and EV waxing center (meh) anymore. AND THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN! those two I mentioned were kinda grim. read more
