The live music is also a plus, adding in to the atmosphere of this place. However, the first time I came here I was seated to a loudspeaker that was a bit loud for my taste. Service is also good, and were accomodating enough for a good time. Overall, I'd want to come here again just to try the desserts. One caveat is to come here if you check in early morning for a good weekend brunch, around 9-9:30am, which I did during my second visit here, as their peak times are roughly around noon.

A couple asked the host for an extra chair, which she brought over, I assume thinking it was for a bag or personal belongings. They ended up putting their dog on the chair. A manager later came over and asked them to put the dog on the floor, and that's when the couple became upset and began arguing with the manager, basically yelling. What stood out to me was that as they were leaving, the woman stopped at the host stand, asked the host her name, started yelling the name out loud and then walked out. I'm not involved with either side and can only speak to what I personally saw, but I felt the interaction deserved a little more context rather than being presented entirely one-sided. My own experience at Black Cow was very positive. However the shrieking customers I can do without.
