HORRIBLE JOB . My first and my last time ever coming to this dump. The people don't even acknowledge you . They see you waiting around and just look at you. The pedicure was $40 plus gel & $8 eye brows and $2 service fee . the Pedicure was trash the gel came off when I got home smh and my eye brows the lady messed them up so bad I had to fix them myself. $50 bucks for a horrible experience never again read more

Came in on a Monday between 2pm-5pm. Had a party of 3. 3 pedicures with 1 dip powder manicure, and 1 acrylic full set. Nice salon, and clean too! However, I can't say the same for the rest of my visit here. I asked for the "Queen's Pedi" ($40). The pedicure was nice and relaxing. The massage chairs were a treat. The attendant quoted me $45, for the pedicure +gel nail polish. My closing ticket said $50, though (for the pedi). An unpleasant surprise. The price not so much the issue, it's the miscommunication. The color was also incorrect. My dip powder set was completely incorrect. I will attach pics of what I asked for and what I received. I asked for nude dip with purple line designs. I received clear pink with purple lines. When I noticed the incorrect color. I reminded the attendant that i asked for nude. He looked over at the attendant at the next station then proceeded to act like he couldn't understand me. He used the clear pink anyway. I'm just trying to remain positive at this point. The line he painted on my thumb was crooked so I asked him to repaint it. After rollling his eyes, he filed off the paint. I told him he was being rough, because it was hurting me. He didn't seem to care. Finally, he gave me one quick brush stroke and I thought the nightmare was over. I am quoted $90, so I pay only to find my receipt with a charge of $91. I understand surcharges/fees for using debit. However, I don't think that it's appropriate to quote one price and then the receipt reflects differently. I am very disappointed to also report that my thumbnails are chipping. The polish as well as the dip powder. I specifically requested for the dip in order to preserve my natural nail. When I asked for fake nail tips one of the female attendants said that my nails were long enough to sustain without it. Overall, I only gave 2 stars because of the massage chairs and overall cleanliness of the salon. I likely won't return. read more

I just moved back to Compton and I needed to get my gel manicure refreshed. I looked at so many places and ultimately decided on Queen's because they've been in business since I was a kid. That had to count for something, right? Vicky took care of me and she provided me with great customer service. I was greeted after being buzzed through the door. Overall, it wasn't bad. This is a no frills place, meaning no spa chairs. Just brass tacks. Prices are VERY reasonable. I didn't give five stars because one of my nails was not filed properly, which I didn't notice until I got home. read more

They open at 8:30am !! They all really nice & you don't feel like their talking about you ! I got a full set & my toes done :) I also told him (the older man who did my toe..the only man here) to take the dead skin off and this man put in work on doing (I don't even have a lot I just like to get it every time because it make my skin feel very soft !) he took his time doing it ! He was so patience and nice ! Ps he doesn't do designs ,.there is one women only who does that ! And you have to make an appointment to get to her ! She must be really good cuz she had appointment after appointment They lady who did my nails was also really sweet ! I have really short nails and was scared of it hurting but I felt no pain with her ! She did get me once ! But it wasn't that bad ! I love the color she pick for my nails! This is my go to place as soon as my plane touches down from Houston. They have affordable prices and the staff is friendly and kind. They do excellent manicures and pedicures. I'll mention the affordable prices again, because in Houston, I'll pay 35 dollars for a pedicure. Not here. The price is 13 bucks for the best pedi you could ask for. They accept walk in customers, and there's never a long wait, either. Best bet ever!! read more

Love this place! The nail gel that I usually gets lasts up to three weeks with no chipping. The prices are also reasonable!

People are really friendly here. I usually dont come here but my sister always comes here and Im glad I did too Huy gives the best pedicures, he cleaned my nails and scrubbed my feet. I just moved a few blocks from this place so I figured let me check it out since it has good reviews. I walked in it was empty so that was one star they asked what service I let them know mani and they asked me to pick a color. Color wise not a big variety at all and it's cheap nail polish. Mani was only $9 gel mani is $20 I went for the $9 since it was my first time. Glad I did the girl who did my mani not once talked to me actually after they asked what service I wanted and to pick a color the only next thing they asked was it I wanted to pay before they out the nail polish. Once the girl applied the nail polish it was horrible she didn't even clean the extra nail polish around my nails I had to ask for them to do it so another girl did it and even then it wasn't done correctly. My nails definetly look like it was a mani some at home and even then it probably would have came out a lot better. Not going here again. So we proceeded to wait. 3 ladies in the chair, NO ONE waiting ahead of us. 10 mins later a lady walks in says she wants a FILL and has a seat. The TECHNICIAN recognizes her and tells her to have a seat behind her. I say uh excuse me WE were next. The same TECHNICIAN then says, she had an appointment?? I'm not from around the area I was at a friend's house and needed a pedicure afterwards I didn't feel like coming all the way back towards my house I stumbled in here at first I was kind of thrown off at the security gate all the way around they buzz me in I was even more thrown off by the setting it's really nothing fancy at all so it kind of skeptical the lady sat me down and started doing my toes and to my surprise she pulled out all clean tools everything she was using on me was clean and no she didn't say anything she threw it all the way afterwards she did a really good pedicure there's nothing fancy there like designs or that mr. Isn't fancy but they are super friendly and do a really really good pedicure I'm really surprised I only gave it four stars because yeah it's not updated nothing like the new or so long would have as far as designs xcetera but I would definitely come back they did a great job read more

i dont know why these reveiws are posted here, they are not true. i was a customer at queens nails for years, the technicians re use disposable nail files that are meant one time use, the staff also reuse the foot scrubber that should not be reused. i was in the salon one morning the state board of cosmetology officer came in, she issued several citations to the owner, as well as the staff. the owner got an attitude with the investigator which earned her yet another citation then the owner waited for the state officer to leave, and continued to reuse the disposable supplies. the owner then got an attitude with me because i was asking the state officer questions relating to proper procedure in nail salons. i no longer go to quenns nails on rosecrans ave. i do my own nails. its much safer, reducing risk of infections due to poor hygeine practices at this salon. read more
