I came across Queirolo's after having a terrible experience with JH Simpson a couple of years ago. David and Tony were prompt, kind, professional, and restored my heat quickly and with a fair price. So, last month when my 19 year old HVAC needed replacing, I called Queirolo's again. Once more, they came right away, assessed the situation and gave me a fabulous price for a new unit. Yesterday was the first of a two day install. The temperature was 100 degrees outside. Mike and Matt from Queirolo's, the roofer, and the crane operator all showed up right on time and got right to work efficiently. I was blown away by how perfectly everything went yesterday. It was so hot and they knew I wouldn't have AC for another 24 hours so they brought in two huge portable AC units, hooked them up and turned those babies on. Those units made ALL the difference and I am so grateful! I expect them shortly to continue the install. Everything about them is wonderful! I won't go into a long rant because I do not have the energy...but basically we were completely taken for a ride by a dishonest quote to fix our "broken" furnace by Honey's Air and Solar. So I called my trusted friend at Queirolo's Heating and Air and David Queirolo sent the ever amazing Tony Martinez to the rescue. After 10 minutes, he found the problem- a damn FLY stuck in the igniter!!! He pulled out the fly, put back the part, and boom! We have heat. I'm so relieved to have an honest and hardworking company I can trust. After the stressful weeks we've had, we were taken advantage of by a crappy company. I will only ever use these guys- they are passionate, truthful, and go the extra mile! I wish they had a closer location as they are in Stockton, but man oh man- These guys saved the day. What a fantastic job from Queirolo's! We had our entire Heat/AC system replaced as well as the ducts. Mike, his son, and the rest of the team did an outstanding job! They were professional as well as efficient. One of the most impressive things was they explained what they were doing and why. Every night before they left, everything was cleaned to perfection so we could park our cars in the garage for the night. They also made sure that we had AC for the 100 degree weekend heat! Several years ago I remodeled our home. This included having a new RTU with new ducting installed by a different HVAC company. The air distribution in our home was never quite right and try as I might, I could not get it balanced. It seemed like there was never enough air. I asked Dave about it and he sent over Mike and Ted. They evaluated the situation, informed me of the issues they discovered, and fixed it. My wife was extremely impressed by their concern for keep the house clean while they worked. The RTU works very well now, and I can tell that we will likely see an energy savings since the unit is not laboring to push air through a poorly designed duct system.
