I gave Alex a call on a Friday, set up a time to drop off my 7 tapes the next day on Saturday, and had the transferred files back on a USB flash drive that next Wednesday! The quality was great and Alex was fantastic to work with. He took notes on which tapes had some issues due to age and offered multiple options on how to transfer the near 32GB of files onto the flash drive, including offering the possibility of uploading some of the files onto the OneDrive cloud if they didn't fit on the drive. Alex is personable and professional with the best prices anyone can find. I have dropped off over 5 boxes of old tapes that needed to be converted and he charged me $10 per video (which is nothing!) as well as uploaded the footage to a Flash Drive for no additional cost. He got them to me within the week and contacted me personally when they were ready to be picked up. I forgot to bring a flash drive one time, so he simply gave me one. I have been sending Alex old tapes that I took while my children were young. My beautiful mother when to heaven December 25,2012 and I lost any voice videos that was stored on my computer. Very professional quick and easy services. You can actually send your tapes via media mail so it's not that expensive. $10 per tape was a great deal always makes themselves available when I call to answer any questions.
