Jay and Gina were beyond helpful in fixing a poorly done soldering job (don't by another jeweler). My ring was loose due to my giant knuckles and Jay recommended adding white gold beads to help keep it in place over the knuckle. Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me to determine which size I needed (my ring was too big), as well as adding sizing bumps to keep the stone centered on my finger. I came here awhile back to have some batteries replaced in an anti nausea band as I am technologically challenged. I took the watch in and asked if he could just change the batteries. He said sure but that it would be expensive because the batteries are expensive. Stupidly I said ok as I had no idea how much the batteries cost and didn't do my research first. He charged me $30.00 for two 2025 batteries, which I since learned how to (extremely easily) replace myself and also stocked up on said batteries, which I found for 50 cents for two! Talk about a rip off!! I cannot believe he does business this way by lying and charging an exorbitant amount of money for something that cost practically nothing.
