Phil arrived on a Sunday from another emergency repair. Phil had full safety gear and masks that he used all the time. That included foot booties to keep our home clean. I am pretty mechanical and was blown away with the caring and much-overdue corrections that were needed. Most were easy fixes that needed to be done. For example, Phil checked water flow at all sinks and found the flow at my personal bath sink was little more than a trickle. That turned about to be nothing more than a partially closed valve. Quick-Flo has been absolutely Amazing! Luckily for us, Phillip was able to make it to our home on the same day we called. One of our bathrooms had a clogged toilet, and all our efforts were for naught. Phillip showed up when he said he would and got to work right away. First he tried the basic and simple methods to try and clear the problem clog. When that didn't work, he took the time to outline to us the next steps that he would be taking to clear the problem. Getting back to it, he carefully removed the whole toilet, taking great care not to damage it or the surrounding tile. Placing it outside on its side, he showed us the culprit: a rather large article of clothing caught in the flange. After removing it, he reset the toilet and cleaned up as though nothing ever happened. Afterward, we settled the very reasonable bill (no holiday markup!), and I made a point of letting him know we would have him back soon for more work. Two days later and we have Phillip working on clearing lines of root intrusions (an annual situation) providing video of each area that were on their way to becoming a pretty significant problem, and we're confident that he'll continue doing excellent work. read more
