Being cooped up in the castle 365/24/7 because of COVID means that the King sits on his own toilets a lot! During this pandemic the King has worn out both the toilets in the Kingdom! The toilets were leaky and noisy all day and night and not worthy of providing the quality of service needed for Royal relief. So the King needed a plumber ASAP. When it came time to do the job, he was communicative, on-time, brought all the needed parts, and knew exactly what to do. He was efficient and careful in his work, double checking what he did. Called for the first time 10/17/2024 in the early am, looking for an owner owned plumbing services. Highly recommend this service! We had an emergency toilet leak that began overnight, leaking all over the bathroom and down to the floor below. We called around to a bunch of 24/7 places, and all had long wait times. But Quick-Flo responded to us immediately and was at our unit only 30 min later. Phillip not only fixed the toilet leak, he also fixed the water turnoff valve, which we didn't even know was broken until we had tried using it to stop the leak. We had recent construction on our house and unbeknownst to us a nail from the base board had ruptured one of our pipes. I called Quick-Flo when water started leaking from the downstairs toilet any time someone took a shower upstairs. Phillip immediately came over and quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem as being a seriously compromised and blocked main sewer line. Within a few days, and with minimal disruption to our lives, his crew excavated the line at each end and replaced it via pipe bursting, which avoided the destructive trenching normally used for such repairs. Everything now works fine and Phillip installed two clean-outs, to make future sewer service much simpler and easier. Phillip is extremely well equipped, with the best camera and line detecting equipment in the business. But his real value is his straightforwardness with customers, accurately describing and demonstrating the problem and what is required to address it. Give this company a try. We had an emergency service (trying to catch a flight to Hawaii) around 6am due to a connector leak to our toilet. After waking up to a sewage back-up flooding my bathroom and living room, I needed a plumber to come out ASAP. After calling several others, Phillip responded and was the only one who, sensing my desperation, pushed off the rest of his day to come help me out. And how lucky I was he answered the call and not the others! Phillip is incredibly experienced and skilled at what he does. He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone and when he arrived and investigated further, was able to quickly stop the sewer water coming out of my toilet. He then spent the necessary hours (many of them!) working with my complex's HOA & management company to further diagnose and treat the root of the problem (a clog in the complex's main drain pipe) with cameras & hydro-jetting. He took time to explain to me exactly what was happening and why. He also identified other things about our drain lines (revealed by his camera) that will cause future problems and provided a detailed report, videos & recommendations for how to address them. My tank-less water heater died, and I got four different quotes. It was tough comparing them because two of the plumbers insisted that I needed a recirculating pump to ensure the hot water would quickly make it to the various sources. Phillip's quote was the best, so I reached out to him with lots of questions and he was kind enough to return for a second visit, and ascertained that because the heater was only servicing half of the house and the sources were not that far from the heater, it wasn't necessary to spend the extra money. And he was right! He saved me at least a thousand dollars. Phillip is honest, helpful, prompt and neat. My other water heater is 24 years old.
