Very disappointed with the customer service at this Quick Quack location. I came in because I believed there was a free car wash promotion based on information I had seen online, so I politely asked an employee for clarification. The supervisor came over and said, "I assure you we've never done that. Maybe try the Super Star Car Wash down the street." I completely understand if I misunderstood the promotion, but there was no reason to respond in such a rude and dismissive tone. As a supervisor, she should be providing professional customer service--not telling potential customers to go to a competitor. Interactions like this leave a poor impression and will likely deter people from returning to this location. I hope management addresses this, as one negative interaction can outweigh an otherwise positive experience. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT QUICK QUACK. Brand new car got damaged by the car wash I filed a claim to repair my $250 side mirror they denied my claim. I pay $65 a month for a few years and they can't bother to fix my side mirror that's $250. read more

Been coming to Quick Quack for many years (various locations) and I appreciate the speed of getting in and out depending on how much time I have to invest in my car that day. It's really worth it to get a membership because you can come as many times as you'd like. I also appreciate that there are many locations you can utilize. You can add family members to your account and it's fairly easy to cancel, if/when you need to. Staff is friendly and they even have "members" lanes where you can drive right up, they verify your license and let you in without having to check in with staff. Vacuums are usually pretty strong and I like that they have different attachments you can use to clean different areas of your vehicle. The only thing I notice is that my car usually doesn't get completely clean on the first run through, so I run it a second time to get the grime off (hence why a membership is useful). read more

He immediately took care of my side mirror and had me move it back and forth, and up and down (since it is a remote adjusting mirror) to make sure there is no problem with it. It is good as new ! Tried this place since its near the house. Bought the top tier wash at $35. They sprayed a prewash as I entered, however there were still bugs on the front and windshield. The wash smeared road grime down the side of the car and did not rinse all the soap off. The car was still wet when I was done. I could have gone a little farther and got a much better wash for cheaper. read more

I have been disappointed with the service here a few times. The employee Winston is rude. I asked for towels ( all the bins were empty) and he told me to go the front to get some more. Then 5 minutes later he brought me a towel. I thanked him and said that he gave be poor customer service. Then he argued with me. This is the third time I have had poor service here. I won a free month of premium car wash plan from local radio station. I drove to the Alessandro location in Riverside only to be told that they could not make the promotion code work. They gave me the business card of the manager and said that I would have to contact him. I have emailed him numerous times and have received no response. I called the number on business card (attached) and they told me that I would be unable to leave him a message. I am over it now and will not use any more of my time pursuing this. If the customer service is this bad when I'm not a customer I can only imagine my anger if I was going through this as a paying customer. Note: I accidentally placed this review at the other QQ located on Alessandro. I have since taken it down and put it here per QQ social media team request. They also offered to help resolve the issue but at this point I can't be bothered. I gave the company 3 chances and it took a bad review on yelp to get them to take me seriously. What they don't understand is the value of my time. I spent time driving to the location, time speaking with the attendant who after having me wait 10 minutes, turned me away, time emailing the manager who never responded (and was never addressed by the social media team), time calling the number on the business card only to be told that I can't speak to the manager, time writing the review twice now, time responding to the review. It's now a matter of principal and I'd rather leave this review up than spend more time to MAYBE get a free month of car wash. Update to below response from QQ social media team: I applaud the QQ social media team for the promptness in response to my Yelp review. However, I was not expecting the manager to reply "prompt"ly, I was just expecting some sort of reply in general. I emailed a second time and never received a response at all to either email. Your response implies that he responded, just not promptly and that my complaint is that he wasn't fast enough. I am not an unreasonable person, I sent my first email on 10/31 and waited patiently until 11/7 before I sent my second email and 11/26 before I decided to write a negative review. read more

I Came for a wash and was offered a $37 membership. The employee said it covered up to 5 vehicles, so I signed up. A week later, I returned to add another vehicle and a different employee said it's actually $18 extra per car a month, I asked three times before signing up and was told it was $37 total for 5 vehicles. Honesty, quality, and value matter, don't mislead customers just to get sign-ups. Be clear and straightforward, and you'll gain loyal customers who appreciate true value. I was currently washing my car at the car wash off of Indiana and Madison but decided to switch! They're offering an intro special; $9 for the first month. Friendly staff, quick service, my car is shining like never before (I have the highest wash level). Got there at 8:20 am and place was already buzzing with customers! A short wait ( less than 3) mins for one of the vacuum port spots, and started to clean the interior. I like the two hose selections! One is the transitional tapered tube and the other is a flat "duck bill" like head that works great on the floor mats! So far so good! I finished purchased a car wash membership. The most expensive one at that. I like all the bells and whistles, when getting my car wash. I added a another car onto my membership, which I'm glad I asked about about, because I would have came in another car thinking I could have that washed under my membership. The cashier was friendly, but he was trying to rush me through the Terms and Services Agreement part of the membership, so I told him that I wanted to briefly see what it said....his response was, "Oh you do?!??". YES, I do! and so should other people, you never know what they have you signing, and since he was rushing me through it, I really decided to pay more attention to it. Rushing me to sign something without reading it, will instantly raise red flags with me. The girl directing people into the tunnel is rude and directs people in a very hostile manner. Yelling like you're on a football field, is unnecessary. I've been to other car washes where I was directed into the tunnel, without all the yelling and hostility. The vacuum area looked to hold about 20 cars, 10 on each side. The vacuums have a very powerful suction, at least the one I used did. It was so powerful, it didn't make vacuuming go smoothly because I had to keep pulling it from whatever I was vacuuming. They also provide towels, which absorbs the water pretty well. But yeah, I gotta think about this membership now. read more

I only wanted a quick car wash before my road trip, but the sales representative sold me on the Ceramic Duck membership, which normally costs $39.99 and was supposedly discounted to $19.99 for a monthly special. I agreed to the $19.99 price -- but was charged $39.99 instead. The sales rep (Julian) told me he couldn't help me with the over charge and had to cancel the membership to try and fix the billing mistake, but he didn't fix anything. He then said I would need to call customer service myself. I had to spend my own time fixing their billing mistake. Customer service told me they would refund me $19.99. I finally received my refund and it's only for $12.00 because they are charging me for a single car wash since Julian cancelled my membership. So now I basically paid for an overpriced single wash that I never would have purchased in the first place. To make matters worse, when I lowered my window to ask for the customer number related to my refund, the representative accidentally hit the hose and sprayed water into my car, getting me and the inside of my vehicle wet. What should have been a quick, simple stop before a trip turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Needles to say I will not be coming back to any Quick Quack car wash locations. read more

There are a good amount of vacuum spots, which I appreciate because I've been to places where there are long lines backing up to the car wash exit due to few spaces.
