I have been enjoying quick quack for approximately one year. I find the cleanliness of my car when they wash it on the outside is outstanding. I've been too many quick quacks, and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Wonderful, beautiful young people helping. The last 6 times I've been to Quick Quack Car Wash in Mission Grove I've only been successful in getting my car washed once. Four times the car wash was down and today, their scanner couldn't read my license plate. Even though I was manually found in their system, I was denied a car wash unless i would hang around for 15-30 additional minutes for them to get their scanner to work. Their customer service is awful. You do not have the ability to call the Mission Grove facility, you call someone in another state who has few remedies. Don't fool yourself into by paying for a membership believing you'll get your car washed. You'll pay but get no wash. It's an awful business. There are too many car washes to waste your time and money messing with a business like this one. read more

Been going to this car wash since they had a soft opening and today after I paid for the car wash the cashier asked me if I wanted to give him a tip. I'm all for leaving tips but when he greeted me all he said was " what wash did you wanna get " I've never been greeted this way I usually get a hi Welcome to Quick Quack and today got nothing but was asked if I wanted to give him a tip. Definitely going to have to rethink about returning. read more

Something fishy is going on in this location all y family has the best tier car wash membership but for some reason every time that she use this location they only provide us the basic car wash. Corporate must review this problem probably the GM is trying to save some money and get his P&L but his must be able to find a different solution.. This is very bad read more

It does the job but damages your paint quickly. I drive a 10 year old car and do delivery, so I need to keep my car clean for visibility purposes. I go to Quick Quack because it's fast and convenient. After using QQ weekly for two months, my paint quality has decreased substantially. The gloss finish on certain parts of the car has worn off. If you're like me and have an old car you don't mind getting damaged, a QQ membership might be worth it. However, if you care about your paint AT ALL, don't go here. You will see new scratches after 1-2 washes. My family members have new cars, and I've told them never to go to QQ. I don't care about my paint these days and will continue to use QQ. I have the most expensive tier because the ceramic leaves a nice shine on most of the car. I also believe ceramic makes rain slide off the car more easily. Other things to note: The brushes are pretty hard on your sideview mirrors and wiper blades. I'm installing new wipers this week and will see if the car wash breaks them prematurely. Lastly, the blowers don't dry your car completely, so you can expect to do some hand drying if you don't want water spots. read more

Went to wash my car, a line of cars waiting, most of the time the car wash doesn't open on time, for some reason they didn't open at all, the cars that had lined up had to start backing out, staff doesn't communicate what is going on and if they will open anytime soon. When I went this weekend, vacuums are broken or clogged, I had to move to a different spot, the air nozzles have been broken for months and staff doesn't know why or when it will be fixed. I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. This is a new car wash and should be working properly, if things do not change I will be canceling my membership. read more

Waited 20 mins for a car wash. The guy working the car wash moved all the cars behind us to another row and then had us continue to wait for the car infront of us that was struggling. I tried to talk to the employee and he still refused to move us. When I asked to talk to the manager the guy working the car wash just walked off. I never leave reviews but this was seriously the worst customer service and not "Quick" at all and way more expensive than other places near by. We won't be returning. read more

I understand that this is a finish-it-yourself car wash. They're brand new and offering free car washes for two weeks. I took one car there three days ago for a wash. When I got home, I realized that my wheels looked terrible--their machinery only smeared the brake dust. Upon closer inspection, they only applied tire dressing to the driver's side of the car and not the other side so one side is shiny and the other dull. O.K., I said to myself, they're new and still adjusting their machinery. I took my second car there today--three days later, and the results were even worse. The tires weren't sprayed with treatment at all, and the wheels looked terrible. Despite the fact that these were two free washes, I'm not returning. I love my cars and would rather pay more money for a quality wash than put up with mediocre workmanship. Good-bye, Quick Quack! read more
