BEST SUSHI AROUND! During my stay in Santa Rosa, I was craving sushi and I'm so happy I found this spot to fill that craving. Quick Sushi not only had impeccable customer service, but delicious and affordable sushi. I ordered several specialty rolls but what really stole the show was their chicken katsu! The service was nice, but the sushi had a weird chemical smell to it, maybe it was the ginger. I got the prince roll which was fairly safe with only the salmon raw, but it smelled smoked and fishy. So the fish, not so fresh. Probably would not return for sushi, perhaps their cooked dishes could be better if I do come back. read more

Hell my last review I held back. But you know what. You want the truth. We got the fried sushi that is where the mush was. The rice tasted like it was made hours ago and burnt. Some of the rice was hard. The staff didn't really speak much English either. The fish tasted old. No taste. Not grade a fish. But I guess you get what you pay for. I love Quick Sushi!! I like others was not sure about the name, as most quick things are not the best. I am a bonified Quick Sushi fan now. This restaurant has the best sushi I have had in a long time. I also love that you can add or remove certain items from the rolls.....what a concept. I love their Wakame Salad and almost every roll I have tried. I have a new favorite appetizer and it's the BOMB, the jalapeno, and mushroom bombs. These are just fabulous. Their tempura and chicken katsu are so wonderful you have to order it along with the Dragon Roll, Cherry Blossom, Hot Dream, Mango Tango........There is nothing that is not fabulous on their menu!!! read more

On a whim, my wife and I decided on sushi for dinner during the COVID pandemic, during which almost all our restaurants were offering only take-out meals. Quick Sushi was the only place open when we were hungry, so I called in our order after going through their elaborate and well-presented online menu. I had several questions about some of the meals, all of which the very polite lady on the phone answered. I arrived 15 mins later to find my food ready; I was in and out in less than a minute. It just kept getting better... I got home; my wife and I and a houseguest ate our meals (sushi and tempura) and couldn't stop raving about how good it was, and all for a very reasonable price. Our meals were the vegetable tenpura, poké bowl, and sushi and roll combo. Bear in mind here that my wife and I lived in Japan for six years; we know good sushi when we get it. Quick Sushi is now our 'go-to' sushi place in Santa Rosa, not least because they are open when everywhere else seems to be closed, especially on a Monday in Santa Rosa. Thank you, Quick Sushi! Sushi was flavorful although it appeared made earlier. Pot stickers where dry and bland. The sauce could use a little sprucing up and little more love in forming. I would return for an attempt at other menu items. I walked in knowing full well I was going to wait a long time because of the sheer amount of online orders that happen on the weekend. I was greeted by a gentlemen with glasses, and like I predicted he told me my order will take approx. 25 min, so I agreed and waited in the car. I think I walked in 3 times because sometimes the order comes out sooner than told so I hoped I didn't look like I was being frustrated, which I was not. Anyways the reason I'm making this review is because of this mans PERFECT work ethics. Every time I came in he knew my order and immediately checked and told me the status of the order. Finally an affordable, good quality sushi place in Santa Rosa! The place is clean, the people are nice and you can get good quality sushi rolls for $5! Veggie tempura, $5! I took myself out to lunch and was able to get an appetizer, two rolls, and tip for under $20. That is rare with sushi places these days. I would like to see more creative special rolls with yummy sauces on them, but they were very accommodating in adding some spicy mayo sauce to one of my rolls upon my request. Keep up the good work and I hope that you don't raise your prices after you become more popular. It is the price combined with the quality and friendliness that will keep us coming back! read more

This place has great vegetarian sushi, and lovely miso soup. My parents had their regular and special sushi rolls and loved them. Tempura was spot on. For the price this place is unbeatable. You will never find cheaper priced sushi in town period. And you will never find cheaper sushi with this amount of quality on planet earth i think. They're a great local business. Providing sushi at a budget for those of us who can't spend $60 on a sushi dinner. Every time I get a few things I walk away spending under $20- usually under $15. That's incredible. Definitely recommend to try them out. Their customer service is also really wonderful. The woman who usually works at the front is just a pleasure to see and has the kindness eyes and words! I am a frequent flyer at the Peet's next door and added this place to my "need to try" list. Cooking and cleaning gets real old 6 months into lockdown and Quick Sushi has been a go to when I'm too exhausted to cook. The rolls are always fresh and well done, the flavors are great (finally a spicy tuna that's actually spicy and it's $5!), online ordering and pick up is a breeze with the order bagged and ready to go for you.
