We have been happy customers of this location for about a year now. We have always been a fan of how consistent it was. The past two times, however, haven't been great. Food that is raw in the middle, the rice seasoning is weird, teriyaki glaze is watery, and sushi roll ingredients are not balanced well. Also when I arrived to pick up today it was 93° outside and somehow even hotter inside the restaurant? At first we assumed maybe we went on an off couple days. I came here on a weekday around noon to find the place empty. The older woman told the younger one to help me order from the kiosk before sitting down. This was all new to me so I took my time. Sushi here is reasonably priced. On the cheaper side to be honest. Pot stickers are really good! I got the chicken and vegetable one! Service is a bit interesting. You basically order from a machine and the contact with the workers is minimal. The sushi was decent but I felt like both rolls we got tasted super similar. The spot is set up cute, lights everywhere and they have a bunch of pictures of their cocktails. When I asked for water they relayed that they could provide tap water. The sushi was tasty and filling! Spicy tuna had a good hit of spice to flavor things up, while the lobster crossing roll was rich and full of flavor, with an amazing presentation. Quick Sushi is a great spot to have some quick sushi on the go. I have celiac and am very sensitive to allergens and have eaten here with no issue. The staff is very friendly and provide great service. Advice if you are ordering online or on the kiosk and are gluten-free. This is not poke. We were excited to see a new poke/sushi shop open up and went to go try it. Unfortunately even with it being pretty slow, the food took a decent amount of time to be ready given that it was only two poke bowls. One sushi and one tuna with one spicy and one regular. So disappointing to get home and open the bag to basically soup with rice under it and fish lost on top. When I say that everything was DROWNING in overly sugary sauce and liquid. I took one bite and couldn't even think of eating more of it. They do have cute decor and string lights everywhere. If you're at risk of having seizures, maybe avoid this place lol. read more

This was my first time dining in, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and by the time it finally reached our table, it was practically cold. I've ordered takeout from here before and always enjoyed the quality, which made this dine-in experience even more frustrating. What made it worse was watching multiple online orders go out while our food just sat on the robot. The robot never even brought it to our table -- staff only realized after we had been waiting nearly an hour and had to manually bring it over. I understand that restaurants have busy days, but being left waiting that long with no communication was unacceptable. When asked if the food was cold, we were given an "aw, I'm sorry, maybe next time we'll be better," with no effort to remake the food or offer any kind of resolution. That lack of accountability and customer care was honestly the most disappointing part. Sadly, after this experience, I'll be sticking to Paradise Sushi from now on read more

Came here for the first time and I would say it's a decent sushi place for me. We ordered several dishes to share and I must say most of the dishes and sauces are on the salty side. I have been craving tofu soup for a while and was very excited to see that they offer it at this place. However, I am a bit disappointed. I ordered it very spicy and they were reluctant to do it but the sweet lady (I assumed she was the owner) said she would put extra japapeno in it for me). When I tried it, the soup was not spicy but very salty for me and I couldn't finish it. We ordered several rolls: california rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, lion king rolls, and new bay bridge rolls. All the rolls were great, but I have had better. For appetizers, we got soft shell crab, calamari, and vegetable tempura. They all were good, but again, I have had better. If the sauces weren't too salty, it would have been so much better. This is a place where you use a QR code to look at the menu and order. I had some trouble with the connection so I went to order at the front instead. The day I went was very very hot and they only had a fan. I wish they had the AC. This is an updated review....the flavor is lacking and the food was small. I ordered the bento box, and 2 hand rolls. I ordered the hand rolls with "no rice" and it was $3 upcharge per roll. I was fine with that thinking the extra $3 went towards adding more veggies or fish. Nope. Teeny tiny hand rolls, no extra anything. I think they pre-make the food and the $3 upcharge is to make it fresh with modification? One of the rolls ended up having rice in it anyways and it was still very lacking. Won't be back. I'd rather pay the higher prices somewhere else and get better flavor. read more

It's hard to not consider the uncomfortably warm indoor temperature, the visual of drink boxes and service supplies everywhere, or the lukewarm-only water option. I'll have to try on a day where it's not 95 degrees outside. The service was definitely friendly, albeit minimal due to the makeup of this place. The owner was very sweet when we interacted. You order from a kiosk but it took me forever as I didn't know what the various rolls included. You can click back and forth so all the details are there but I was getting anxious as there was someone waiting behind me. We were told we could sit and do the QR code instead which we decided to do. Hubby enjoyed the miso soup. The gyoza wasn't a favorite, nor was the karage though I did eat it all. LOL But the rolls.... they were really VERY good. Good size, fresh and flavorful, customizable, very well priced. I can't think of another place nearby where you can EASILY customize so that absolutely appeals. I left not sure what to think. I'm not really big on take-out as I go out to eat for the experience.
