While we ate our mediocre sushi it never once seemed to deliver things to the correct table. Our "server" had to regularly use their iPad to make corrections for the robot. We had 3 interactions with our server (which one of those was actually having to flag them down) over the course of our hour+ meal. When you enter, they have high tables on the right and booths around the corner on the left, as well as upstairs seating which is likely only open when they are super busy. They also have some limited outdoor seating. Servers come around to take orders, but our food was brought over by a robot which was super cool! I got their bento box, which was a great size for the price!! The portion of teriyaki chicken was very generous, but the sauce was thinner and less sweet than a traditional teriyaki sauce. The salmon sashimi was super fresh and thickly cut, and they even gave a couple more pieces than what is listed on the menu!! Noted on the menu says they use real crab (not sure if as default or if have to ask). Heads up; Not very knowledgeable on GF items as had to ask and make sure rolls ordered were GF. I highly recommend doing a little homework with the menu before you head in, it's enormous!! The servers are awesome and definitely know their menu and can make great recommendations but it's still one of the hardest decisions we've made in a long time!! This spot is super cute! It's a bit on the pricier side, however my partner who is more of a sushi fanatic than I am informed me that everything in these rolls was super fresh. I did like how they were generous with their miso soup it came in a much bigger bowl than other sushi restaurants. The potstickers were really good as well and they had this great crunch to them. Now I tried both the volcano roll and the woman power roll and I have to say although they were good. They were difficult to eat because the sushi was more like a tower based on how much ingredients were on top of both items. I was expecting more depth of flavor tbh. But unfortunately I did not get that. Give or take I will admit I like my sushi on the bold flavor side, where the flavor is really present. Like first bite. Now service was pretty great. Our server was very attentive and she offered recommendations which was appreciated. I think if you're into fresh sushi this is the spot to go to, but try other rolls as I felt the volcano and woman rolls were very similar in taste. A friend and I and her daughter visited yesterday and enjoyed some yummy rolls and great conversation.
