This was one of the more affordable car washes I found and decided to give it a try. It looks like they are open 24/7 and unmanned when I was there after 6pm. When you pull up, there are 2 slots for dog wash stations, the next 4-5 slots are for manual washes meaning you have to get out of your car. After that, the last 3 slots are for automatic cars washes. I did the automatic premium wash. There were 3 tiers to choose from: 1. Premium Wash $13: includes everything in super wash plus hot carnauba wax 2. Super Wash $11: includes everything in basic wash plus under carriage blast, tire and wheel cleaner, and foam 3. Basic Wash $9: includes pre-soak shampoo, soaking pass, high pressure rinse, clear coat protectant, spot free rinse, drive thru blowers Pay with either card or cash. It does not take tap payments. After paying, it will tell you to pull into the space. There is a sign on the left giving your directions if you need to pull forward/go backward/stop. It also lights up on the step of the wash it is at. Definitely will go back since it is quick and easy to do any time of day! read more

When you think about it, there are really five kinds of car washes - automatic with brushes, automatic without brushes, self service power washer, pay a detailer, and do it yourself. I'm a car enthusiast as such like to take care of my vehicles both under the hood and outside. This includes the paint too. If you didn't know it, the actual colored part of the paint is less than the thickness of your hair. This means while it has to withstand all that Motor Nature and neglect may throw at it, it's actually still kind of fragile. Micro scratches accumulate over time causing those swirls you see on cars out on the road. Why did I even bother to mention all that? Well, if you think about it, those automatic car washes that use a brush? Don't they look like a weed wacker with brushes or flaps of "soft cloth"? Imagine it slapping against your paint with left over dirt and grit from all the other dirty cars that went before you. Those self serve power washers are better but take a close look at that soap brush. The bristles are usually worn and there's all kinds of mud and dirt. Do you really want to rub that on your paint? Of course, paying a professional is the best of the best but who can afford $60+ for a car wash in the regular? The second best? Do it yourself and with clean washing equipment taking your time will protect your investment, but who has time for that right? So what's the best compromise? The automatic touchless ones since there aren't any brushes whacking your paint. But there are compromises - sticky or stubborn dirt may still be present after the visit since those do require some form of mechanical removal. The reason I recommend Quik Wash ll is they offer an automatic touchless car wash where most of the competition do not. The end result still wasn't what I wanted but after a month of driving through dirty street snow, it was better than looking at a shadow gray color hue on my white car. read more

I was in Spanish Springs and car washing was on my to do list. Saw this place and gave it a shot. The lane I was in had trouble taking my credit card as it did with the person before and after me. Finally it took. The was is good for a touchless car wash but the dry leaves a little to be desired as it continues to drip as it is drying. However when it dried there were no spots so it all worked out. Prices range from $7-$10 so is very reasonable. Vacuums are pay to use. read more

Decent car wash that's easily accessible and seems well kept. I don't recommend the do-it-yourself bays as you can keep popping coin after coin into the meter and end up paying more than you would in the touch-less bays. I understand if you'd prefer to do it yourself, just bring your quarters. The touch-less carwash bays are my preference. There are three of them and depending on the day/weather, you won't usually have to wait more than a few minutes. The wash options are pretty standard and don't seem to be more or less expensive than other car washes I've visited. The wash itself is pretty decent and I haven't noticed streaks or smudges. The dryer sounds like a jet engine when it winds up seems powerful (my little sedan gets quite a jostling at this part) but there are drips of water that fall from the blowers so bring some towels if you don't want to risk water spots. I also love the doggie wash rooms. There a ramp so your pooch can more easily get into the tub, and attached leashes so your pet is secure as they get the soap and water treatment. I saw the post about just washing your dog at home in your own tub, but my girl is 85 pounds and pretty much gets her way when it comes to NOT getting into the tub at home. So I originally loved this place for the good car was but especially the dog wash. It's an awesome value and so nice to be able to clean my dog myself since I don't have the right set up at home. I packed up my dog yesterday got everything ready at arrived at 5:01 and the dog wash apparently closes at 5, the guy was nice and apologetic and I get it I was late, I came today at 4:35 to make sure I had time to get in and out before closing, left work early and everything and when I get there the girl already put up the closed signs I ran in to see why and she said she has to start cleaning at 20 til to close by 5 and I was like it's not even 20 til and explained that I just left work early and this was my second day and begged to wash my dog before she cleaned (he is quite stinky) and she absolutely refused. I still like this place and it's amenities but I will never agree with not following your posted hours! read more

I drove up a little after noon on 2/16/23. There were some cones by the drive through washes, but this isn't uncommon to see when one or more of the auto car wash stalls are down. As I got closer, following the cones, the attendant (I'm assuming) ran up to the side of my car screaming obscenities and dropping f bombs about me not seeing the cones and that the 3 stalls were closed. He yelled at me to back my f-ing car the f up. As I left, I saw that he added more cones to the lines making it much clearer to see. It was an honest mistake on my part that could have been handled much differently. I have never been yelled at like that at a place of business (or anywhere). It was completely unprofessional and actually quite scary to have an irate man yelling outside my car. I will not be back. read more

I drove through this car wash, and for the reasonable price of $7, my SUV came out nice and clean. I could easily see from the road before I turned in to the location whether I would have to wait in line, and I didn't have to wait. The credit card reader worked well, and the car wash itself took the Goldilocks "just right" length of time. The intensity of the drying function was also just right: it did the job without making me worried that my hood was going to pop up or my windshield was going to break. All was well about this car wash (the automatic portion of it) until the very end when our car was supposed to getting dried off by the air blowers but instead was being continuously sprayed by streams of water from the washers. So instead of our car getting dried off at the end, it left the car wash still wet all over. Nice work, guys! Maybe that's what I get for being lazy and not just doing it myself, but if you're going to charge people to use your service, you better damn well make sure everything's working properly. I came here after a doctors appt, since I had extra time before I had to work I think! Or maybe I just had extra time before another appt or something but anyway. I like these types of car washes because you can clean it yourself or use the sprayer they provide. I wasn't sure how to use it at first, but I believe the owner came up and helped me figure it out. He was very nice! I probably took maybe 30 mins to an hour to clean my entire car fully detailed. I will definitely come back. It's a great deal for what you get. read more

Ive used this auto wash a few times and will not continue to use it. The 2 stars are for only the do it yourself bays which if you have endless cash and want to burn calories, wil get your car semi clean. There is no dryer in the bays also. The touchless wash is inept and will not clean the car without leaving dirty residue. The dryers are extremely inefficient as they blow cold air while the sprayers are still on and continue to drip. I've been using this dog wash for years but recently it seems they are always out of shampoo and/or conditioner.

Came here with my husband to wash his truck. He has a larger Ram pickup and we didn't want to wait in line only to find out that we didn't fit through the touch-less wash. Plush the line was 4 cars long and we didn't really want to wait. So we pulled into a bay and my husband washed his truck. Now, we have gone to other wash bays in the area and we can get his truck very clean with the amount of effort that he put into it today. And he rushed because it was on the colder side and he was getting cold from the over spray from washing and rinsing his truck. He finished washing his truck, got back in and we took off. He thought that he had gotten his truck clean. But when we reached our next destination we looked it over and there were a few spots that he had gone over a few times that looked like they hadn't been touched. I might come back with my vehicle and try the touch-less. And we may be back when it is warmer for his truck to try the bay again. I did see something pretty cool that I haven't seen before. And that is they have an indoor area to wash your dog. Think car wash bay for your pet. Table, spot to attach a leash, soap machine to buy pet wash, and retractable hose to clean your pet with. I'll have to suggest this to friends who have dogs to see what they think of it. read more

This used to be my favorite car wash. Then they jacked up the price by a full dollar per wash. I still went there, but opted for the less expensive wash. Then, over the past few months it has deteriorated to something you'd find in third world country. Here is what I witnessed on 9/16/2020: - Only one of the three automatic wash bays were working - All bays were filthy and full of litter and debris - The far right bay pay machine took my money but the auto wash moving sprayer was stuck in the middle of the bay and inoperable. - No one was available to assist to get my money back. There used to always be an employee nearby to ask for assistance. - There is no phone number posted anywhere on the building to call for service or to report a problem I deeply resent being ripped off like this. I have kept my receipt and I will demand my $8.00 car wash. I want nothing free, only what I paid for. Has this place changed hands? New ownership? Brought my dirty truck in here for a wash after spending time driving in the snow. I didn't expect much, as I usually don't with touch-less car wash places. The place doesn't disappoint, which is why I gave it 3 stars. The "loose" dirt was washed away as expected. However the stuff that has been on the vehicle for awhile, is still there and now stands out more so because the areas around them are cleaner;) Not a complaint against this place, there needs to be a way that these touch-less places can properly clean our side mirrors!!! For the few dollars 6-9, it isn't a bad place for a quick wash, but I can get just as good if not better and free use of the vacs at another location in Reno. read more

I wish I could give zero stars! The guy that works there was discrimination and profiling my boyfriend and I with other customers while we were washing our dogs. They accused me of grooming one of my dog because he's an Akita, which means he has a lot of hair. So while I was trying to wash and dry my dog they were pacing back and fourth in front of the door with their dog taunting my dogs while talking about us, even though we're just trying to wash my dog. Then the worker proceeds to walk into the room, while he sees my dog is stressed and says there's no grooming here by the way and I said what does that consist of? He replied no cutting your dog, I said I'm just brushing him while drying him, he's got a lot of fur so it comes out and then he scuffs and turns the the people and said that she states she isn't grooming and they all start getting upset and saying bad stuff about us that we're taking too long. Mind you we waited 25 minutes just to get our spot into the wash, which we pay money to use. As I proceed to use my own money to disinfect the tub and room, which the worker usually does, but decided not to do it just for us but for everyone else that was using the wash...is it because we're Mexican? Young? Or because we just had a bigger dog than others? But after I cleaned the whole tub and room of the hair I walked to my car and they all said Jesus Christ, oh my goodness, and the worker said finally. I pay money to wash my dogs but this was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting of the other customers AND their worker. Will NOT be coming back. They should really educate their workers on how to be professional and not discriminate against customers and casually just join in on others talking crap about people that use their wash. Car wash itself was average- didn't get all the dirt out and windows still looked grimy. What really made me mad was the extra charge on my credit card bill- I paid $7 for a wash and got charged $18... now explain that. Not even a "double charge". Luckily I had my receipt and disputed the charge. What's funny is if you google this place you will see others leaving the same review that they got scammed with extra overcharge. Great touch less car wash for a fair price. They have 4 bays for hand washing if you're so inclined. Also a couple cool dog wash rooms. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so because I am too lazy to wash my car and my son REALLY enjoys the process. With all of that being said, I hate the blowers! They are awful. Luckily I live close to the place and am able to dry my car off once I get home. Also, when they first opened they had a cute bubble blowing machine that would blow bubbles as you entered the car wash. Well that has been inoperable for a couple of years now. Come one! Neat little care wash, prices for auto clean are from $6-$9 an something I found pretty awesome, they have two dog or car I guess, washing stations. Bring about 10-15$ to wash your buddy and it has soap an all the works.... Only thing that'd make this better is a 4th auto washing bay. read more
