Very disappointed in the car detailing! I have been a member for almost a year and always go to the Damonte location but I am going to cancel my membership. The car wash itself is generally decent enough for the price. I decided to get my car a full detail which is only done at the S. Virginia/Huffaker location. I was charged $200 and received the most mediocre cleaning I've ever seen. The windows were streaked and several parts of the interior weren't cleaned. The seats and floors were nice but the dash was not good. The engine cleaning looked good and the wheels and exterior wax are decent as well (though any exterior plastic trim pieces had fingerprints and didn't look like any attempt had been made to clean them). To be clear, my car is always pretty clean. It wasn't caked in dirt or pet hair or anything like that so there is no reason the this detailing should be so shoddy. My honest assessment is save yourself $150 and just go to Buggy Bath by the Peppermill. You'll get the exact same quality of cleaning for way less. read more

Occasionally a couple of the clean-towel bins are empty, but I always find one or use a used towel. Tire shine hasn't worked one single time in the past 3 weeks, they close at random times several hours prior to the claimed closing time of 7:00, the kids with the pressure washer and scrub brush miss all the same spots the machines miss leaving road grime right where it started and the dryers are so bad the water spots I leave with are worse than I dirt I arrived with. I'm done with this place. I have tried all the versions and I don't know if it's the height of my car but the top brushes never turn on, they say it's because I have lights on the car but I have told them there is NO WAY the lights will come off my car, they are bolted down with 1/2" steel bolts. They are more stable than my side factory mirrors. So the cars front , back and top never get clean. And only half the side brushes work. So the car wash is basically useless. Don't come here unless you have a small car or sedan. Also the last time I came I paid for the top end option and the wheels didn't get clean nor did the tires, it's like the side brushes didn't even work. It cleaned the car less effectively than the cheap $10 version. This place is not worth the money by any means. It's a shame for such a new high tech car wash. read more

Brand new car and I have swirls in the paint from the machines. I knew better than to use an auto wash place, but decided to use it anyways, due to convenience. The vacuums and air nozzle are good and have high pressure but will not wash here again. read more
