It makes the whole experience way more fun than you'd expect from a car wash. It's in a convenient location, it's affordable, and I can usually get my entire car done for $10 or less. Your car goes through the "car wash" at record speed. Today our wash cost $58 plus tip and I now have to go home and finish cleaning and wiping out the inside of my car. The windows are streaky, the dash board was only half wiped down. The doors were wiped with so much solution that it dripped all over the inside door frame. There is still a bunch of dust everywhere. I feel so ripped off for the services today. The worst part is that we picked a time it was not busy so they did not have to rush. The previous time we paid for the works and they "cleaned" the inside with minimal attention to detail, so today we thought if we paid more, they would do a better job. Boy were we wrong. Looking for a new car wash because this one isn't working out any longer.

They are not cheap and frequently there would be equipment not working etc so I'm not getting the full value for my dollars spent. I wanted a self-service style and after some searching around I found Washoe Wash. I was very pleased with the experience here. The facility is clean and everything works! The water is heated (score!) and there are a wide range of options to select from (rinse, soap, wax, engine cleaner etc). Pricing is very fair ($4 for the first 3 1/2 minutes then buck a minute to extend. There's ample parking to towel off the car, or they have a high powered air blaster thingy if that's your jam. I also saw an automatic touches full-wash machine in one of the bays. This will be my go-to place of business for winter car washes!

There's usually no line, which I really appreciate. The car wash itself isn't anything fancy, but it gets the job done. They also offer self-serve vacuum stations, which are great and easy to use. If you're looking for a no-frills automated car wash, this is your place! Drove up just before 9 AM on a Saturday and there was only one car ahead of me so a very minimal wait. It was my first visit so wasn't sure where to enter (as you first see the full service area), but eventually figured it out and when it was my turn, I drove up to the self-serve kiosk to pay. I had received a free car wash coupon online (what a great deal!) so an attendant helped me complete the transaction by entering the coupon code on his tablet. I received a free exterior car wash which was exactly what I needed! -The attendants were patient and polite. -The car wash was quick and efficient, and instructions were clear. It was even fun with all the lights and I could see kids getting excited for this cheap entertainment! -I got access to 5 minutes of free vacuum usage when it was over. The only very minor complaints I had were: 1- the vacuum head fell off a couple times while using it, and it was a little wonky to put back on securely. 2- the vacuum hose was quite dirty and got my pants dirty as it rubbed up against me while vacuuming (pro tip: don't wear light color pants!) 3- I didn't see the self-serve towel area in the vacuum area until I was leaving because there were some big trucks in the way, but I did peer in and didn't see any clean cloths available - guessing if I needed it, I could have asked for more. Otherwise my visit was perfectly pleasant for what it was (granted, I didn't use the full service options which might have been what the predominant complaints were about) and I wouldn't hesitate to come back!
