I paid for the 40.00 wash, the wait and the wash are not worth it. After pulling out to the drying spot watched staff walk by my car and go to the one behind me. Finally a guy came to do my car, and when I asked about the outside, he said he would but the car was already dry with spots. After telling the man wiping and his supervisor then he wiped down the outside again and The inside got wiped however not very well, I had to ask for a rag and do some stuff myself like wiping down the sunroof, and the roof itself never got wiped down. I don't know why, but he did unplug my camera, while he was wiping my dashboard. But didn't move anything else which I thought was weird. read more

I prefer other car wash places around town. This will clean your car, not the best, but it does okay. The other locations you can vacuum out your car and they give you rags to wipe down your car. This one you have to pay extra over and above the cost of going through the car wash. We bought the monthly service I do not wash my car that often, so not worth it in my opinion. Three or more times a month for a wash would be worth it and I would use a different location. read more

This place is awful. If you ever have car problems, pray that you don't get stuck in their parking lot. While waiting for AAA to come help my 80 year old father, (he walked across the street for 10 mins to see if a nearby mechanic shop could come help him change his tire, and told the guy in Sierra Car Wash that he was doing that and he said that was fine) while he did this, they called a tow truck and had his car towed. It was not in anyones way or blocking traffic. Mind you, he also has a yearly membership for this place for all of his vehicles and yet they still have no empathy towards their customers. I always like to think of a full service car wash as being a "treat". I have come here as needed as long as I've lived in the Reno/Sparks area, and usually don't experience much of a problem. But after driving off and noticing all of the areas that were not wiped down which are visible, it's really disappointing. I'm thinking it's been through some new owners as the cute gift shop which was always fun to peruse is gone, and there is only tire/car accessories. I had wanted to stay in the area since I had minimal time, and remembered this used to be my go-to when I wanted to have my car cleaned thoroughly. I'm thankful I didn't buy the monthly membership that was being promoted. I even made sure to tip the attendant well as it appeared they were working hard. I guess I'll have to find a car wash further away to get good service. What a disappointing experience, given that I usually clean the car myself. read more

Five star yet again. Even though there was a problem with the ' tunnel' The girl at the front said it would be down for maybe 30 minutes? But they did offer an exterior spray before I had the inside cleaned. And the lady told me if the exterior spray was not good enough, I could still run it through the tunnel after I had the Interior done. She was really nice cashier/front person (Tracey?). I probably should've got her name. So far two visits here and very friendly people. And the workers, working in this heat, still working nonstop. Please bring a few dollars to tip these hard-working car attendants. I have noticed, that they will spend a little extra time making sure everything spotless when you had them a couple of dollars. It does take 30 to 45 minutes for the full inside, so bring a drink, maybe some quarters to play the video games, but they remember they also have some snacks inside. One of the worst car washes I ever had. Horrible service. My car sat in the sun for 1.5 hours and had dried water spots on the outside windows. The inside windows were so streaked or smeared with a wet towel I could barely see out of them if the sun was shining in. My back outside window was never dried at at all! I normally wash and detail my own vehicle but today I thought I woul treat myself to a car wash. I paid $29 for a full car wash and when I arrived at the drying station I witnessed two young kids just talking behind a black SUV with no shame that I was watching them. I went to talk to the woman who took my money about the situation and she said they were Reed High School wrestling students In training. If they are in train why are they working together instead of with an experienced employe. She told me to speak to the car wash manager so I did. My car was then moved ahead and cleaned by two other employees who were hustling along with all employees except the two student.s. I also witnessed the manager and another employee prompt the kids to get to work but they. half-heartily did, blatant disregard for the other employees. Never again will I waste my money here. I was there 1 hour and the whole time there may have been 12 cars in the drying station. Since my car dried in the sun, it still has bugs on the front bumper and driver mirror. read more

I'm a member that pays the (pricey) monthly and I'm never satisfied with the interior cleaning which makes me feel like it's going to waste. The first time it was great but as I kept going it just got worst. After waiting almost 1-1.5 hours for my car, I'll have dust on my dashboard and crumbs on my seats, it seems like only the floor mats were removed and vacuumed and the windows were wiped, even though the people at the beginning tell you they wipe and clean the inside. This last time, they did a fantastic job and it was ALMOST spotless. They left some of the spray in my cupholders and as I got into my car to sit, it smelt like someone threw up inside my car and tried to clean it. All I had was some dirt on the floor mats and a few crumbs on the seat. I've been airing my car out and trying to wipe everything with disinfectant but the smell does not seem to be going away. Very very unpleased and will be removing myself from the membership. I've heard that the other ones are better but I'm not going to drive to Northwest Reno or Cason City to try it. read more

We have been coming here for several years. From the moment you arrive the staff are friendly and efficient (shout out to Mrs. Keester!) They do a great job on both the interior and exterior. We have The Grand Champion package which includes one interior cleaning a month and unlimited exterior washes each month. The best part about my experience is as I am pulling into the lot Sparks PD is pulling a customer out their vehicle. For the next thirty minutes, this guy and Sparks PD were the centers of attention, that's probably why it took the staff so long to get to my vehicle. For the number of customers there, I spent too much time waiting for my vehicle to be complete Thought I would give them a second chance since I had one more coupon, same old BS. My vehicle was dry from sitting in the sun, and no one never got to it. After 49 minutes, I demanded a refund and left. Paid 40 fir the full clean experience. Car wash and vacuum, dash, windows, cleaning mats etc. They left crumbs and debris inside, not vacuumed well at all. Crumbs on the mat, the back area, the floors , the seats . When pointing out, it's not clean, Jose informed me we just do the basic wipe and vacuum, if you want it really clean you need to pay for detailing. I objected with vacuuming us vacuuming and it should be still dirty if you vacuum. Areas loaded with crumbs is not cleaning or vacuuming it's being passed by. We did not see eye to eye and another manager was brought over. She understood and saw what I was asking. She agreed that vacuuming is cleaning and shouldn't still leave crumbs everywhere. Grand champion + full service and $20 tip The wash itself is decent the full service on the other hand is trash. Waited about 30 minutes for my car to get a proper wipe down after the machine wash. So, majority of the water dried itself into the windows and body. Wouldn't be a problem if the workers themselves actually used the wipe down spray and wiped it clean. However, they did not. So, there's a ton of dried water stains on the car when I inspect it. They also did not even try to open the trunk to wipe down all the water or soap. Worse part of all this is that the towels they use are so crappy that you will have red lint all over your windows, dashboard, and door. This place can't even give a single crap to try and get newer towels to avoid leaving massive amount of lint in and on your car. Don't ever come here unless you want to clean your car twice to remove all the water stain and lint. read more

Nice local drive thru and dry car wash. Most times we come here and it is exceptionally busy. We have been here many times over the years. The interior detail is done by hand. Most of the time we come here in the summer time. We go through the drive thru. Then when you come around the corner they will tell you where to park. We then usually go inside the air conditioned building. The workers stay outside in the heat and sit inside your car that is turned off without any air conditioning detailing your car. This is not an easy job and it is hot work. The employees are wonderful, polite, kind and friendly. They vacuum, wash the windows on the inside, detail the console etc. I don't think we have ever been here and been dissatisfied. If we have ever felt there was a problem we pointed it out at the time and they went and got a rag or vacuum and fixed the issue. read more

I normally go to a drive through wash and vacuum my car myself at longley and McCarren. My car needed more of a clean so I came over to what used to be Sparks Marina. I was told that my membership is covered here too and for $10 they would wash the inside. It is a busy day and I watched them attend to each car with meticulous detail. They deserve every tip and every five star review. It did take about 50 minutes but they cleaned my car! PS I also got turned away by another local car wash that used to provide excellent service. My car was dirty from two corgis and a week long trip in the redwoods/beach. I always receive good customer service and a time estimate on how long my car will take to be done.
