I used to get Quickly all the time when I lived in Japan, but the one here doesn't taste the same. I am not saying it's bad, but there are better places. I may come here if I felt like having a substantial snack with my boba yea, but I think I would normally like some sort of bread and tea from Sweet Hut. I got the lavender milk tea and it tasted fine. Nothing that WOWed me, but it was good. I would probably come back to try some of their snacks, in particular the Taiwanese fried chicken. Also take note that they are CASH ONLY if you spend under $8. The server was super nice though and allowed me to pay for my feeble $4 tea with card as I only had $3. Kudos to them for that. We have chosen this place since their initial opening. Once upon a time it was a family friendly environment. However, my granddaughter and I decided to stop in two days ago to get our normal large Boba tea. We ordered two large Per usual. Only this time after waiting 30 minutes to get our order taken being that there was only one employee working, we were told that we were not allowed to only get two drinks. The very disrespectful employee informed us that we must order TWO drinks EACH or food items.... Or else we could NOT HAVE ANYTHING!!! We then were told that if we were not going to order FOUR drinks and or two drinks and food that we would need to leave. Tonight I tried to call and speak with a manager. The employee answered the phone at 9:34 and said QUICKLY...We are not taking any more orders as we are closing soon. Mind you they close at 10 o'clock. She then HUNG UP ON ME. I attempted to call back several times, as there was still almost 30 minutes before closing time. I then drove up there. It took me me three minutes from my house to quickly... When I arrived 20 minutes prior to closing time I was told I quite rudely I might add that they were not making any more drinks or food for the night. I, myself Never intend to spend my money at quickly again. Extremely disrespectful, extremely inappropriate, you cannot tell two customers that they must order two drinks apiece or none at all. It would seem to me after more than a decade choosing to spend my money at this location And especially with so many restaurants closing for good, that you will not serve me one drink a piece and that in fact, I must drink two drinks and my granddaughter must drink to drink Or that we are not allowed any drinks AT ALL! My assumption is that they will be just like their name implies... Quickly going out of business. With this new rule and horribly disrespectful staff /Owner Denying their long time customer to purchase one large drink each, but instead attempting to actually force their customers To choose between ordering one drink each or no drinks at all. It is unethical to force a customer to purchase what you want them to have and not what they want to have. Trust and believe this will backfire. I know Not one single person that will put up with being forced to doubled their order or not allow them to order anything. Terrible ethics, Terrible business plan, terrible customer service. Let's see how quickly quickly goes out of business. The customer should get to choose if they would like to drink one large drink and not be forced to order more than they want to order. I ordered the spicy fried tofu and they are so cheap. They filled 1/3 of my bag of tofu like they ate most of it and then handed it over. There was barely any seasoning...it tasted like I cut open a box of tofu and fried it then ate it. Tofu is not expensive and not hard to make, the more you're cutting costs...the more I'll take my business elsewhere. You aren't the only place that serves this type of foods. It's going downhill...do not recommend the food. Oh did I mention poor customer service? They mop floors and don't put signs up and kids fall over the place. read more

In my opinion Quickly have the best Bubble Tea in town, and I've never been disappointed coming here for the past 3 or 4 years. However..... The last 6 or 7 times that I've been to Quickly..it was quite a disappointment. I felt like my favorite place let me down. Long story short, I always get the Bubble Layer Bubble Tea, and it's always perfect. I don't know if the employees are new and they don't know how to make it or what the problem is. For the record, a Bubble layer Bubble Tea have Milk, Egg Custard, Tapioca, and Black Jelly. The last 5 times that I ordered the Bubble Layer, there was absolutely nothing in the drink except Milk Tea. I had to give the drink back and explain that I want a Bubble Layer. The boss had to re-do it for me since the girl at the counter messed it up. Another incident I got the drink with just milk and egg custard. I've never had such trouble ordering a drink before. Not to mention when my drink finally came out right..it was either too sweet or too bland. All in all, When I do stop by Quickly if the boss (man) is not there then I won't be ordering any of the drinks. I will have to try out the other location in Gwinnett. read more

I would first like to say how thankful I am that Atlanta *finally* has a shop dedicated to the making of bubble tea. While I'd love for it to be more in town, I'll take what I can get and dream of the days when boba is like froyo and you can get it on every corner. Quickly's bubble tea is good. It's not the best I've had, but it's far and away better than most I've had here in Atlanta. Especially if you take in to account their range of flavors. And the non-slushiness. The balls are always perfectly cooked and nice and chewy: some of the best balls around (yes, that's what she said). The shopkeeps are quite friendly and happy to help you make a decision from the lengthy menu. On my first visit, my whiteness led the shopkeep in to thinking I was a bubble tea virgin and she explained everything in great detail, slowly and clearly. While I obviously didn't need the lesson, I appreciated the thought. Oh, and while not on the menu, their little fried chicken bits are pretty impressive. I just don't understand why this place gets so much ...............STAR's I made an attempt to try out this place since there's so much reviews and kept saying their bubbles are good. I went here because I planned to eat at Tempo Doeloe right next door like always. I went in and the girl didn't greet me or anything.. didn't make me feel welcome to this place.. just playing her cellphone and laptop?? So I ordered Taro milk tea w. bubbles and it tasted awful. First of all.. i saw how she poured the taro.. its pre-made in like a ice cream can and she pour it with a big soup spoon. Which looks slightly nasty for me to look.. and she was rude as hell. No customer service or give a sht about you (customers). No wonder SWEET HUT's more busier than you. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. a few people came after me though. The taro itself DID NOT WIN over Sweet Hut's taro. Quicklys Taro tasted so bland and nasty.. VERY WATERY down the drain horrible. Tasted like sugary purple water. Seriously. Update: Came in last night about 30-45 mins before closing, and came across the rudest staff member I have ever come across. I understand she was in the PROCESS of closing, but that does not entitle her to throw her head back, groan in frustration, and attempt to make phone calls and texts while taking our order.. which was a simple one since she emphasized several times that only certain milk teas are the only drinks that were available. Walked in and was immediately screamed at by this girl, telling us only certain milk teas are available, while she was ringing up some other customers. When it was our turn, we asked for a very simple drink, one that can be ladled from their already made milk teas, and she re-emphasized again that only certain teas are still available. So we asked what WAS still available. This is when she threw a fit, groaned in frustration while throwing her head back, and recited a list of about 6 options. How the fuck are we supposed to know which drinks are still available unless we ask? She then decides to pull her cell phone out of her back pocket and hold it up to her ear WHILE we were giving her our new order. She then ladles the milk tea into a cup, making a complete mess as it splashed everywhere, and rings us up. Fucking rude, inconsiderate bitch. Service, drinks, and snacks have become very inconsistent since all these young girls have been working. The health score here frightens me, too. I finally found the flavor I like at Quickly. I mean, I still like Thai Tea, but that's part of the dreaded milk tea section. I'm lactose intolerant; so I can't enjoy some of the teas here. At least I like their Japanese Green Tea smoothie. That tasted like it was made with honey, or some kind of syrup, and matcha. The girls who work here still stress out about everything. They spaz and yell at you and have little patience. Going into Quickly is like being inside the TV show 24. Everything seems time critical, and the girls rush you into ordering. I think it's quite funny but grating at the same time. It doesn't matter if they have a ton of costumers or none. Maybe they're tweaked out from all the caffine they get from the tea. Hmm, maybe that's why they're called, "Quickly" because they want you to order as quick as possible. Maybe I'm getting old or something, but those girls that work here scream a lot. That makes the atmosphere not so pleasant and noisy. I wish those damn kids would just talk in a more normal volume level. They seem like those little, yappy dogs that gets excited about every little thing. Other than that, the bobas have good texture and the teas taste good. The space looks cute and intimate. Ok, so I've been back a couple more times and I'm pleased to upgrade my previous rating. Quick summary: 1. Much faster service 2. Tapioca quality/quantity is improving 3. The food menu has been added back! Quickly really has gotten their act together in the few months that they've been open. * Their various milk teas, though still pre-made and served out of buckets, seem to have improved in flavor and consistency. They still have a health inspection score of 81 but things seem to operate cleaner and faster than before. On top of that, they no longer put ice (unless you request it) so you get more tea for your buck! * Their tapioca has almost the right balance of chewy and soft. This can probably be attributed to the fact that they are a lot busier now so you're getting fresher boba. If you catch the owner on a generous day, he'll even show you how much tapioca he put in your cup and ask if you want more. (On average, for a Large cup of bubble tea, you can see approx. 4 rows of boba at the bottom.) As a last note about tapioca, this is the only places where I have seen mini black tapioca. They don't always have it but you can probably ask for it if that interests you. I still personally prefer the regular-sized boba pearls. * Be sure to try their chicken nuggets! They're more like Chick-fil-a nuggets than Wendy's nuggets, and you get 15-20 nuggets for $2.50! I've gotten it 3 times and the quality gets better every time. If you've had chicken nuggets at Bento Cafe before, this is almost identical except the spice here is mainly white pepper-based here whereas Bento uses more chili pepper. Both delicious in their own way though. Oh, and do NOT get the octopus balls... Quickly is easily at 3.5 stars now but I'm adding another star for being more easily accessible to me personally. Although Bento Cafe still has a special place in my heart for their bubble tea and snack foods like chicken nuggets, the drive to Jimmy Carter is REALLY not fun unless you already live on I-85. I am also very optimistic at the rate at which Quickly is improving...it honestly shouldn't be long before I'm here 4 times a week... Pricing - good, but still don't accept credit cards. Today, I was able to get fried chicken nuggets (about 12-15 in a bag) + sweet potato fries + large jasmine/green milk tea with boba = $9.10 PS. The sweet potato fries are of the yellow variety, rather than orange, but tastes pretty much the same. My first two pieces of sweet potato fries tasted undercooked but if you let it sit for awhile, it'll continue to cook in its own heat and soften up. read more

Between this Quickly and the Duluth one...I prefer this Quickly. The service here is nicer and the portion size in term of boba and jelly is more generous. Plus, I just have better experiences here. I have tried the following and really recommend them: -Coffee Jelly Milk Teas -Black milk teas -Taro milk teas -Chicken nuggets -Fried fish balls -fried corn balls -Honey green tea with aloe Also, this location is CASH only and you can get up to three toppings free. Okay, I've been stopping by this place every once in a while since it opened. It's on my way home from work, how convenient. Quickly is what it is, it's gonna be consistent like Starbucks, and the selection is pretty standard (for Quickly), but large compared to other places in Atlanta. There's no competition right now, really. The owner is usually the only one working, so it's even more consistent, just make sure if you don't like the bubble tea too sweet that you tell him so. The tapioca balls are usually fresh and cooked just right. I've seen polarized opinions on the purple corn slush, and personally I love it...it has a fuzzy, nourishing cereal quality to it. In the end it's bubble tea we're talking about and I can't see this product being anything but 3~4 stars at ANY place...you have to really suck to fuck it up. For the first month or so the food menu kept changing (mostly it got smaller and simpler) but I think he's gotten it stabilized to just a few fried snacks. The fried oysters, chicken nuggets, squid legs, and octopus balls (not the same as tacoyaki) are pretty much bubble tea shop classics and were done nicely by owner's wife in the kitchen. Pretty good stuff they've got going on here. Who doesn't love a good dose of bubble tea now and then? I tried the grapefruit green tea, which was pretty grapefruit-y and green tea-y. Mr. C's barley milk tea was the real deal 'cause there were little barley flecks in the bottom. I also had a small taste of the Thai tea, which was pretty delicious but not too sweet. Yeah, good stuff for sure. I'd go back; but not too quickly (pun). I still like Mini Hot Pot's milk black tea the best in all the world, though. :P 3 warnings you need to know before you go: 1. They only take CASH 2. They blast the music freakishly loud (ie, not the best place for deep conversation) 3. I went back the other day to try their fried chicken nuggets. It was very good. It reminded me of Taiwan. At $2.50, you really can't beat the price of a good snack food. The black milk tea with tapioca tasted like the ones from the bubble tea chains I get in the Bay Area- pretty standard but good especially in this hot Atlanta weather. So, the other day at a friend's bday party, somebody else brought some boba tea from a "new boba tea place in town." There were murmors of excitement as the buzz made its way around the room. Plus, we could smell the fragrant traditional street vendor Taiwanese chicken nuggets (yen su ji) that accompanied the teas. I had a sip that night and had a cold chicken nugget and thought it was pretty good . . . definitely wanted to check it out later. We had the opportunity to go this weekend. Really in the middle of a new/renovated strip mall with not a whole lot going on there. But you walk in and it's a small little place, only 2 other people were in there at that time. pretty average sized menu of slushes, teas, and other drinks. We decided to go for the jasmine green tea with pearls/lychee jelly, and a taro milk tea. Also, we ordered the chicken nuggets - spicy. for $2.50 for the boba teas, i think it's definitely a reasonable price. The teas themselves were drawn up in ladels, suggesting that they were premade . . . none of this powder stuff that gets mixed to order. Jasmine green tea - not as strong flavor with the jasmine as i would have liked, but still pretty good. the lychee jelly was good though, and definitely had the appropriate consistency to be chewed prior to swallowing. Pearls were really good in my opinion. they were small pearls . . . not the regular large ones that if you get a clump of 3 will stop up your straw. these small pearls were chewy, sweet, and tasty. taro milk tea - i think better than bento's in atlanta - not powdery, but creamy with the milk. again, i really liked the pearls (my wife differs in opinion as she likes larger ones). fried chicken nuggets, spicy - i'll tell you what. it's like they somehow took the original stinkiness of the street vendor food and somehow transplanted in their 100A graded kitchen. It smelled legit to me. Taste-wise, pretty good . . . wish it had a little more kick with the chili pepper . . . but the breading was pretty darn good, and it came out piping hot and slightly crispy. Definitely going to be coming back - 2 teas and chicken nuggets for $8ish. Worth it. :) Hopefully they'll expand their snack menu to include other typical street vendor/night market foods (i'm requesting fried squid)! read more

I really like this location. After reading the reviews for the Duluth store, I'm glad I stayed loyal to this one. The tapioca/boba is literally the best I've had anywhere in Georgia. I even tried the smoothie/slushie with boba, and I can promise you that the tapioca will stay soft and chewy, whereas tapioca at many other places [namely Suno and WhiteWindmill] will harden and deem inedible at certain temperatures. I'm in love with the Taro Boba. At $2.50, there really is little to complain about. Downside is that they only take cash, but I'm cool with that. Service is pretty good too. I stopped by tonight, unaware that they had closed already, and they STILL took me and my friend. So I do appreciate that. I would rate 5 stars, but I have to say, I am NOT at all happy with the fruit drinks. I'd ordered the strawberry-mango smoothie here once. NEVER AGAIN. It tasted like pure sugar. Finally, a good bubble tea in Atlanta. Being from Taiwan and growing up in NYC, Quickly is a familiar and trusted name. The bubbles from other places in Atlanta are either too stiff (because they put em in frozen drinks) or too mushy (day old) but Quickly's is just right. Their teas taste the same as other locations because they order the powder mix from HQ, which is fine by me but some flavors are too concentrated and sweet for my taste. Aside from the bubble teas, they've got pretty good fried chicken nuggets. I hope they add more food items like beef noodle stew, and minced pork over rice. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this place is the best bubble tea place I've come across in Atlanta so far. At 22, I finally popped my Quickly cherry. As an Asian I'm ashamed I didn't discover this place sooner. Since it was my first time, I played it safe with the regular bubble milk tea with boba. Both were the shiznit. I took my first slurp and heard the serenade of angels and C-pop in the background as I floated away into bubble tea heaven. Why I gave it 4 stars: I understand the incentive for places to be cash only (tax evasion ftw!), but if a place is going to refuse plastic then I expect the cashier to spare me any complaining about breaking a $20 and give me proper change. We were shorted a dollar and let it go because she seemed like she was trying to set a record on how quickly (ah, get it) she could take our orders and dismiss us. I don't care how busy the place is, Quickly on a Sunday night is not Starbucks on a Monday morning. Making customers wait just a few seconds longer is a lot less damaging than making some feel like they need to double-check their change every visit. In my opinion this is the best place in Atlanta to get bubble tea/boba hands down. Snow Mountain in Duluth comes in close but I feel like Quickly has more variety and more locations. That being said, this Buford Hwy location is the best one. (and if I'm not mistaken, the first of it's franchise in Georgia) My favorite boba is taro milk tea...but many other places (especially Sweet Hut down the street) serves very artificial powdery tasting milk tea. Quickly's seems to be the only place that does it right. I prefer this location because of the closer distance for people south of Atlanta who crave good boba and also because of their consistency with their product, unlike their other locations. There are only two cons to this location, which really isn't a big deal to me: -They're cash only (which is pretty typical of Asian-owned businesses, but they do have an ATM if you don't have cash) -They're in a smaller space But because of this location being small, makes me like it even more because compared to the other locations, which are aimed at the more hip, younger kids, this location seems like it would accompany everyone. It's small and quaint. Oh and don't forget to get the Taiwanese chicken nuggets....which are like dusted with some addicting magical spice powder that just makes you always crave it. Best chicken nuggets!!! They're made fresh to order and making it spicy takes it to another level! (Although if you cannot handle spice very well, I would ask them to put a little on it or make it mild.) The whole menu is affordable and there isn't one bad thing that you can order! I also really recommend the fried tofu if you are vegetarian or if you are interested in trying something a little different! Their passion fruit bubble tea is my personal favorite in the x-large size (because who doesn't love a lot of boba tea?!) Quickly also has a large selection of flavors for their boba tea, so it's really nice if you want to try something new. They also have a variety of very delicious toppings which allows for a lot of customization. Quickly's Bubble Tea has become my standard for comparison when I go out and try other bubble teas. They have a really good selection of milk teas, slushies, and flavored tea. I can't think of too many places that had flavors that Quickly doesn't have. Their bubbles/boba/pearls are the best I've had and probably what makes the better than most other places. They are soft, slightly chewy, and sweet. Other places I've had are sometimes not as sweet, or a little too hard/chewy. I've had quite a few milk tea flavors. My three favorite right now are probably tapioca, honeydew, and taro. I usually add a little bit of ice to mine as I like my drinks really, really cold, but you don't necessarily need ice. Their drinks are fairly cold already. Service is always good. They ONLY ACCEPT CASH. They do serve some small snacks like octopus balls, chicken nuggets, hot wings, and egg rolls. Seating is pretty comfortable and there's usually plenty of places to sit. read more

According to my sister who lives in Atlanta, authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food is hard to find. I was craving bubble tea and after Yelp-ing it, I found Quickly. We decided to stop by and we were pleasantly surprised. This place reminded us of our favorite tapioca places in the DFW metroplex, where there are seriously Chinatowns popping up all over the suburbs. I ordered my favorite drink: jasmine green tea w/ bubbles and rainbow jelly. It was awesome. Not too sweet. The price was only $2.50 which is standard for a bubble tea. They took cash only, which I expected. They gave me enough bubbles but not too many and they were freshly cooked and not old and chewy. They also serve little Taiwanese snacks that they don't have an English menu for, but I recommend the fried chicken nuggets... and get them spicy. Everytime I am in the Buford area, I always find myself stopping here! The drinks here for some reason taste better than the ones at the duluth location, and the service here is amazing. The girls working here are so nice and cute. I have never had a problem at this location, and they are very fast with their orders. In comparison to the quickly's duluth, they give you a much larger portion of fries at this location and provide little go-to ketchup packets to top off the fries. read more

I was so excited when i heard a new Bubble Tea shop opened up in Atlanta! We went today for the first time and I drank my drink in literally 10 minutes. It was a Large, i could have had 2 ! This is by far the best bubble tea i've had in ATL and i love that there are so many things you can add into the drink other then the usual Boba (tapioca). Up until about a month ago, I preferred Quickly's Duluth location over the the Buford Highway one because their boba tasted much better. However, as the quality and taste of the Honey Milk Tea at the Duluth location declined (recently, it's been WAY too sweet...), my appreciation for the Buford Highway location increased. Per my review of the Duluth location, Quickly has the best boba/bubble tea in GA! I always order the small Honey Milk Tea with boba and lychee jelly, and sometimes, I ask for coffee jelly, too. It costs $2.50 for a small drink, and this price includes up to 3 items (boba, jellies, pudding, etc.) in it. Although I wish they were larger, the bobas here have the perfect consistency and slightly sweet flavor. The Honey Milk Tea itself is good, too, and it isn't SUPER sweet, which is how the Duluth location has been making it recently. Sometimes, I get an order of Spicy Chicken Nuggets to enjoy with my boba. They used to cost $2.50 for an order, but they recently increased their appetizer prices, so they now cost $3 an order. The Spicy Chicken Nuggets are super yummy, addicting, and difficult to share (at least for me) because you want to enjoy every single piece. But beware, these are actually pretty spicy - so you definitely want to have a drink to cool your mouth down while eating them. Overall, the Quickly on Buford Highway gets 4 stars - for their consistently good Honey Milk Tea and Spicy Chicken Nuggets. Quickly, or 快可立, means quickness brings happiness. No wonder why you'll get the drinks right after placing the order. The store offers lots of options, both drinks and snacks. One of the best-sellers must be the fried chicken nuggets that is a must-have for any visitor. The hot, crispy chicken bite pairs extremely well with the icy sweet bubble tea. Quickly's drinks tend to be on a sweeter side compared to other stores so reducing the sweetness level as well as getting more ice is strongly recommended. Quickly is generally quiet and lots of ample couches. The store is quite dimmed but has great selection of Chinese music. Must-get: Chicken nugget: This came in a bag in steaming hot. The chicken was crispy and nicely flavored. We doubt it is the Chinese five spices. Yet, with a little spicy kick, the chicken is really superb. Upon a bite, it was nice and tender, not too dry but at the same time, tasty to the utmost. Lavender milk tea: We loved it. The herbal flavor was strong and the boba was chewy. I love bubble tea! & Quickly's is pretty good. Not my fav in the city but great overall, esp for the location. If you're on Buford, it's the best place to get it. They also serve yummy snack foods. A shout out to Arnaud T. for introducing this place to me. I've been searching for a place that serves "fresh fruit" bubble teas and Quickly makes the most delicious watermelon slushie ever! Sometimes I ask for the watermelon bubble tea aka slushie without the "boba" (tapioca balls.) They also have great Taiwanese style fried chicken nuggets and crinkle cut sweet potato fries. My boyfriend and I love this place when we're craving a fresh fruit smoothie that's super refreshing while running errands on Buford Hwy. We're huge fans. The only downfall is that it's CASH ONLY so be prepared. read more

Came back here after an absolutely horrid meal at Harmony Vegetarian (don't go there ok?). Green milk tea with bubbles (no grass jelly). Perfect. Even the tapioca was a bit bigger- still not big as usual places....but hey, this place is already making strides. It still seems like a one man show...though he did call his wife into the kitchen once when we were there. And sometimes he looks a bit spaced out...I guess I would space out whenever I could if I were the only one running the show. His wife and daughter were playing badminton outside in the parking lot (very Asian thing to do), and said "thank you" and "bye" to us twice on our way out. Cute. read more

Small place. Girls at the register were really nice. I got the tapioca milk bubble tea and it was pretty good. The have a nice selection of appetizers. I ordered the fried oysters because a friend told me they were good. For $5.50 they give you 5 pretty big pieces...what a bargain for a snack. They have spice levels and I asked for little spicy..it was perfect. They have a few seats and tables were you can lounge. Very simple and quiet. Total of bubble tea with appetizers was a little under $9. Gave a $1 tip to the nice girls at the counter. read more

I am so disappointed. I haven't been back here since 2014, and I used to visit pretty much every week when I was in college. I didn't have a car as an undergrad so anytime a friend took me here, I would get 2 large bobas and drink them in one sitting... Since then the quality has gone down so much it makes me sad to write this review. Back then, as a hole-in-the-wall before their interior renovations, this place used to be the best bubble tea joint. In the last several years, pretty much a dozen other competitors have sprung up. The tapioca is not as soft as I've had dozens of times before and the flavor was a bit watered down than I'm used to (and I almost said less sweet, like I normally do). Plus, the Wi-fi wasn't working at all during my time here. Overall, an unexpected and unmemorable experience. Sure, there are bad visits once in a while, but I have had consistency at the two other places I now frequent (one in Westside/Homepark and one on Buford). Perhaps I'll give Quickly another chance in the later future. read more

Searched for this spot since we had great Boba Smoothies the day before at an Orlando franchise. Day and night difference!!! No flavor in the smoothie with big chunks of ice and he Boba were not fresh. I'll pass on this location next time in the ATL. The dim lighting and unappealing interior can't hold a candle to the Orlando one we visited. read more

Quicklys has always been a solid 4 star place. It would have been 5 if not for the ear drum splitting music and surly teenage service but today Quicklys lost a couple of regular customers. Not being a tea fan I used to get the banana Milk shake with pudding. Made with banana, ice, milk and syrup. however the recipe has been changed. Obnoxious serving girl didn't tell me that the drink I have been ordering at least weekly for the last 12 months has been changed so when i was presented with a neon yellow curdled drink I was suprised to say the least. I tried this concoction and was disgusted at the chemical backwash masquerading as banana milk, my husband took the drink back to the obnoxious serving girls and bellowing over the ever present chinese pop music asked if we could swap the drink out. apparently this is Not possible as the owner counts all the cups. i was suprised at this response as previously when my drink has been made incorrectly they have had no issue at all in replacing the drink. Looks like it's time to listen to my fellow yelpers and head a block up Buford Highway to The Sweet Hut next time me and the hubby want an asian drink fix. read more

Quickly is not one of those words I would use to describe this place. The person working the counter is usually the owner or his wife. Both are very pleasant and accommodating. I've been here on hot afternoons where there is literally only 2 people on line, but it takes them 15 minutes to get their order. If it wasn't my addiction to their fried chicken or their red bean slushy then I would've walked out. The menu is pretty consistent with other Quickly stores around the country. Their food menu is smaller than I remember and most of it is written in Chinese on some marker board. I don't think a lot of people know what they even offer. The drinks are solid and made to your liking. I always get them less sweet then most. The tapioca, pearls, and jelly are all made pretty flawlessly. I kinda wish they were a bit faster, but I can forgive them for that damn tasty chicken! nom nom nom..... read more
