They make their beverages fast which is great but they aren't the most sanitary when it come to food handling. On multiple occasions me and my mom have seen unsanitary handling of the food. I have seen the cooks cooking with out gloves which isn't that big of a deal but then I saw the cook sneeze and blow her nose into a tissue and continue cooking. She didn't sanitize her hands or put gloves on. They also don't wear hair nets so my mom has found pieces of hair in her food. When my mom mentioned anything about the uncleanliness she gets talked rudely to and ignored. Definitely not going back to this place. read more

THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR NO ICE. Seriously. I am not joking. For a small 99 cent tea, they will charge +50 if you want no ice. The price goes up with the size, so if you get the largest size, no ice, you end up spending 2 extra dollars for the lack of ice. Their reasoning is that no ice means you get more drink.........enough to justify an extra 50 cents to 2 dollars. WHAT THE FUCK. I visited 3 times. Never again. In addition to being rude and terrible, this place is also really slow. My small coffee took over 10 mins to make. This place is not on par with the other quickly's. Go elsewhere. Chatime is just a few doors down, and tea pumps is on the next block. They dont charge extra for no ice. read more

Well, its Quicklys, can't really expect much. Tea is well, Quicklys...I had the grand opening special, it was bland. They are trying something different with their menu, a more upscale selection to compete with Sharetea/Chatime/Gong Cha? But quality is still just bad. There is a weird taste to their chicken...Does not really taste like any salt and crispy chicken I ever had, there was no basil, and it tastes like a soggy version of KFC's popcorn chicken, with MSG...It triggered a gag reflex about 10 minutes after so I threw it away. The curly fries doesn't feel like its been cooked long enough, its somewhat soggy and doesn't hold for more than a few minutes after you get it. The prices here seems more expensive. I don't go to quicklys much but I don't remember paying $4.99 for chicken before. Tapex's chicken (my favorite) or even the Chatime next door beats it by a mile. This usually doesn't bother me as much and they would of gotten a 3, but 10-15 minutes for some chicken/fries and a drink...Seriously? When I ask why its taking so long they answered "a few more minutes"...Twice...I understand if they were busy, but there was like 2 customers there. Anyway, won't be back. Do yourself a favor and go to a different boba place. Dropped some stuff off at the UPS store and decided to treat myself to boba and crispy chicken. Bad move. Ordered green tea with tapioca and that came out quickly however the taste and quality was horrible. The tea itself was watered down and the tapioca was too soft and mushy and there was no flavor. Now to the chicken, which took forever. I watched the girl grab a handful of chicken that was sitting in room temp (it was a hot day) and dunked it In flour before putting it in the fryer. I hope it wasn't sitting out there for too long. When the food was ready, she quickly places the bag on the counter and walks away. So I try it, it tastes ok, not the best, but it wasn't the worst. Not too sure if the middle is cooked, and since it wasn't very good, I tossed them both in the garbage. No point in wasting calories on crap like that. read more

I am a huge fan of bubble tea but sadly this place wasn't as good as my other go to tea places. I got the taro milk smoothie (what I order every time I get bubble tea) and I found it to be waaaaaay too sweet. The menu was also a little difficult to figure out. They refer to milk based slushies as "snow" but the taro smoothie was called a "slushie" but it had milk in it. Just kind of confusing. read more

Just not a pleasant experience as I went and tried to get some food "Quickly" for the kids before swimming class-- 2 popcorn chickens and 2 fries rang up to be over $18!! Wow so I asked how much are each of the fries- answer is $3.50 but it's a big portion. So I asked if I can just get 1 order of fries and cancel the other- The lady said she had already rang me up so I can't change my order. Wow. They literally never pick up their phone. Not sure if the number on yelp is wrong but it will just keep ringing and ringing like they just don't care. I wanted to order a group order to-go for 5 ppl but was unable to do that. Instead I had to go in and order in person, sit there for 30 minutes while they were making the food, and then they tell me they are out of this and that after I already placed the order. I think it's safe to say the Bay Area has already discovered pearl milk tea isn't the powder crap that Quickly serves but it's still a nice fast food restaurant for some quick Taiwanese food and snacks.... now about that "quick" part..... get it together. read more

This place is cheap and 5 star quality. The fried chicken comes in large amounts just for 5$. They don't put to much sugar and the staff I super friendly as most of the time it's the same person. That means the quality will stay the same how I like it. I can also go the other way around but meh. read more

Surprised to see so many negative reviews because I am a boba addict and I think Quickly is totally decent! It's a little sweet (I usually get 25% sweet), but the bobas are fresh tasting and the tea has good flavor. The HK egg puff is on point. If you have room after stuffing yourself at Cooking Papa, it's worth a stop. read more

This Quickly absolutely tops any other Quickly that I've ever been too! It is true that their popcorn chicken lacks the basil leaves at other places but it's more than made up for because of the ginormous quantity that you get (can easily feed 2) and you can sprinkle on as much of their chili salt as you want lol! Also it's always a good bet to go with their "Premium Tea Brewed to Order" menu (to the left of their massive wall menu) as you get an automatic upgrade to their large size (which is a true large size, not the fake large sizes that so many boba places have converted to); familiy favorites from the Premium Tea menu are the Assam Milk tea and Jasmine Green Milk tea. read more

Came in at around 7:30pm on a Wednesday and we were the only ones in the store. Ordered 3 drinks, cashier was patient while I decided between 2-3 flavors. Charged me $12 and some change. Got our drinks real quick. Less than 5 min. Store was kinda dirty, but aren't all Quickly's? Didn't like that the parking lot was so dark. The mall should really turn the lights on. Been here a bunch more times since it's a convenient location given our needs to hit up this shopping center on occasion, and though the bubbles are still sometimes clumpy, generally not as bad as the first time. The popcorn chicken is pretty good too, tiniest hint of spicy, but our toddler daughter seems to be able to take it and keeps on chowing it down. read more

This is review of their popcorn chicken only. Time to time, I would have cravings for popcorn chicken and I would come here to get it. There is a lot of parking around and the service is pretty good. This quickly is clean but I usually come in when they just open for the day. They are very generous with their popcorn chicken and I like the flavor. Of course, I would add a lot of pepper and chili powder to my popcorn chicken to make it extra flavorful. I absolutely love it. Usually, popcorn chicken from other Quickly locations and other boba places make my tummy hurt. My theory is that those other places do no change their oil often enough. I ate the popcorn chicken here and I had no problems. I have yet to order their drinks but I am sure the drinks will be just as good. read more

I just had a chicken teriyaki bowl, and mcdonalds would be highly embarrassed to call this chicken. less than 5 minutes ago I'm already not feeling well. some of the chicken went to my dog, some was unfit for him. I'm not exaggerating. The rice at least looked and tasted like rice. I cannot comment on the bubble tea but my i hear it is low quality compared to T-Pumps and the other place in the same plaza. I came here for the second time yesterday. The bubble tea & drink selection is abbundant as is the food selection. The almond eggette is fluffy & fresh with a lite almond flavor. The popcorn chicken, a popuular dish at these Hong Kong & Taiwan style cafes, is crispy with a moist interior & a lite sprinkling of salt. The Twix milk shake is nice & smooth & creamy with bits of twix; perfect for this warm wheather. It is cool how they had the Wariers game on in Mandarin the first time I was here & Cantonese programing this time arouhnd. It is definitely a blend of Chinese & Americanfare that I intend to try more of. The prices are low & service friendly, answering all your questions. The atmosphere is very n9ice with plenty of tables to sit & nosh. So, for some good Hong Kong style4 cafe fare at low prices with friendly service in a hip casual atmosphere, Quickly cannot be beat.
