I walked around this plaza and stumbled across the sign to head towards this boba shop at the back of the plaza. Wanting a pick-me-up I scrolled through their easy to use kiosk and decided on getting an egg waffle for $6.50 and saw that I could add a drink for $3.50. I thought it was great that they would offer combos of snacks and drinks for $10! Their seating area was clean and there were enough spots to sit while waiting for the items to be completed. The staff were very friendly and quick to fulfill the orders as they got them. Once the items came out, they were immediately called. I got my egg waffle within 10 min and it was piping hot! The matcha egg waffle was alright as I feel the outside edges could've been crispier and there could have been a stronger matcha flavor. The taro milk tea was just as expected which was good. I wish the boba pearls could've been cooked a little longer as they were a little hard per my liking. Overall the service was good and the egg waffle and boba were fine. Submitted a snackpass order on monday to pickup right when they opened on wednesday at 11:15. Waited until 11:30 and still no one showed up to open the store or to make my drinks. The poor older lady in there only knew how to make the boba so she couldn't help. She told the me barista woke up late or something ridiculous (who the hell is late to an 11AM opening). This place is a decent study spot, they have wifi and plenty of seats. Probably because it is a bit hidden in this shopping center. They also gave us extra spice powder and salt on the side after I asked. On to the goods! House milk tea boba 3.5/5 Solid milk tea boba. Could be stronger in tea flavor but not too sweet at 50%. The boba was soft and chewy and the perfect texture. Amber ice milk boba 1/5 This is WAY too sweet. Tastes like pure sugar water and doesn't help that the boba is also sweet. Unfortunately you can't control the sweetness so we will not be getting it again. Popcorn chicken 3.5/5 Solid popcorn chicken. Chicken was still juicy and loved being able to put extra spice and salt on it ourselves. The oil or chicken tastes not as fresh as it could be though however. If it's a warm day outside and I'm in the area, Mr. Green Bubble is my go to. They are located in a shopping plaza with so many other food temptations. However I put on my blinders and focus only on Mr. Green Bubble. What makes me so happy inside, is they offer milk substitutes! Hurray for us lactose intolerant folks. Now I am able to order a large variety of drinks. Can't say that I've ever had one I'm unhappy with. But I do have a warning, if you pick less ice, it's really that. I might swap back to regular ice next time. There is a bathroom located in the back for customers. One of many Mr. Green Bubble stores in the chain, but this spot has a lot of good seating. One orders at Snackpass kiosks (or on the app) and the prices are fairly reasonable. I've had a few drinks where the tea is a little watered down, but I appreciate that it's not too sweet (although I always order at 25% sweetness). Their boba/pearls are consistently chewy and last, surprisingly overnight once. I also like that they use a non-dairy creamer. Did not check my boxes before I left with the take-out, and got home and realized that they had given me chicken wings instead of popcorn chicken. Visited Mr. Green Bubble since it was the only boba shop closest to me after having lunch at Shugetsu and because my friend had recommended it. The shop was clean and had lots of indoor seating options. You just need to order via the two kiosks they have, then pick up your drinks once they're ready. Since they were having a buy 1 get 1 free special, my friend and I went with the rose green tea with lychee jelly. We both happened to want the same drink, otherwise, the buy 1 get 1 free could be used for different drinks so long as they were part of the promo. The rose green tea was a bit sweeter than what I would like despite being at 25% sweet (which was their minimum). The rose flavor was very light/subtle too. They also advertised the drink as having lychee jelly, but our drinks didn't include it. The shop is tucked away in one of the corners of the plaza, but it is accessible both by the front and back of the parking lot. Parking is plentiful and shared with a grocery market, several restaurants, and stores. read more

It's pretty spacious inside with a few tables available to sit and has big windows for plenty of natural lighting. We ordered through kiosks and received our drinks after so there was almost no interaction with staff. The guy who handed our drinks to us was nice though. Drinks: 5/10 Momocha - Matcha + crème brûlée with regular sweetness. Expected this to be sweet but it was rather bland and very icy so after all the ice melted, the drink got even more bland and watery lol. Black milk tea with 75% sweetness - Bland. The drink I ordered was Matcha Green Milk Tea. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience drinking this. Although I put the sugar percentage at 0%, I felt that it was still really sweet. It was hard to taste the matcha. It was rather watery and bland. After drinking that, I was in the bathroom for a bit, and not the best experience. I don't know if the milk was bad or anything, but it makes it hard for me to want to come back here again. While the service is fantastic, I believe the quality of the drink is poor. This place is hidden behind a pho shop. They have a kiosk to order your drink, set the sweetness, and add other toppings to your drink. We ordered some lemonades for the kids who enjoyed it on a nice hot day and order a jasmine and an almond milk tea. From ease dropping g it sounded like the girl didn't know how to do 50% sweetness for lemonade. They have a tv on that plays music - American songs which was a bit surprising (Usher). The two folks were friendly but the machine I assumed would have added boba to my almond milk tee didn't have when i ordered and when I asked the guy he said I would be doubling up on boba when I didn't get any. I didn't want to fight it so got our drinks placed in a paper bag and left. Confusing if it's your first time there because the Mr. Green Bubble sign is on the front with the rest of the shops in the plaza but it's actually located in the back (formerly Super Cue). I tried the matcha green milk tea (4/5) and the honeydew green milk tea (4/5). For both drinks, we got 75% sweetness and less ice. Drinks were def more on the sweeter side so we could've gone with 50% instead. Also, the less ice melted quick so we decided to throw more ice in it when we got home. The boba was more on the softer side - I prefer it a bit more on the chewier side. Otherwise, drinks were pretty good. Would come back next time to check out their other drinks. read more

I really wanted to like this place. It had replaced the supercue boba and looked more chic on the inside and outside that I thought maybe the quality of food would be better too. I would say everything tasted pretty average. Which would have been ok if not for the amount everything cost. We got two bentos and two milk teas. Presentation was nice. The bentos were really great looking portions. Also loved how neat the rubber bands made the bentos look. But yea flavor wasn't really there. The braised beef in the braised beef bento ($14) was really rubbery. The breading was soggy. The flavor was decent but because the texture was off, it was hard to enjoy. The popcorn chicken in the popcorn chicken bento ($13) was ok. Flavor was good but the breading was a little soggy. Probably because of how insulated the bento was and maybe the moisture from the side veggies got to it. I'm sure getting the popcorn chicken on its own would've been delightful. Would not recommend getting it as part of the bento. The popcorn chicken is ($6) so I wish I would've gotten it on its own and save $7 on the bento. The sides aren't worth it in my opinion. The tea egg was ok. Flavor was good but texture was rubbery. Two of the sides were similar veggies just one had a sort of meat in it that was also just ok. It was nice that the rice came with furikake on it though. I don't recommend the bentos. Maybe they would be better as bowls? I like bentos for variety but the sides here didn't really offer that. The milk teas were average. My bf's taro milk tea came with boba and the boba was a little on the firm side which isn't our fav. The taro flavor tasted good tho. Does anyone else lean towards boba shops that offer snack options vs solely a boba spot and nothing else? You have the option of ordering via QR code inside or through an in-person cashier. You can even order via UberEats if you want to skip the line. Menu is pretty extensive with snack and drink options. I opted for their watermelon slushie with boba (refreshing, but needs sugar) and popcorn chicken with medium spice (pretty tasty!). Price wise - it's affordable. Parking is plentiful in the plaza. Grand opening was on 5/30 and I just missed it by a day! Didnt realize this was a new spot until I visited today. I came specifically just for the popcorn chicken since that's what I was craving for. I've had their drinks at other locations and they're okay but their popcorn chicken is bomb! They have good portions, filled to the top and their chicken is pretty juicy. We got level 3 spice and it was a good balance of flavor and spiciness. Plenty of parking as it's in a plaza with other restaurants and markets. The wait was a bit long though. It seemed like they were understaffed since the cashier had to stop in between each customer to call out orders or assist the baristas in the back. Many pieces of pork had some fatty bits, but overall flavor was delicious. Fried nicely and boneless. The rice was seasoned with some furikake. I love to eat taiwanese bentos which feature side dishes. The stewed egg could use more flavor but nonetheless was great for protein in the meal. Sauteed bok choy was nice and refreshing. I also enjoyed the stewed daikon and tofu side dish! Was pleasantly surprised. The daikon was tender and wonderful. The tofu was soft. Overall pretty good bento. I live close by so I've been here a few times, honestly probably out of convenience. However, I finally decided to stop going here and to spend my money else where. One drink plus boba comes up to almost $10 since an automatic take out bag fee gets added to the price. I think it's because you can only order with the kiosk rather than with people. It's also because matcha is an extra cost and it's what I like to order at all boba places but here it tastes watered down so it's definitely not worth it. I feel like when this location first opened up, drinks were pretty good and seemed about average price, but now prices have only gone up, and quality has gone down. read more

We reached here around 7.10 pm and they were out of Boba but I really loved the experience because of the fabulous hostess Sasha - she walked me through the ordering process - took my customizations ( half sugar and split into two glasses) and also offered me mango pops to make up for the lack of boba in the milk tea. Staff are so busy talking to their friends. Totally forgot my order. Waited 35 minutes for my popcorn chicken. And they told me it's cooking but wasn't. Anyways feel bad to the owner such great place but not recommended due to the poor service. Staffs and their friend were very loud talking about improper language while kids in the store.
