The chicken is so tender & juicy and the veggies are just the way I like them. Service is fast and you never have to wait to long for your food. They also offer sushi here, but I haven't tried any as of yet. They also offer a frequent buyer card that you can have stamped every time you make a purchase and then after 5 stamps your 6th meal is free. And who doesn't love free!!!!! read more

As a first time visitor, I was thrown off by a petty cook. I asked for an extra sauce after paying for my food. I didn't know I needed to pay for an extra sauce. I was gathering my food and the sauce, then the lady told me I needed to pay for the sauce first which I was a measly $.50! I left the food, got back in line paid for the sauce. Impressed! I love this style of food, but there aren't many options in the area without driving to College Park or going to the slum that is PG Plaza. I was glad to see this open up and it is much better than that other place. I ordered double chicken and dear lord they provided. The teriyaki sauce was sweet, but not too sweet. So I decided to eat dinner with my six year old daughter and I requested for a courtesy cup. The store manager tells me to drink water only when I attempted to get lemonade. The cup was so tiny! The manager was rude and obnoxious too me! There's a way you y'all to customers but the way he talked too me was very nasty! Never again will I EVER come to this place again to eat! Don't eat here! We love to try new places and stooped here to wait for 495 traffic to fade. Got the beef and shrimp combo. Rice was undercooked, little flavor until you add the yummy sauce, Asian lady was rude, water cups are shot - glass size, place was freezing, bathroom was dirty and smelly, guy packing our food tried to keep one of our order, even with the receipt for two orders in front of him. We couldn't stay in the poor atmosphere so left after a few bites. I went to get more yummy sauce on the way out and the rude lady blocked me from getting a sauce and told me to pay for it at the register first. Well I watched a customer get her food, open it after leaving the counter, and giving it back to the lady at counter because she was supposed to get noodles. Went here after the gym. As I checked in, Elite Yelper, Ms Katrina L. told me to ignore the reviews and check it out. I took her advice and decided to grab a bite. I was actually impressed. The food was EXTREMELY QUICK and surprisingly good. I ordered the salmon and shrimp. I really liked this place at first, but the last two times I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of food offered. My shrimp and tofu combo that used to be overflowing is now 4 shrimp and 3 tofu triangles -- all for the same price, of course. Now you have to pay for extra meat just to get the same amount of food they used to give you at the regular price. I'd rather go elsewhere for better food if I'm going to spend more money. Went to this awful place to pick up orders and the treatment I endured I wouldnt wish on anyone. I don't understand why those who do not know how to provide good customer service or control their tempers take jobs dealing with customers. The way I was treated you'd have thought I went into the kitchen and was trying to steal supplies not getting what I thought were free items since they were out in the customer area with no sign to say otherwise. I was getting napkins, utensils and sauce packets for the order when the very mean guy behind the counter told me not to because everything was already in the bag(btw there was a fork and some napkins but no sauce packets). It was like this idiot expected me to know that so after I put the items down I went to the counter and told him I didn't know then said that he didnt have to be so rude about letting me know. I guess he's used to being obeyed without incident no matter how disrespectful he talks because he exploded and began yelling at me telling me not to touch it. I was holding on to my temper until that moment and after that I lost mine too at his audacity to speak to me like I was a wayward child who had committed a huge offense. It's freaking insignificant to me but I only get it because my customers normally want it and they give better tips and ratings when I include it. I told him the way he was speaking and carrying on was inappropriate and very unnecessary but he kept raging at me and the female by the cash register actually stepped in front of him pushing him back because this outrageous jerk was acting like he was about to fight me physically too. I yelled at him how unprofessional he was for his behavior and the cashier had the nerve to tell me I needed to calm down. I told her that she needs to say that to her employee or co worker because the way he was being over the napkins, utensils and sauce packets was very wrong and if he hadnt verbally attacked me then I wouldnt be mad. Now I dont know what type of money and/or emotional problems they're having at this location but if you dont want anyone to get the items that are out for use then dont have it where they can take it or put someone there to safeguard it. I have never been attacked over something so insignificant before and I will absolutely not be returning to this location or any other. I called to find out the number to corporate and was given the number to the manager and although he apologized he didnt sound sorry so if this is their normal business practice it's a shame they're even open. Im writing this as a warning to others who go there to beware of the napkin and utensil bully. I went to Pho d'lite in Bowie to get an order later in the day and as I was getting the forks and napkins the guy who handed me the bag said politely there's already some in there but I could take more if I like. Pretty basic teriyaki chicken joint. You have a choice of the chicken over either rice or noodles. The line moves rather slowly, eliminating it as an option for midweek lunch hour, but it's still worth a visit. The prices are very reasonable. Only a 3 Star because the chicken was kind of on the chewy side but was definitely FRESH and I usually don't like sauces but it was delicious. Next time I'm going to ask for my shrimp to be extra crispy they were a little on the soft side but better then most places.
